So excited to see dedicated large characters that spell out Banff! Super visually welcoming and a very convenient centre to the left of it when you see the sign for you to park at. There’s also a safe an convenient cross walk for you and you family and friends to get to the side of the sign. Beautiful trees and nature surround the sign so you feel like you’re in a private area. There were usually a lot of people surrounding it to take pictures so be a bit patient and eventually you will get to create these awesome memorable pictures with the Banff town sign!

It’s always good to capture click with such a sign of main attraction. We also went there but crowd were too much surrounded. Parking spot is too far away from this place so have to walk @ 500 mtrs. Banff is the popular tourist attraction in Alberta. However, time consumption in parking car away & visiting this place is not justifiable in comparison of spot, hence it can also be avoidable.

What's not to love? That massive BANFF sign is perfect picture spot, arrive early morning or you will be waiting in a long line to get that picture taken.

Just at the entrance, this sign is good spot to take a photo to add into memory box. There is ample parking on the road side and also opposite to this sign board. This is one of the main attractions in Banff now. I haven't seen anyone leaving this place without taking a picture whether you are with friends or family.

Just be prepared to wait patiently for an hour to get your turn to take a picture next to it as every single wannabe amateur entourage Instagram influencer will likely find every single possible angle and combination of people and objects to take pictures of before you get to take the one picture that will amount to only 2 minutes.

I visited Banff twice previously, but didn't include the town sign in itinerary until this year. Parked the car in Banff arena which is right in front of the town sign for few minutes. Also I'm happy that I watched the herd of Rocky Mountain Elk roaming around this place.

Finally we had an oportunity to have a picture at the Banff Town sign. Crossing the road was a slippery especially during winter. So just be careful, waking around the melted snow and became crystallized
