Not happy at all. High price for a used tires for $75 plus tax. The tire had a leak before being installed. The tech said he fixed it. I told him to make sure there is no leak, he rushed the checking for a leak. Day later the tire was half way empty.. multiple trips for one tire - not worth the money and time.

Been knowing these guys for years cheap but 7o% tires shake after hitting the highway over 100km stores tires do that The alignment in this place is not great at all I came back for alignment 3 times il update after this final alignment ok I got alignment done again after I complained to the boss that I came here three times. So I walked out for a second came back they said my tire rod was bad. And showed me the driver side wheel shaking. Soo they heated up the tire rod way too much and ruined it and told me this is why I have a problem cause the day before I came from the mechanic to make sure nothing was wrong today they ruined my tire rod told me that was the problem Know I have to spend 500$ on my BMW to replacement complete control arm one side it's not chap since e46 bushing are built in Thanks to Willis tires taking everyone's money and scamming people. Broke my tire rod to cover up thier bad work in thier ship congrats who ever goes here stay in the shop and watch them

My first experience with this place was terrible. Years ago I got my tires fixed. then one of my wheels feel off my car. Very traumatic experience especially since my children were in the car with me. I decided I would never go back because of they way they decided to handle the situation. But because I am looking for winter tires I said I would give them another shot (years later). I called for the quote and was given a great price over the phone roughly $430 taxes included for brand new winter tires. So I went there this morning to get my tires changed, they tell me that they don't have my size and that they would need to now order it in. That's fine. Then I was told it will now cost me $790 with taxes. Huge disappointment, not only did I waste my time and my gas but now I am realizing maybe I should've just stuck to never going back.

I have being coming here to take care of my car's tired for around 2 years now. It really sucks that you can't talk to them by phone or book appointments. They are generally busy but the maximum I waited to get service was around 15min I think. They have a big variety of tires and sizes, they generally work fast and have a nice waiting area inside with places to seat, ac and wifi. I recommend to try.

I've been reading a lot of good reviews of this place so i decided to call them and get some quotations on used tires. In any business a good first impression is a must even over the phone. I did not get that good first impression. Instead i had someone answer the phone with a LOUD *SIGH*. As I proceeded to ask for some quotes on a specific tire size, the guy on the other end sounded very lazy and bored as if he didn't want to help me or even bother checking their inventory because he was quick to say that they didn't have it although I wasn't even done giving him the full spec of the tire I was looking for.

5-Stars for this place, one of the best tire shops I've been to. They are quick and their prices are reasonable. Brought my in-laws here and they also loved their service. They are quick and down-to-earth. The owner is a great guy too, the atmosphere is pleasant, they have a TV with CP-24 and lots of car magazines in their comfortable waiting lounge.

Got there a used tire as one of mine needed to be replaced. I loved the owner's honesty. He brought the tire upfront so I can see it and approve. It was in such a good condition that I thought it was a brand new one at first sight. There was no cracks and the color was intense black. It seemed to me he takes good care of his stock. I dealt with Willy through Instagram of all places. He was able to order the rims that I wanted and showed me a bunch of options with regards to tires including links to reviews on YouTube and other sites. Ordering was simple and his pricing was fair. Excellent service with regards to the installation and a follow-up safety check and torque up appointment a few days later.

I purchased my winter tires here and had them installed. A month later my TPMS light came on. I then brought my vehicle to the dealer finally to have my summers tires installed and to have them take a look at it. They, discovered, that when Willys tire was dismounting my tire. They broke my sensor. To cover it up they glued it to the rim. The prices are cheap here, but I suggest pay the extra money and go somewhere else and having the job done right In the pictures you can see the glue on the rim and the back of the sensor Also, my bank purchase for proof that the work was done there.

ok so I am not one to write reviews nor do I take time out to do this unless someone has exceeded my expectations and blew the service right out of the waters. Before I got to willys tires I went to a place my Bro in law and recommended by the name of Limitless Tires as he had gotten his rims and tires from there (boy did he regret it, once I told him about willys). Anyways so Limitless basically quotes me a price so high fot basic rims and Michelin tires, and on top of that tells me I can only finance a certain amount which limits me to the tires and rims I can purchase (makes sense with their name now..). So I leave telling them ill think about it, I decide to drive over to willys before heading home thinking why not speak to them and see since I had spoken to their rep a week before I went to limitless. Honestly BEST DECISION I made hands down! Not only did they give me some bangin rims, but I also got an amazing deal with the tires. On top of that, the shuttle service to take me to work while my car was being worked on, as well as taking the time to paint and smooth out the calipers. I was so amazed with their work that I trusted them to even change the rotors and the brakes because the deal was so amazing! Honestly as a chick who doesn't know much about cars, they made me feel comfortable knowing I wasn't going to get ripped off and I know I didn't because my bro in law whose a car fanatic was surprised with the deal! As I mentioned he had gotten his rims and tires from limitless and after hearing about my deal he had buyers remorse. One thing I can say is willys is so accommodating with each individual customers financial situation and they'll do what they can to make it work, and that's what I appreciated most about them. Good job boys you honestly were so hospitable! Definitely recommend and will be coming back to change up my tires for the winter! Special shoutout to Jr and Milan.

Good experience getting my new setup for my truck. Best deal I could find. Very responsive when negotiating your deal online Had a issue with one sensor going off and on. They replaced it no issues. Setup looks great. very happy with the price and service. They even trimmed a little so I didn’t rub. It was my choice for the oversized set up and they were happy to accommodate. I called to confirm certain tires were in stock. I told them I lived 2 hours away and could pick them up in a few days. They told me they would put the tires aside with my name on them. When i showed up on that discussed day I was told they were sold the day prior. No one apologized to me or took responsibility. The one guy even put me off to talk to another customer before walking away. Dont deal with this place, take your business to a place that respects its customers.

We are going there for years now. It's on a first come, first served basis. I was there yesterday at 3pm. There was about a 3 hours wait time and still, I was greeted very nicely with so many people sitting and waiting. I came back this morning and didn't have to wait long. My tires were changed for a ridiculous price, checked for leaks and resealed. Tomorrow I'm back there with the other car

you can try to hide the review but its the truth. Got new wheels and tire package. but his employees dropped my truck off the mechanic lift and for whatever reason it had blocks on it because it couldn't reach the height of my non lifted truck smh. when they started lifting up truck it had slipped off the lift and when it landed the block pushed my fuel tank in. shop does NOT want to take responsibility. no one wants to take responsibility, trying to push the blame onto me after I went and got it fully inspected. and they are trying the second photo, which is on instagram.. saying I went offroading. pathetic.. &the fuel tank is on the driver side so that wouldn't even make sense as there's a giant gap in the photo. but avoid this issue yourself find a different guy that'll give you a package.. too much incompetence and not telling the customer of issues THEY caused. or find someone who isn't shady.. like when YOUR property falls off THEIR lift and you report it to them of minor damage they have thr audacity to say -- you wouldn't be a fun guy to get a beer with? lol??? wth?? also the tpms is already shot.. wheels/tire have been on for only 2 weeks! and they also made it seem like they put hubcentric rings on until I walked awa. and i realized there wasn't any when I took the cap off the wheels to inspect for one since I was getting such a terrible vibration. - the truck is pretty much new only 20,000kms had 18,000 when all this occurred.

I had the first time pleasure of dealing with William and his team last week when I bought in my Tesla Model 3 for new winter tires. Fantastic service, excellent prices and most of all I got fast service with a smile and HONESTY! I got educated on a unique tire brand selection (Initially hesitant), as I'd been a fan of Michelin's both winter and summer for years, but of course, that came at a great expense, especially on 19" winter rims! So far, my new tire brand (Antakes) has passed the initial snowfall test, and I'm impressed. This place has now become my new go-to tire store, and I've already referred my friends and family. Oh, I forgot to mention, no appointments needed; I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!! Congratulations on your new Dundas St. location, and well done, Team Willy!

I have been here twice, first time was in 2014 when I bought the first set of tires for my Ford freestyle. I came back to see another set of tires because mine were really bad, they guy who helped me was very nice and proactive, he made suggestions and we clearly make a deal about the tires. He and his coworkers did a great job and it took only 25 mins. I had my coffee and dad's cookies and my daughter a cup of water. Great service great job great everything

Amazing price for tire change and tires. Run by 2 brothers who have a little good cop/ bad cop vibe going but they're both a pleasure to deal with! They dont take appointments but I've never waited too long and you can watch tv/ drink coffee while you wait. Right next door is peter park auto who I like to go to for oil changes and other maintenance work

I had a terrible experience with Willy's tire the last time I took my car to there workshop. In the process of fixing my tire , the staff broke my gas thank and refused to repair it. To repair my car it cost me over 1000 dollars. This happened Last year December. I will advise you not to fall the same victim as I did. I shall be taking Willy's tire to court for damages and repair costs of my Mitsubishi.
