Nowadays you can only get 1 or 2 out of these: Affordable, Fast, and Quality hard to believe but Henry and the whole crew could deliver all the three. Again vtech automotive claims another victim. People go because he is supposedly cheap but it will end up causing others later when they figure that his repairs are not what was really wrong with the car to begin with. My friend got charged 3 times for the same problem after 3 weeks he got sick of it the car broke down a day later, 3 days later, 5 days later with kids in the car. She is lucky to have the car brake down and not have a terrible accident. After all this they towed it to the dealer it cost 1400 and the car was great, but she could have gotten into a terrible accident they said. The worse part came after, parts he put on the vehicle were not parts that a Minni and one BMW should have specifically to the wheel ones again wheels, the total cost was 4000 bucks to fix the parts he installed that were not for this car. I had warned them but people think cheap is good and in the end it cost them quadruple and the dealer said it could have caused a mayor accident. My friend decided to cut his losses and never ever go there again. He said you think is cheap but u end up in a worse shape. He said I realized it he always thinks is brakes, wheels ect.. he said that's how he makes his money in the end my friend said the owner said, I don't know what else to do with your car you need a knew engine and transmission lol what, and all it was the exhaust that creans the air for the motor. It had a crack in it wow

Great shop, great work an great people. I have been going to this shop since I started driving because my friend recommend me an I am so glad i did. I compared prices with other shops before I started going an by far the best price for the work, you should definitely atleast check them out. The only reason this place doesnt get a full 5 is because the parking is always a little difficult because he does such good work, its always a little busy plus all the cars hes still servicing takes up space in his property sometimes you have to literally just park wherever before you can go inside to speak with Henry.

I was surprised to learn that I got a way better of a deal compared to my mechanic of 14 years! So from now on, VTech will be our family mechanic. It's a bit of a drive for me, but what's important is you find honest people with superior work ethics, who do not take advantage of people, who are passionate of what they do and gives you sound advice of what needs to be done and what's not. Overall, Henry and his team treats their customers with utmost respect (who knows how many mechanics out there are giving you the right diagnostics of your car?) and they do their business with a heart!!! I was in a jam and needed my breaks done as I was stuck trying them myself at home. Henry welcomed me with open arms and had never met me. I didn't ask for a quote prior to my job just to see what the damage was at the end of my brake job. I supplied parts and he only charged me an hour's labour. VERY HONEST AND OPEN SHOP. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends and I will be bringing my other jobs there without hesitation. Thank you VTech Auto for being friendly and professional. Sun DEC 31 2017 - went in again after making a trip to my local Honda dealer. No complaint regarding Honda at all... went straight to Vtech and spoke with Henry regarding my block heater i wanted to install. He spoke to me regarding this install and advised me of a few things. He took the time to check it himself and added the part in which worked flawlessly. I had to wait a while but for me its totally worth waiting for someone that takes so well care of thier clients. His wife is such a lovely lady and also help manage the shop. The shop is very busy and the only reason why is because he and his mechanics are honest and dont overcharge whatsoever... this is my go to shop for anything because i know henry and his team will take care of me and my car.. he makes you feel so comfortable when he explains your vehicles issues.

Shady practices. When here to get my rotors and brakes change. Left the shop, 1 day after 3 screws from my door latch has come off and had to hold door while on the highway. This isn't BS. The invoice as well doesn't not specify the parts used for repairs while he has 3 tiers of pricing. Parts as most likely refurbished. Will never return here. Please save your selves head ache and pay a little more for better service. No doubt that these people are nice, but shady at the same time.

Prices are great Henry will save you money nd rip you off at the same time......i will never take my car there again it came out running worst then when I brought it in. That's unacceptable... they forgot to put a bolt on my engine mount...... had to pay another mechanic to fix what he was suppose to.... when I picked up my car there was a leak from a broken hose they broke and didn't repair... str8 up shoe makers....this garage is a total joke probably good for a oil change.... when you see this shop keep driving.. I should of left when I seen the case of beer on the shop floor
