(Original) Siempre llego a Viking Tire Ltd para mis llantas numero 1 hoy el señor dueño está como enojado está cambiando llantas de invierno a llantas de verano y yo entiendo que hay que esperar su turno pero el mira que la reparación de mi llanta solo le va quitar 10 minutos nada mas por que ya lo hemos hecho en el pasado y son 10 minutos el dueño mirando a mis trabajadores y a mi que tenemos que arreglar la llanta para ir a trabajar y me dice que esta muy ocupado y que tengo que esperar 4 horas de espera y hasta de mal genio me lo hablo no entiendo siempre e llegado a donde el ok me regreso a Canadian Tired y me lo hacen inmediatamente de una vez el servicio es increíble hablan español y feliz a mi trabajo.

Worst customer service experience! Booked a appointment for Saturday at 8a.m.,arrived on time and sat there until closing and never got my car fixed.What a joke this place is ,I was told they were busier than expected.I will never go there again,very unprofessional.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY,take your business somewhere else they are NOT the only shop in the city !!!!!

Kept the price to the amount quoted and completed the repairs on time. Unfortunately, I had to return the car a couple of weeks later as they failed to do the alignment and I had to pay extra. Not sure how I feel about that.
