Don't buy from here they sell terribly used tires with patches and they tell you to wait at the front so you don't see how bad and patched the tires are not worth buying from these guys they advertise on kijiji with name brand tires but has very low thread wear and patches STAY AWAY

THIS MECHANIC IS NOT SAFE. NEVER GO TO THEM. YOUR FAMILY COULD BE PUT IN HARMS WAY!! We got our car safetied at this mechanic this past Monday, on Friday our back right tire blew up (Random explosion, we got the tires checked at a tire shop after)on the 401, this mechanic fudged legal safety documents and put me and my family in harms way. These people should not be trusted, all they want is money, all tires had to be replaced because they were very low in tread (and it was four different tires), this vehicle was not safe, it should’ve failed safety and the tires should have been replaced before we got the car and almost got in an accident because of our tires. They would not even pay to have the one tire replaced. DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC.

Bought a car at access motors , directly across of the shop. Had fine motors do the safety and found. MMISSING MUFFLERS, BOLD TIRES QND OIL LEAKING ON EVERY ORFUS ON MY ENGINE. Zero customer service!!! They charged me $150 for a pair of used all season tires 6/32 and there was extra charge for the change of tires as well . Usually free change is the offer when someone buys tires but when I asked for discount the seller started yelling at me!!!!!

my experience with Fine Cars Motors was a great experience. First, the salesman was an honest person and had disclosed all the information relevant to the vehicle to me, as I do not have experience reading or knowing what the car proof says, the sales man took the time and effort to explain me everything that there was on a car proof. Secondly, the salesman was kind enough to show me the pictures of the vehicle when purchased from the auction (is something they offer their customers as is not required to do so from OMVIC). Thirdly, it is now my third year driving this vehicle and it drives like a dream with no problems or issues to vehicle since then. Finally, the hospitality of this family owned business is extremely courtoues and respectful for their customers making me feel comfortable and relaxed when purchasing a vehicle or any other service they provide for that matter. since then I have only brought my car to their mechanic shop for service and maintenance.

Purchased a set of 4 winter tires and rims for Odyssey. Ad said including Pressure Sensors. Installed the winter tires and had the pressure sensors programmed to the car but was told pressure sensors were not working. As I purchased the rims and tires primarily because of the tire pressures sensors and with the guarantee that they work I called Fine Car Motors hoping they would honor their word. They told me that it is an electrical item and they cannot do anything about it. They went as far as hanging up on me. Should have known better. Don't trust and will never use them again.

I purchased a car from a dealership where i received a “safety” (and I use that word lightly) from Fine Cars Motors. The safety was completed on Jan 12th by a mechanic named Nobar. I purchased the car on Jan 16th and in less than 24 hours after purchase, I had to have the car towed to a dealership where the mechanic found a multitude of issues that should have never past a safety, some of which included broken windshield wipers including one of the arms, broken driveshaft and one of the rims was cracked in two places. In less than one week after purchase and safety, I have paid thousands of dollars to a reputable dealership for them to make the car safe to drive. Beware folks!

Sean M. I used Fine Cars Motors June 2018 to purchase a set of brandname used tires for my Acura CSX and received great service from Shawn that works there. A few weeks later I had an air leak on one of my summer rims and his after sales service was just as great. He had me come in and took care of it. I was so pleased with the service I just purchased four winter tires from him yesterday, Oct 2018. Shawn is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have purchased lots of tires and find that good service makes a huge difference before and after a purchase.

I found them on Kijiji and they sold/installed 4 used tires but one of them had a bubble on the inner wall. Didn't discover it till I put on my winter tires. Now I have to replace all 4 tires as it's a 4 wheel drive vehicle. $400 wasted but at least they didn't blow out on me on the 401. Not only dishonest but dangerous practice's from a shady dealer.

Horrible customer service don’t trust them at all I went to put my new tires on my winter rims I had summer rims on with all season tires on my Lexus so I told them I wanted my original Lexus rims with winter tires and they messed up so badly so instead of Lexus rims they put winter tires on summer rims when told him that’s wrong he said it’s too late so come back next week and I will switch them for you but payment should be done today I will do it next week don’t worry I will look after you here I am today to switch and he asked me to pay him again so false promises. Very bad experience never do my business with them they are horrible to trust don’t trust them????????????????????

Bought Tires from this place, Big big mistake. Stay Away. We came to an agreement with the boss to purchase and install 4 used Tires with 90% tred For $400 Cash. He was NON negotiable on the cash part. After assuring me the tires were going to be 90% tred, We agreed to the deal. They would not allow us to stay near the car. After the job was done I went to see the car and feel the tires. They did not look or feel right. The Tred felt really low. But, Again they assured us it was 90% tred. Immediatley after driving out of the shop the tires felt very poor performance and little traction. The next day my Mechanic confirmed the tires at ONLY 45% TRED. !!!! I went back and They would not exchange replace or do anything about the tires even after I aggreed to pay any additional costs to get these garbage tires off my car, Which I had to throw out and replace. They became very confrontational like a gang and begain to swarm me and forced me out of the shop. Then they shut the garage door! I was shocked and at that point relized I had been scammed :(
