All the advisors are beat and they take there work seriously and always make the every customer is dealt properly. When I first went they even gave me a free first car service, but where i got got the car they never gave me even once. Now its been more than 3 years i have been coming here for service. Worst buying experience at this place, and definitely avoid at all cost. Sales rep Steven was pushy for the sales bonus incentive, asked if he can sign on my behalf so he could get the bonus. Super unprofessional and the used car department was covering up scratches with bad workmanship. Promised to fix everything prior to me picking it up, but forgot about it all, then asked me to bring back the car the week after to get it fixed... (my commute to this location is 35km one way)? Brought my car in for a scheduled service, and the service department rep was very rude. Not only did they gave me bad advices to pay for some inspections that I did not need, but also tried to upsell me into things that are irrelevant. Was told they would call when service is almost completely so I could plan my trip ahead, but was never contacted about it. Afterall, they offered to buy my car back with a lease promotion. Although I found the buy back offer appealing, the rep Wes came back with a scam to make me pay more in leasing a 2019 civic. These guys literally think their customers are idiots, that they can straight up lie and scam to. Thanks to this experience, I have completely lost faith to dealerships.
