I brought a bent rim to the gentlemen at TireHaus and all of the employees were immediately informative and friendly, explaining what they would attempt to do to repair the rim. I was shown the rim as it was spun on the balancing machine to see how badly (and it was very bad) it was bent before leaving it with them. I was given a very reasonably quote and was told that if they couldn't fix the rim there would be no charge! The next day I received a call saying it had been fixed and I could pick it up! Upon returning, I was again shown the rim being spun on the tire balancing machine to see it was straight and balanced perfectly with no scratches or marks from being worked on. They saved me from having to spend $4-500 on a new rim, and provided good service in the process. The gentleman who performed the work explained what he had to do to straighten the rim, and based on talking with him I can tell he is knowledgeable and takes pride in the work he does, which is something many tire shops do not do. I am very happy with the service TireHaus provided, I highly recommend them!

I visited this place on last Thursday i.e.16 Mar 2017 at the closing time (had appointment) to get winter tires on. Mike and his staff waited for me. They balanced and installed the tires very fast and I was out of the shop in 18 minutes. Couldn’t believe it. They were very pleasant, quick and honest. 99. 999 percent sure this place let the air out of my girlfriends tires on November 28th 2018. She parked in a non-signed spot and went to the business next door (their lot was full). Very unprofessional and a huge red flag for safety. Especially for a car service shop. Whoever did this should be fired and if it was a mechanic, their license stripped and never allowed to work on a car. The drivers side tires were empty, the passenger side were all ok. Filled the tires at the near by gas station and then I checked them later in the day with soapy water. No damage, no debris embedded.. No bubbles. 3 days later the tires are still holding pressure with no decrease. I set them up at 0C to be 33 psi when I changed them to winters a few weeks ago. Clear intent to cause harm by tirehaus.

Brought 2 rims in to get repaired at Wheel Wizards. One dent, one scuff. They told me they would be ready in about a week. Never took my name, number or any other information and told me to come back or call them in a week. Week goes by, and I call, they haven't started them yet. Okay, I understand because they already told me that it was their busy time of year, and they proceed to tell me to call back in another week. Week goes by, and I call again, they still are yet to even touch my rims.... I went and picked them up (oh and i forgot to mention that i drove 30 minutes from another city to bring the rims here). Go in pick up the rims and drive about 20 minutes away to TIREHAUS. I was immediately treated with respect and kindness. The owner was more than happy to look at my rims and tell me what he could do to repair them.. quoted me a price which was almost half of what Wheel Wizards wanted to charge me and told me to come back on Monday to pick them up, (I dropped them off Friday... BIG difference between 2 weeks and 3 days!) TIREHAUS was a GREAT help!!!! would for sure go back!!

Tirehaus did what all the others said they could not!! I have a set of expensive rims that are no longer manufactured, meaning, when I damaged one, there was no possibility of replacing it. When I contacted a number of tire repair facilities, everyone said the same thing "it can't be fixed". Well, ZiggyFix fixed it up to where there is barely even a noticeable weld, let alone any driving noise or discomfort. This is the team you should take your wheels to. They will do it right, and at a reasonable price. Don't heckle with them, just let them do the work...trust me, it's worth it!!

I brought these guys a very badly bent 18" Alloy Wheel. They quickly checked it and realized it was bent in 4 spots. They apologized and said they could not repair it for the price quoted on the phone. It was my first time there so I said I would get a 2nd option. The other shop I went to was very rude and told me it's not worth fixing so I should buy another set of wheels. (Which I'm sure they wanted to sell me) I went back to Tire Haus and had them repair the wheel AND they did it for the original price quoted!! Moral of the story, these are stand up guys that know their business, probably better then anyone. I'm sorry for doubting them. They now have my business for good and I'm a car dealer ???? These guys do great work. I was in a bind on a road trip from San Francisco to Toronto and needed some wheel work done. A cracked rim and upon further inspection, 4 bend repairs as well. All of this on a Tesla Model S. The work was done fast and I am very impressed with the results. I am now happy on my way back to California with almost no road noise, no leaks and no vibrations. The range on my car increased by quite a bit. I would certainly give this team my work again.

I had Tirehaus refinish some tired old Rays wheels that I had. According to the sticker in the barrel, the build date was in 2002. When I brought them there, the barrels were covered in Brake dust and some oxidation. The faces were scratched and had lost some of their shine, and the rear 2 wheels weren't completely round. Tirehaus completely refinished them, and made them round again, barrels refinished, they look brand new. The price was extremely reasonable, and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, also very open and upfront about the work they would be doing. The work was completed on time and was very nice, they were also extremely helpful and understanding when I noticed the faces were on the wrong wheels (as they are 2 piece wheels) they put the faces on the correct wheels and re-balanced them at no charge. I am very pleased with my experience here

I went to Tirehaus a couple of weeks ago to get a set of beat up, curb rashed wheels refinished and powder-coated in gold and they did not disappoint. Service was excellent, the price was right, and the refinished rims turned out as good as new and far exceeded my expectations. During balancing and installation, they found that one of the rims was bent. Although I had to return again the next day to have them installed, they were able to fix it no problem, and the service was very quick...I was in and out in 20 minutes. Do not doubt these guys, they know what they're doing.... they care, they take pride in what they do, and do not underestimate the quality and the end result. Needless to say, I will be back! I'm very picky when it comes to taking my car to shops. Tirehaus gives honest advice and does great work. Some curb damage to a rather expensive wheel head me considering replacement, however these guys worked some magic and the damage was completely reversed. Completely, as in my main shop could not tell which of my wheels was repaired! Will continue to go to this shop for all my wheels needs!

Not remotely friendly or welcoming the moment I stepped into the shop. My husband called ahead to book the appointment and confirmed our winter tire size. Did not want anyone to drive our NEW vehicle with a tricky clutch (WRX STi, if you have one you know) into the shop which was issue #1. Then they refused to change the tires because the winters are 10mm different than summers.. which is exactly what my husband told them over the phone when booking the appointment. Last time I was here I had all seasons put on, the individual that sold me the all seasons at the front desk was pretty rude. I asked to see the tires and he had to get them from upstairs. Let's say he seemed bothered.. wasnt a very good experience. Afterwards I had an issue with my tire pressure sensors as i wasnt fully aware of volkswagens system. I asked for assistance and the same individual response was "what do you want me to do about it?". Buddy in just spent 500 bucks at your shop and you cant take a look to see if there is an issue with your work? He end up looking at it but wasnt even aware of how volkswagens sensors work. Anyway another employee had me sorted said to keep driving and it would calibrate which it did. Thanks. I'm going to be honest and say that this place does offer quality tires and fast service but based on my own personal experience here I wont be coming back.

Had a cracked rim on my car and Mike and his team on the spot took my wheel off and put on a spare (which i didn't have) so I could drive until I came back the next day. Mike informed me that the tire on my cracked rim was torn on the inside - I needed to get my winters off anyway and needed 4 new summer tires. I came back the day after they took my rim off, and had a fixed rim, and 4 new tires thanks to these guys. Mike, Ziggy, DJ and the new kid only on his second day there are all fantastic at what they do. I can't believe how quickly everything was done for me. Mazda would have had my car for five days at least wihtout providing a rental. Would reccomend them to anyone. Prices are the best around.
