Had a great experience with them! Bought my tires and rims from another place but they couldn't balance them after several attempts. Took it to tire rim and pro, and they balanced it perfectly and did the alignment as well. And they also did a great job painting the calipers after the previous place did a terrible job. I had a flat tire on the Friday before Victoria Day weekend. All the places I called told me that I would have to wait till Tuesday to come in. Then it would take a few days more to order in the proper size. I called my friend for help. She recommended Rim and Tire Pro. I didn’t have much hope but I was desperate. I spoke with Asif and he was extremely understanding. He said that I could bring the car in and he would install a temp tire while he places the order for my tires. By Tuesday he had all the tires in the shop. He even had it installed well before the time he said it would be done. To make it even sweeter he gave me an excellent price for the tires. These guys really saved me so much time and money. Thank you all who worked on my car.

I absolutely enjoy these guys' service! I had shopped around for 2 brand new tires with installation and they offered the lowest prices anywhere. Canadian Tire and other shops were way more expensive. When I took my vehicle to them, they fixed my bent rim for a nominal fee (I hit a curb), and fixed my hub cap for free (without even asking them). I felt like these guys cared about their customers and will go the extra mile! This is my rim and tire company from now on, period! HIGHLY recommended!

When you find an excellent mechanic or a dentist, you can't help but excited to write a review and give credit where credit is due. First Carl was kind enough to return my call last week even when I didn't leave them a voicemail and address all my inquiries in a very clear and courteous manner. So coudos to putting customer first Carl. I went in today for my scheduled appointment and service was "shall I say" outstanding. Sharaj did a meticulous job in my tire swap and balancing. Let me just quickly elaborate as to what that entails - the lugs were removed and driven back on with care with the impact driver. The impact driver was as it was designed and intended to be used (not like some places where they overdrive and overtorque the lug nuts which can become problematic down the road if you ever have to put on the spare tire due to a blowout, as taking them off on roadside can be a mission if they are. - the lugs nuts were hand torqued to factory specs with great care. - balancing was done with great precision - new tires were put in rims also very meticulously and great care And did I mention that the prices were very fair and Carl saves you a buck in these hard times. Will highly recommend Rim and Tire Pro, Inc as if offer an exlemperary offordable service and put customers first. Keep up the good work guys.

Came here to get my wheels refinished, and it is exactly what I expected for a decent price! This year I got my summer wheels buffed out due to many curb rashes, also what I expected! I installed the wheels myself, but noticed my hub centric rings were misplaced, I told the guys and they ordered a brand new set of 4 and installed It free of charge! I usually don't write reviews but I had to give Rim & Tire Pro 5 stars for the customer service I experienced. I can tell Karl genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction. I've been to other shops where I can tell they take advantage of people who may not be as knowledgeable about tires and rims. Karl tried his best to accommodate me, work within my budget and at no point was he pushy or tried to up sell. I really appreciate how much care he puts into his work. Trustworthy service!

I went to get one of my tires changed. I brought with me a new tire I purchased. The guy told me not to use a different brand (it might cause problem with the axle..blah blah) he then proceeded to tell me that he can get the same tire to match the other three for even cheeper than Canadian tire. Then he said in the mean time he'll give me a loner until the new tire comes in. Here the problem, the loner is a different brand, if he actually wanted to help me he would not put a different brand tire on the car to begin with. I found out that the so called loner tire is what he give to everyone because a week and a half in he said my tire that he ordered is in and I needed to come in and have it changed because"the loner should not be on for long...wait for it...as he doesn't want it to be work out. So in total he charged $10 to install the loner $15 to install the new $150 for the new tire. A grand total of $175. Thanks tire I originally purchase was $120 and the original tire at CT is $129.
