Ordered tires through them, were in when they said they would be...they then found a true issue with my rims that could have caused me a bad accident. They got me a great set of rims at a great price and had them there in a few hours. Very good people to do business with and always helpful with all information! Highly recommend!

I called A1 and talked to a person about having some tires shipped to A1 tire. A1 I would install the tires. The guy at A1 tire said just ship them to A1 and call A1 after the tires arrive to set a time for installation. According to UPS the tires arrived so I called to set up an appointment to have the tires installed. The man I spoke to refused the tires from the shipper and sent them back to the vendor. He said "I didn’t know they were coming no one told me " He said the guy I spoke to the previous week didn’t tell him they were coming Seriously you sell and don’t accept a shipment with tires that is one of the dumbest things I ever heard. I got charged 20 dollars shipped from the vendor for shipping. Don’t think I will be going back

Not sure how they're a business.... Called first time ring until voicemail... Called second time and the guy answered I heard voices and background noise and slammed the line down.. rude and unprofessional steer clear from these guys

Very Poor customer service. Also very pricey. Came in to install 4 tires didn't even say hello at first. Charged us more for mounting and balancing than 3 other tire shops around me. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I would give these guys 0 stars but not an option. I went there the other day needing a value stem in my trailer tire. I had the tire off the trailer, the bead was broke and the old value stem was out. So all they had to do was put a new value stem in and put air in the tire. They charged me $10. Crazy they changed me that for a .10 value stem and a little bit of air. I would not recommend this guys at all.

I would never recommend going to A 1 tire. We had our car there to get four new tires put on. Within four days, driving to work twice, which is 10 minutes away the lug nuts came loose on my front driver’s side tire. On my way home from work there was a horrible noise coming from that side. Luckily, I found a great car forum online and it was recommended to check the lug nuts. The lug nuts, on my drivers side tire, were lose. One was almost completely off. I hand tightened them so I could go back to A 1 tire in the morning. I am glad I didn’t have a longer drive because that tire could have completely come off. I have never had a problem with lug nuts when I had tires put on at other tire places in the past. When I brought my car in this morning they did not apologize. The “uncle” was then retightening the lug nuts when I noticed he was doing it wrong. He wasn’t tightening them in a pattern. He was going clockwise, which is not the right way. When I said something to him he started to do it the right way, but with an attitude. This is gross negligence. I will not be returning here. I am very disappointed in their service and I do not like to think what would have happened if I didn’t catch their mistake on time. My wife called to complain later and was hung up on. The employee said, “Well how do you know it was us?” Well I have never had a problem with the lug nuts coming loose before. My car had just been to your shop, to have four tires put on, four days before. Plus I saw first-hand the “uncle” tightening the lug nuts the wrong way. That is bad service all around.
