Ruined my rim Quoted me 40$ to change a tire, then also charged me to take the tire of the vehicle and to put it back on. Wouldn't give me my keys back till I paid. Go across the street to Canadian Tire for slightly better service and to not get jyped

the woman that answered the phone was very condescending and only concerned with putting money in her pocket and not the safety of my family when trying to find studded winter tires I will definitely not be going there and I recommend you find somewhere else in town to get your tires done. Tires are pretty hard to find right now because the covid-19 and she had no care whatsoever for my daughter and her vehicle because she couldn't provide tires for the truck I suggested I had two tires and asked if she would stud them and she refuse to do so if I didn't buy tires from them so I'm glad to see such Northern caring about the community or I should say lack there of

Needed a switch from my summer to winter tires. I only have 4 rims so the switch is a little bit less than simple. It was a quick appointment, completed within 45 minutes and were done earlier than the estimate provided to me. No issues with the installation or after the fact. 500km's later and still no issue. I would say their prices were about median in comparison to quotes across the city. Worth it.

Had a flat tire called them. When I arrived they helped me right away and gave me new valve stem covers and inflated my tires and gave me a rough estimate on the life left on them. All that for free!!

Horrible customer service! I just broke down as I explained with a flat! And needed it fixed! Being it was 330 pm they would not be able to fix it! And they said they didn't want to work on it anyway! And hung up on me! What if I was stranded ! Didn't care of my situation!
