The people at Mufflerman are very decent and fair. They are quick in finding out the source of your problem that brought you to their shop, and there are never any "unpleasant" surprises waiting for you when you go to pick up your car. Everyone there from the people behind the desk to the mechanics who actually do the work are very easy to deal with, and I find that's pretty rare these days in a shop. No I don't work there or even know anybody personally who does, so I have no vested interest in writing this report other than to help the General Public.

I've been to this Mufflerman several times for repairs. Once for a broken starter that needed replacing. After just 10 months that starter gave out on me and I was dreading dealing with the shop to see what kind of a deal they were going to give me or not give me. However they replaced it with a new starter free of charge without any debate at all. I really appreciated this! Turned a bad experience into a great one. Would recommend.

This was my first time going to this Mufflerman and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The service is great and the staff was great to deal with. I thought the issue was my muffler and they were very quick to find the real issue, explaining it very well, and they had it fixed it up in a few hours. No pressure sales, and a honest/friendly staff goes a long way. It was much better than dealing with the dealership.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. These guys are all trained and licensed in automotive repair and service. I have been bringing all my vehicles here for years and the guys there have not ever lead me astray. They have always fixed what is wrong and more then once have gone above what I have asked to fix my issues.

They’ve always treated me fairly, including one time when they comped me a fix for a problem created at another shop. Today I was there to get my snows put on. There was a young couple with 4 beautiful, well—behaved kids from Grand Rapids, MI who stopped for a problem with their van. The crew fixed the problem and sent them on their way with a simple “Enjoy your trip”. Bill was well repaid by a spontaneous hug from the two youngest girls. There is good customer relations and there is just plain “good folks”. Well done, guys.

What a great bunch of guys! Took my car in for a noise when turning and of course thought the worst was coming for repair costs. They tried to tell me I needed a $450 O2 sensor to pass my e-test or pay $450 for a conditional pass... I had reason to believe no such repair was needed on my car so I took my car to canadian tire and it passed the e-test 1st try no problem... watch out for these guys and their shady business tactics.

I originally took the love of my life to the mufflerman Woodstock because I needed just the back half of the muffler( everyone else tried to get me to purchase the entire exhaust) Bill ,the owner actually listened to me and did exactly what I asked after making his own inspection. Since then Bill and his team have been helping me restore my 23 year old Jeep tj. Bill has been EXTREMELY helpful in this process and always honest ,,and at times funny to a sometimes stressful process. I'm not great at letting alot of people touch my rig but Bill and his guys have made it easy for me to let some of the control go. They are my go to guys now ,,,whether they want me or not ????

Better salesmen then mechanics, want to pay for jobs not needing done, or be sabotaged so more work NEED be done, have at er.. Never again, especially if you're inexperienced with vehicles, they'll walk all over you and act like they're your life savers lol quite humorous when you are experienced and they don't know it.. dont care how tough these winter months have been, nobody deserves to be taken advantage of by these bottom feeders.. find a real mechanic, these chains all seem to run the same type of business tactics
