Couldn't be happier with the service. Everything was done professionally and meticulously in a very timely manner. There was a slight issue with the Mercedes warehouses both in Mississauga and Toronto which delayed service to no fault of their own. They kept me up to date with the progress of my car and shipping of the parts with daily updates via text and phone calls with the actual mechanic working on my car. Because of the delays, they threw in a whole bunch of extras as well as about $900 in code reading and a new headlight for free, providing me with a courtesy car to use in the interim. I highly recommend.

They were more than prepared to diagnose and fix the issues with my Edge in the same day all while providing a loaner car so I could continue my day. Modern technology and computer systems means that I had the report for my Edge in my hands before they called. I paid for my service via online payment services before picking up my Edge making for a quick pick up. Really impressed with their service and their new shop is beautiful!!

Seriously awesome automotive shop! I am actually very surprised with the use of technology here. Usually it's just a guy in a garage with some chicken scratch for a receipt. They text you a link to a vehicle condition report detailing the work done with descriptions and recommendations as well as upload images of all of the issues/repairs. I've been taking my vehicle to Steve's Automotive for 2 years. They always let you know when your vehicle is ready and send you a thorough report. If you also purchase tires from here, which the $$ are competitive, they have a great warranty system.

Changed fully double the price quoted over the phone. I was expecting there to be some additional charges, but NOT that much. When I inquired about the charges, they were very unhelpful, used technical jargon and didn't explain in a way I could understand, even when I asked them directly. The high cost of labour might have the costs of the courtesy vehicle built in, but you could probably just rent a car for that price, and not get the sticker shot. Will not use their services again.

Typically good work, but very expensive. Often charge for the little things that typically arent charged for at smaller mom and pop mechanics. They saw my car to get it ready for daily trips to London (oil change, checking fluids, tires, battery, etc.) And said it was all good, and a week later the car completely died out of the blue. Got it towed to their place and they charged me almost $200 for them to just look at it again and found a problem that they quoted $2000 to fix. No discount even though they missed the problem the week before. Had to get a new car. No idea why they didn't find it the first time around, wasted my money getting it looked at for my daily commute when it was just going to die a week later, and they still made me pay for them to look at it again. Will not be going back there.

Been to these guys several times over the last 2 months. Good service but expensive. They have tried twice to diagnose strong exhaust fumes that are coming into the cabin. They keep patching "exhaust leaks" but this is not the cause. Not great at diagnostics in my opinion. Time to try another shop.

I had an issue with my truck tires I purchased from this shop. The tires are 37 inch and there were causing some shaking. I spoke with Derek and he told me to bring it in free of charge and he would take care if. They got them rebalance for me at no cost. I found it really helpful that they send you an electronic vehicle condition report with multiple photos of the recommendations as well as things that are OK. This way you can make your own decision whether you'd like to have the recommendations done. Be aware that they have a text message appointment reminder service and if you reply to it to subscribe or unsubscribe your phone provider will charge you for international texting.

I've had very good experiences with Steve's auto. I had an airbag light on on my Volkswagen and they fixed the problem only to have it come back on a few months later. The problem was in the same area and they ended up fixing it again for no cost . so far it has not come back. I was very please with their honesty. They also let you know the cost before doing a job so you know and can decide. Also I recently had a service done on my Mazda and the exhaust hangers were loose oland rotting and they ended up fixing them as well free of charge since we had a fairly large repair which was very unexpected. On top of this I wasn't aware of the rewards program but they have retroactively added all points from previous service on my vehicles as well so I was very happy with that. I will say they aren't the cheapest shop around but I'd rather have a good job done. They do a great job, they are honest and you will feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in their hands. Keep up the awesome work and thank you.

Wonderful Experience!! We broke down on the 401 just East of the dealership with 2 kids in the car on a hot summer day. We got dropped off at Steve's Automotive at 10am and were back on the highway by noon. The front desk mechanic informed me of the progress continually and made us all feel welcome. The car does break smoother however as suspected, the husband thought the pads should have been replaced for the cost that was charged. We are new to Woodstock and I I sent my wife in to get the oil change done on the vehicle. Usually auto places like to take advantage of blondes so I was a bit skeptical. Come to find out that she received one of a kind service. Not only did they perform the oil change, They filled the fluids, noticed a tire was low and after inspection refilled it. They didn't try to force my wife into extra purchases or things not needed. To top it off, they cleaned my car AND shined the wheels.
