Best part shop ever I work. Neil was the best worker as he helped me much with my issue and he also helped me to install the windshield wiper. The price is reasonable here. This should be the first part shop to think whenever your car need a service.

I had an emergency where my alternator died and nowhere in town had one in stock. I walked into the parts source on Vickers and the customer service was by far 100 times better than the other auto parts stores I tried before checking this one. I am very thankful for the help from the guys there

PartSource is often busy but these folks know how to handle it! Always put the customer in store first and help them quickly while also managing phone calls. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Competitive pricing and usually multiple quality levels for different price points. Great parts stock. Always an enjoyable visit even if I'm buying something I wish I didn't have to!

I have never been to a parts store and had them tell me I dont know what you need but this might work. Didnt ask any questions about the vehicle and then sold us something we didnt need. never will I go back other than to return the wrong tools

bit pricey on many items...but they do have many more automotive parts in stock on hand than most of the other parts stores in town..so in a hurry or in a pinch this place works..

Walked into the with the intent to purchase a couple of items from the Woodstock store. Tried to strike a conversation , dont know if he misunderstood me but I was called creepy. A slip of the tongue is forgivable but when it come without even a small acknowledgement or even an opps, especially coming from the "Manager" even that's questionable....he needs some more training in customer service. There goes another customer to a rude staff member.

My car battery died a few days ago, and after getting it jumped, my cluster panel wasnt working. I'd called various mechanics who said I'd need a new battery, or fix the alternator, or both. Ford told me I'd need to fix the alternator, but wouldn't get my car in for a week and a half. I called part source today to see if they had the cluster panel fuse I needed in stock, to which the guy I spoke with told me to take the fuse out and put it back in. I did so, and the panel works fine now. Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars and weeks without my car! I truly appreciate the work you all do to help a, not so car smart, girl out.

I realize it was a holiday but when you call 20 minutes before closing and again 3 times beforehand with no response, bad for business. I ended up going to Batteries are us and in hindsight am glad you don't answer the phone.

Unprofessional. Horrible to their employees. Unsafe work space. And it goes on. There cars for delivering; not safe for winter conditions and get stuck in the smallest amount of snow, even now in this heat the temp dial is TAPED to max heat with a sticker that says do not touch with no ac. The door hinges on the trunk are not reliable or sturdy and fall on employee heads multiple times with it never being fixed even though the bosses are aware of it. Employees who work 8+ hours only get one half hour break and are tracked and timed for them. Employees are told that if someone gets hurt it is their fault and the company isn’t at blame or liable. The employees are treated like sweat shop workers with no care from the boss or corporate. I was told that “because it isn’t a real job they don’t care about us". Any job. Any employee has the right to safe work and part source is anything but. Less than minimum wage. $14 and hour. What a great work space you have part source. Treat your employees better or face consequences when someone passes out at the wheel from heat or gets knocked out by a door hinge giving out. Welcome to Canada. Give your employees what they deserve and the safe work space they need. Never going back here for anything. Congrats you lost customers. And soon it will be employees. Do better. Embarrassed to have a store in my town that treats employees the way they do.

I had an issue with a parts order/transfer from an out of town warehouse that I had lost track of (my fault). The front counter and office staff worked hard to figure things out and resolve it for me. Much appreciated. In my opinion the service and support from this particular PartSource is outstanding.
