In and out, no screwing around. Pulled up, tire was being fixed in a couple minutes and I was out in around 15-20 minutes. I'll definitely come back here if I need any work done. Canadian tire took 90 minutes just to say, sorry we can't help.

I am downgrading my rating to 2. I bought complete set of new tires for 2 cars then a set of used for my beater. The Hankooks they put on my beater didnt last 5k...replaced one after about 3k...belts keep slipping...terrible tire. When I tried to get them replaced, they weren't prepared to give me any credit back on the $300 I originally paid. I had given him some good business so I was hoping for some credit towards replacements but they dont seem to care.

Rude there is no other way to explain it. I have been going to Parkinson tire as long as it has been open. When I deal with Steve, never have a problem when he is not there different story.The last time I was there I asked for a plug in a tire, Steve wasn't there, TOO BUSY. I left and got it done at Tirecraft. Friday Nov 23 7:50'am same story TOO BUSYl went somewhere else was in and out in 6 minutes thankfully Parkinson Tire in not the only Tire place in town, busy is one thing, not willing to help that's another I told him I already had the tire off and in my trunk TOO BUSY! RUDE I understand it is a busy business at this time of year for all the tire installers thankfully someone else was willing to help me because Parkinson Tire made it very clear that morning thay where not going to. I know you won't miss my business because you are TOO BUSY.

If I could rate this less I would! Extremely dangerous place to get tires...cousin went in to get winter tires swapped out....they put on the summer rims and tires but told her that one tire is really bad ( still put it on) and said they hope it makes it till they can order another tire....why would u swap out a good tire for a a dangerous one? Tire ended up blowing out on the highway....they install the new tire on the bent rim (she didn't know it was) and again it blows out....they again make her pay for another tire....and mechanic could see it was bent (I ended up taking off the rim myself and noticed it right away)...who in their right minds would treat a customer this way? Bunch of idiots there...had to call the better business bureau on them.......for a damn tire...just imagine what they would do to anything else in your car....

The two gentlemen who helped me were cordial, fast and efficient and my tire was patched and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. Their assistance was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend, thanks guys!
