$60 for winter tire swap and balancing. Very sensible. They were friendly, professional, and more than happy to break out the notepad and draw me diagrams when answering questions about my tires. I think I've found my new mechanic.

These guys are great! I started going to them last winter when I needed new tires. They were helpful and gave me a great price on 4 brand new winter tires! This is the only place I take my truck for service because they are friendly, courteous and never pressure me to fix anything that doesn't necessarily need done at that time. They will also arrange for a ride for you if needed while your vehicle is being worked on and will even pick up and drop it off to you! Rob, Jason, Gord and the rest of the Oxford Tirecraft team are great and I definitely recommend using them for your vehicle servicing needs!!

Most expensive winter tires to spring tires changeover I have ever paid. $77.91!!!! Even more than the dealership. Also, I hate being nickel and dimed to death. They charged a $9.00 fee to reset the TPMS sensor. The dealership just includes this in their lower fee. Never going back!

GOOD PEOPLE Having a horrible day from the beginning, starting with my car throwing a tantrum with a leaky tire, not knowing the area i asked from a stranger to point me out a tire shop. Walking in they offered me coffee and a big smile ,that was enough to turn my day around, Mr Rob Martin and his staff managed to fix my car in no time and parting with a nice conversation that made my day a lot better. Can't say enough good things about the team at Oxford Tirecraft. I'll start off by being totally honest; I'm not a good customer for these guys. I have yet to buy a set of tires or have any major work done on my vehicle here (no fault to these guys, just haven't had the opportunity). I've been here a few times to swap rims for my summer car and to get some hand me down snow tires swapped out on my girlfriends car. Despite the fact that I've never dropped a bag of money with these guys they treat me like gold every time I walk through the door. They've been honest and informative whenever I deal with them and they seem to be one of the few places that can actually balance a set of tires. I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future and encourage anyone who hasn't to give these guys a shot.

I went there for a simple tire reselling as my rims are bit banged up, from booking the appointment to the service it was smooth sailing, very customer service oriented and professional. Over all Phone manners 5/5 Greeting and acknowledging a customer at arrival 5/5 Quality of the service 5/5 (my tires have not leaked since) I had it resealed before at a different shop, when the temperature dropped it start to leak again so I am happy with the service Cost 5/5 very reasonable I am going there tomorrow for abasic oil change, will update again but I am sure it will go smoothly it seems like they are locally owned, so please support your local businesses Thank you for reading IR Toyota Corolla S

Very pleased with the service I received today from Oxford Tirecraft. My winter tire change over was quick and easy. I found the price of off-season tire storage to be very reasonable! Not having to carry and store the off-season tires is a great benefit. If you need tires or service for your car, suv or truck I would recommend Oxford Tirecraft 100%

Been dealing hands on with cars for a long time . Gave the rude, combative, attendant a chance to come clean on his claim that "ford says you HAVE to renew all four tires at once".....didn't want to discuss the merits of such a claim, just rudely tells me " you can do whatever you want buddy"......refused to relent on his claim, or back it up despite me showing my owners manual that says "best practice to renew two tires (on the same axle) at a time. Doesn't even say you HAVE to change two, let alone four. Like I said, been working on cars my whole life. Always willing to learn something new......but when the reaction ISN'T "let's discuss this" , but rather like a kid going on the offensive after being caught stealing ....I have a tough time believing such a self serving claim. A "tire expert" who can't speak on the technical merits of such a claim? C'mon now. My advice? Do some research and read your owner's manual so you know what you're talking about. Yes I get that eg. A brake shop would prefer to replace every system component every time they service your brakes "so they can assure that your brakes are at peak performance....but a) that's not what those mechanics do to their own cars b) it's not necessary. I get that a tire shop wants to sell as many tires as possible....but read above.

As a 20-something female who has NO clue about cars whatsoever, I am seriously appreciative of the team at Oxford Tire. They're the only guys I go to and they always have the best advice. I've been going there for years and every single time I go in, whether for a service or repair, they are super accommodating, friendly and professional. They are very realistic and will never try to tell me to fix something that doesn't need to be looked at right away which is awesome for a student like me!
