I got an alignment here, and the service was very good. The employees were very kind and honest, and the work was done reasonably fast. I haven't had any problems with alignment since, they did an excellent job.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bought new tires and had them installed , my rims were damaged when tires were put on. They won't cover repair costs... absolutely lost a customer...

Brought a cube van here for the safety before purchasing it. The van failed miserably but I was provided a list of defects and the mechanic walked me through them. Definitely glad I chose this garage. The ladies in the office answered my calls right away and were a pleasure to deal with. The owner Chris was friendly. When I spoke with the shuttle driver, I asked him how people liked working there, he mentioned how well everyone was treated. Keep up the great work.

Top quality. They were able to diagnose and rectify the issue with my Range Rover without issue. I had taken it to another repair shop the previous day and they were unable to locate a problem, having been suggested to trust MSJ Tirecraft I drove it in and thankfully they sorted everything out for a fair price.

Great place! Very clean and comfortable. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours (they do offer a shuttle service for those who don’t want to sit there) & they shared their hot dogs with me. The prices are reasonable and they are very thorough with their inspections and diagnoses. Everyone was respectful and kind.

I went to MSJ years ago. Always did found it honest and reasonable. NOT now, I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me a repair of 2400.00 dollars. I was shocked this repair was half the price of the engine in my van! I thought something is wrong here paid my estimate and called for other quotes. Nothing in that high range ended getting it done for 700.00 dollars. That's 1/4 of their price. Looking at cars that are being serviced there alot of city cars emergency vehicles post office and more. Maybe that is why highest priced. I don't know. Hopefully city gets quotes to keep budget low. Very disappointed not like the old days. They have gone corporate.

How did my experience with MSJ go? GREAT! They are a trustworthy customer oriented company. I had them install some after market fog lights into my car. They ran into some issues (that weren't their fault - there was a faulty switch that came with the kit). They called me and let me know. The next day I spoke with the owner they supplied a switch at no charge and even dropped the car off to me due to them having to keep it an extra night to source a switch. To me it doesn't show how good a company is when everything goes right. It shows when stuff goes wrong and they make it right. They have made a customer for life.
