AT LEAST $200 for 4 wheel balancing is outrageous even for "road force" - not to mention that you must have an appointment, they close at 5 during the week and it's closed in weekends - GOOD LUCK! The very same service is provided for about $US60 at any Belle Tire location or for free if you buy the tires from them (which are at least 30% cheaper than anywhere in Canada anyways). Other locations in Windsor (Rose City Ford and others) providing this service also charge far less.

Amazing Service, This Company went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We hit a pot hole, causing a Flat tire. We tried driving around on the Donut, to find a repair shop. 2 places said we had to wait 2 days for them to order a Tire. We kept looking for Tire places, We came across Heritage Tire in Windsor. Tammy Meyer put us at ease, told us she would have a Tire the next day. We checked out of our Hotel, went to Heritage Tire, pleased to meet so many kind understanding people. Sonny Dickens, got us coffee ☕, made the whole experience affordable and Enjoyable. We had a 5 hour Drive, and we got home Safe, to our own bed! You definitely are 5☆, Thanks so much Cindy and Brian

I have been taking repairs to Heritage for many years, and always found them to give great service, giving plenty of options for replacements and solid advice on safety if a tire couldn't be repaired. Just shopped for a full new set of tires for my car, and Dave came back with several options on price and fitting, allowing me to book a time to have them all installed. Fully recommend the service here- and a great selection of coffee in the waiting room!

I've bought many tires from Heritage and always recommend them..until now. Prices are always fair. We had tires installed on my girlfriend's Jeep and was a bit disappointed with the work done. The tires were great. The tires were way over inflated and a lug bolt was broken. I never had an issue. Were compressors and air gauges not properly calibrated? Air tools set for too high torque rating? Is faster installation preferred over quality to save wages? Not sure but the Jeep was returned with broken lug and a comment that Jeep/ Chrysler products are cheap and faulty. Pretty sure it's the technicians and not the vehicle manufacturer. I have brought a Jeep Cherokee for 2 sets of tires, Dodge Dakota for two sets of tires, Chrysler Cirrus for a set of tires and a Hummer H3 for tires and never a problem. I just bought BF Goodrich KO2 tires from a competitor for my F150 and air pressure was correct on all 4 tires and no broken lug nuts. This was very disheartening to me. Now we can't trust to bring the vehicle back for tire rotation on fear of more broken lug nuts.

I called in this morning at around 930, and got a price for a set of all seasons so I could get my snow tires off. They gave me what I felt was a very reasonable price, and asked if they could squeeze me in today. They replied with, they are booked full today but if I could get there in ten minutes they could do them right away, so that was perfect! Installation and service was awesome. Would recommend to anyone. Not sure if all tires come with, but mine have free rotation every 10000kms. Just have to book an appointment to make sure there is a hoist open.

Had tires recently installed on my truck. Love the tires but not my experience. After the tiress were installed and I was home I noticed chips around the valve stem on one rim, chips around the lug nuts on another and one rim the chrome was. Crushed. When I went back I was told that the crush mark was there when the truck went in. Which it was nit it was a fresh mark from a tool. I was told they forgot to mention it to me when I was waiting. I was told about tire pressure sensors that I needed but not the crush mark. I will never be back and won’t recxomend to anybody to go there they offered me nothing for the mistake

When I asked if charging $35 for a simple repair on a tire I purchased from them was common practice, they ignored my inquiry. Also, the wait for the installation was too long. I'll need new truck tires soon, and I will be finding a better place to buy them.

I have been going to heritage tire since my first car. They take good care of me and ensure me and my family have safe, affordable and secure shoes for the car. Because I go to them for tire change and rotations they let me know in advanced (a season or two) if I will need new wheels so I can prepare. They are also very flexible when it comes to fixing tire emergencies.

I called before I went in about some continental tires for my Mercedes, I thought your price was pretty reasonable so I came in ordered two of them. Going on about my day I left went to Action wheel and tire on walker to get my wheels reconditioned and welded, I asked if they could provide me a price on my continental tires while waiting for my ride. when they came back with the price I was in literally in shock their price was substantially lower than you guys. Taking advantage of people and ripping people off is significant. Over charging me of $108.00 per tire is just downright ludicrous. I asked action wheel and tire to order them for me. I drove back to your company an hour later to get my refund the young man at the counter was rude an arguing with me, after his extensive behavior. I'll take my business elsewhere.
