I used to be regular but counter staff has changed AGAIN! Used to be place to go for help and knowledge. Feels like a used car salesman at the counter now. Couldn't provide any info and sounded like a broken record. Way too creepy for me. Nobody would even make eye contact with me?? Place seems like a dump now. Times change I guess.

Where oh where do I start. To say I’m pleased with the service here would be an understatement. Thrilled, overjoyed and entirely delighted from every single step of the way. Now, I know very little about cars and alas, I am “one of those” that push my oil change months past it should. I always let my car’s gas go to empty before filling up and my easy fix is: If I turn the volume up and loud enough, then I can’t hear the sounds my car is making. Out of sight, out of mind? Ignorance was bliss. However, all good things must come to an end. My second-hand jeep has had some decent travels in its years and due to my inexperience and naivety I had pretty much let it fall apart. We’ve been itching to hit the road again but the rolling deathtrap was spiking my anxiety to take it anywhere farther than house and work. I was refilling my tires weekly and the days between fills were becoming less and less. The music no longer could drown out the off-key melody of the brakes. The day came where I couldn’t go a day without filling my tires and I needed a quick fix to get me through. A quick google search near my work and I found these guys. Let me tell you, without them meeting me or I them, I knew just from the phone call that this place was going to solve all my problems …well, car problems that is. Everyone that I came in contact with here was incredibly warm, friendly and beyond a doubt, sincere! They genuinely cared about my well-being AND understood that financially I could only do so much. They fixed the two leaks in my tires right away so that I could at least get through the following month or so and brought me into the shop and showed me the different things wrong with my vehicle. They educated me and demonstrated the various things wrong, so that I knew exactly what needed repaired, and WHY. Very educational. Very informative. Over the span of a couple months I was able to get my brakes done and no longer hear the screech, rattle and clinks that rang through previously. I actually feel like my car will stop when I hit them and don’t have to cross my fingers. New tires and multiple other things. My car honestly and truly feels like a brand new vehicle when I drive. It hasn’t been like this in a very long time. Throughout the whole experience, multiple visits to either drop my car off, pay, or simple discuss details, they proved to be reliable over and over again. Honest group right there. The DREAM team. And in their professional manner, were also very comforting and friendly. I’ve been to a few other mechanics in my lifetime but these guys, I will always go back to. Honourable, open and purely pleasant. Aaron, Ron, Sherry, Ya’ll are my Heroes.

From the moment I walked into Good Year (Benson Auto Parts) I was impressed by the customer service. I needed a quick tire repair as I was having a flat tire from a screw found. They were fully booked and still got me in right away as they took into account how important my tire being fixed was! They made it happen! I was also extremely impressed by how nice the office & customer waiting area was. It was very welcoming, clean, nice background music, clean washroom, and friendly employees! The employee that helped me made a car emergency not so bad at all when you have really good people to help! The manager of this store deserves an huge award! I was glad I brought my car to dependable, trustworthy folks at Good Year. It was my first time as customer. I will definitely be back and be sure that all of my family members and friends are informed about the outstanding service and experience I had while visiting Good Year location Howard Ave, Windsor. I’m happy I know where to go now! I was treated professionally and kindly. Super happy! Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!

Used to come here but the prices are out of control and it has become a very unfriendly environment. Company spent 3 years under renovation and yet the shop still looks decades old. They are mandated to buy parts from Benson Auto parts (same owner) who is the most expensive supplier in the city. Way too expensive for a basic shop. Quality is next to nothing. Selling economy parts at premium prices. Watch yourself here. ps the damage control reply does not address the issues I and other have observed. Why was I dissatisfied in the FIRST place.

Took over 2 hours just for an oil change and they forgot to rotate my tires I purchased there. Also the labor rate for what is offered is ludicrous. $600 for front brakes on a van, no thank you. No seat covers, floor mats or steering wheel covers were used. All around a very disappointing experience that will be my last.

Took way to long just to get a brake estimate. They were nearly twice the price of Canadian Tire and their tires were outrageously priced. Go elsewhere if you plan on keeping your hard earned cash. This place is out of touch with reality.

Mind Blown

Been here a few times but the prices are just outrageous! A simple search of the part numbers on their invoice shows you're paying 2-3 times the normal price. The shop is outdated with old equipment, the restroom was dirty. No coffee, no newspaper, no wifi, hello 2018! Shop elsewhere if you want fair prices.

I went to this auto shop in one Saturday to wash my minivan engine. They did clean it but did not dry the sensitive parts. The car engine started hesitating when received it. I drove it for about one hour thinking that will dry by itself but it didn't. I returned back to this auto shop but found them closed as they are closing at 12.00 noon in Saturday. As I am working from morning to late afternoon I couldn't visit this auto shop, so in Monday I bought spark plugs, wires set and ignition coil and changed them. When opened the spark plugs I found a water in three of them. The engine performance improved but still not as it was and the check engine light still blinking. I went to the same auto shop few weeks later asking for their help. They said will diagnose the cause of the problem for $59 as I didn't bring the car immediately. I told the guy their that this problem was caused by their improper engine washing and I spend a lot of money to fix it and expect some help from them. I am very frustrated to deal with this auto shop and do not recommend it for any one have small or big problem in his/her car.

Great place and fantastic service. New tires and they even washed the truck after the work. I would recommend this place for all your services. Very happy with all the guys that work there was watching them the whole time they worked on the truck no one was just sitting around everyone was working and cleaning while waiting for the next job. My daughter goes there for a safety check. They fail it for 1 thing. She fixed the issue then goes back and pays again and they fail it for 3 more things, that were not stated on the first safety! Took it elsewhere and it passed! Very unprofessional to take advantage of her. Wouldn't recommend going here!

Had and oil change and brakes checked. I nearly fainted when I was given the estimate. These same parts are available elsewhere for less than half the price!! Went to the next shop down the street and got premium quality parts/labour for less then half what I was quoted here PLUS lifetime warranty. This is NOT a Windsor based company. I advise steer clear and find someone more reputable/reliable.

Very disappointed. Had an oil change done. The oil cap was not put back on and I had to go somewhere else and pay $50 to have my engine cleaned. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience there, and now I will not be going back anymore.

I went to Beverly tire for a tire patch and an oil change roughly 4 weeks ago and it's common courtesy that when having an oil change they check your other fluid levels...I am now sitting at mr. Lube with empty coolant -- which should have been caught nearly 4 weeks ago thanks beverly tire for the extra burning and sludge. AND get this... I have heavy oil pan gasket and oil drain plug leaks upon arrival....I would think they would notify me of that when they changed my oil...hopefully they actually changed my oil. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Unreal. It took over 5 hours to just get a set of tires installed. On top of that, they said I needed $900 worth of front end work. Got everything done on Walker RD for 1/2 the price! This place is NOT locally owned and is out of touch with reality. Place is a dive.
