I arranged everything over the phone and dropped my car off for some minor repairs, three days later I hadn't heard anything so I called them , and they said they had done 1 of 3 things we had discussed, and forgotten what the other things were, but never called me to ask. Nice people but seems very disorganized.

Do not. I repeat do not go here with anything serious. While Tony is a great guy. His shop is very poorly managed. We wasted $300 and 3 weeks of time with him. We took it to Napa auto pro centennial motors and got the same amount of work done for free in about 20 minutes.

Over charge on parts, never done on time and had to take my vehicle back repeatedly for the same problem and it cost me 5 times what it would have anywhere else. Do not go here, Tony is just a con artist and his head mechanic is not even certified.

Fair prices for Yukon. Good costumer service. Wait on parts may be couple of days. It's Yukon, consider that.

My breaks stopped working so I had my van towed to the shop, received a call saying that break repairs were going to be over $1700 plus labour so I had it towed back to my apartment. When it was returned they didn't return the key, it had a flat tire, and would not start anymore which means they had tampered with it. I will never use this shop again!

Had an appointment for 9. The mechanic did not arrive until 930. My husband asked them not to put the tires back on with a drill, they did anyways. But they were a few dollars less then anywhere else in town and the only place we could get a last min appointment. Breaks are now fixed.

We just wanted to get our engine control lamp cleared, because it was nothing serious. The two mechanics we asked before denied it, although its just a thing of three minutes at all. As I asked, what he wants for it, he replied:"Enjoy your trip, that's what I want." Thank you again.

Booked an appointment for monday morning. Made it clear that I needed to get back on the road asap. Dropped off the truck, headed into the office to give them my keys, and got greeted with a "**** do you want?"... Called them an hour before close to ask how it was going, and they told me they forgot about it.... And then told me they couldnt have worked on it because the pieces on the cars on the hoists were rusty, so they couldnt have planned that. They would look at it the next afternoon! So I called other shops and found someone else willing to work on it the next day. Then I went back to Certified to grab the truck and the part that they ordered.... Which they had the audacity to sell me for 180$ when the part is worth 100$... A bunch of real clowns...

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman, my engine light came on 3 years ago. I took it to Crowfoot Mini in Calgary they said it was a sensor, within an hour it was back on, took it to a “foreign car specialist” in Red Deer he said it was a valve fixed that engine light was back on within minutes, took it to Edmonton BMW/Mini they said it was a sensor and a valve replaced them engine light was back on within the hour. Take it to Tony after it died and lo and behold the spark plugs were original and super gapped. He fixed me up and my engine light is finally gone! Car runs like it did when it was new!! So thankful for Tony and his mechanics work by far the cheapest fix I’ve put into this car and the problem is actually fixed! Great, friendly fast service definitely recommend. Pretty impressed that this car stumped 3 different “bmw specialists” yet was such a simple fix found by Certified Auto Service.
