The man/men I spoke with over the phone and in person were quite rude and condescending (as a young woman, I know when I’m being talked-down to because it happens a lot and it’s unacceptable). I was very upset about my interactions and ended up picking my car up a couple of hours after I dropped it off before it was even looked at. I understand that this is a demanding and hectic work environment, but I deserve respect. Do not recommend this place.

Mixed feelings about ok tire. They are fair with prices and when they have made mistakes they honor warranty on products. Although I have gone multiple times for same problem with brakes and was never fixed. Still one the best priced mechanics in sturgeon falls.

Yes they got me in fast. But that weekend I drove down to Toronto,and my check engine light comes on. Get home and take it to guys repair and they had my battery hooked up wrong and the shelf holding the battery was rotten. No one at ok tire told me about that. But they charged me $300 and because of their mess up I had to pay an additional $550 at guy's. Will never go to ok tire again. And the guy that works the front is rude and condescending

Completely useless. Went to ask a question about rims and tires and then asked about lug nuts to fit. Was told idk go next door and find out what you need. Will be continuing on to get my rims and tires else where. If I could give it a negative I will, older man was nasty and did not want to talk to me after he seen my car was from another province.

At first I placed an appointment request for this location online through the website. Received confirmation that someone would contact me to confirm the appointment. A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything. Ended up calling the location and mentioned that I had put in an appointment request through the website and they told me that they don't actually use that part of the system. Ok, so I asked then if I could book an appointment. They asked what I wanted done and where I got the tires. I told them Canadian Tire, and they continued from there to tell me that they don't recommend or take appointments from people that have purchased tires elsewhere, as they have had issues in the past. I tried to reason with the fellow that I wouldn't cause a fuss if something was wrong, but he didn't seem to want the business and actually ended up hanging up on me. I had previously dealt with OK Tire in Baden Ontario and they were amazing with service, but needless to say that this was a very poor experience and I will not recommend this particular location for tires or service.

The service was horrible. He yelled at me about the timing of the appointment that they booked the day before. He accused me driving the car everywhere like that. Not Not true I did not. He made me cry. No customer service skills. He was a bully. All I needed was one tier changed as one nut was stripped. It took him 8 minutes to fix it. Never again. Be ware of this nasty owner.

did severe damage to our vehicle during scheduled repairs... admitted 100% to doing the damage. told us they would come clean and make the necessary repairs for the damage caused by them. 2 days later they said they only told us that to get us out of their store. no parts ordered and no intention to fix anything... ok so legal route we go, including better business bureau report. shop locally they say, support our hurting businesses they say... i say let this one sink!! and then maybe someone more responsible, customer friendly and obviously more qualified might be able to make a go of it. this business has zero integrity... if you take your vehicle for repairs here, know that 100% of the liability for their screw ups is 100% on you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND using STURGEON TIRE/OK TIRE for any repairs. instead go 2 doors down to GUY'S REPAIRS for all your mechanical and tire repair needs

I had a flat tire stopped to see if I could get a tire fixed as I was on my way to Sudbury for work. I was told rudely to move my car and that they would not help me as it would be a bit. Didn't even ask me what I needed. So I Left and went to Kal tire in Northbay on my spare. The staff helped me right away. Never again will I go to this place, they lost my business. I would drive on my rim with no tire passed this place.
