Phenomenal service and very friendly and helpful staff. Had a bit of a dire situation regarding some tire valve stems, everywhere else in town had at least a week wait, some places had 3 weeks, but these folks got me in within a few hours of my call and had me in and out in less than hour, ready to roll, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Prices are really good and service was top tier!! Before contacting Welland Tire I had inquired at 2 other shops for a full set of Winter tires for my sisters 2017 Honda CRV. Both shops gave similar quotes said they would be able to help with an appointment the following week. Welland Tire was the 3rd shop I contacted and I have to say, they were ready to find me the best set of Tires to fit my needs. They quickly gave me a range of options for the best fit for my budget and was even ready to source cheaper sets to please me. We ended up finding a set that fit my specs and they were able to order, ship and install all before the end of the week. 10/10 service! Welland Tire setting the bar pretty high!!!

Unorganized said they call me back If they could do a job but never called so I went there the owner took for ever to show up made me wait after I asked how much longer said 2 mins10 mins ago usually when u have a business there’s at least someone there that knows what there doin not some chick that sits at a desk and says I don’t know then asked if they can do snowblower tires owner said yes but had no inventory for tubes cause I knew the tires wouldn’t hold air.waste of time

Very disappointed in the service at Welland Tire Centre. Apparently installing a set of winter tires is too much to ask. Suddenly the tire sensors are not working and no one seems to be able to solve the problem. Gave me my truck back without the chrome caps installed and I had to point out that they were missing. I had to take my truck in a second time for the sensors that were working fine before my first appointment, which they couldn't resolve at the end of that appointment (I had to point out that the sensor light was still on), and after the second appointment they are still not sure if they have fixed the problem. Strange - I thought this was a tire shop?! When I brought my truck home today, none of the tires had the right pressure in them and all had different amounts of pressure. Not to mention showing up 30 minutes late for the appointment time they set. This place is just not worth the stress and the headache.

Hace 2 semanas compre 4 cubiertas nuevas para invierno, fui en dos oportunidades a inflarlas porque perdian aire luego de la colocacion de ellas. En la tercera oportunidad que fue hoy Miercoles 12 de Diciembre, me cambiaron los picos porque dice que perdia por ahi y me cobraron nuevamente todo, una estafa. Deberian haber reconocido que hicieron un mal trabajo cuando las colocaron.
