Visited for the first time since moving to Welland for an oil change. The guys at the shop made it simple, I just dropped my car off, walked home and they took care of the rest. The cost of the full synthetic oil change was a bit less than I expected too! I estimated the average which I normally am charged at most shops.

Lee's Auto Service were able to provide me with a safety inspection the same day I asked for one! I had called in the morning, and then dropped it off at 1pm - they were done by 3pm! I have never experienced such efficiency with any other mechanic. For that speed I was expecting a high price to pay, but that was not the case at all! In fact, I found Lee's pricing to be lower than most shops. Thank you to the team at Lee's Auto who helped me out in such a last minute task!

I went to there shop a couple weeks ago so I can get a computer issue with my car fixed. They said quote "their is a problem with the BCM transmission connection to my TCM", and also said "will have it fixed". The owner of the place then charged me 360 $ CA for the problem "resolved". Literally two weeks later the same problem with the computer happened again. I don't recommend this place for anyone because of probable scamming that occurs here on the daily.

Tried to support local but the only thing that works at this business is their credit card machine. Try other local businesses if looking for service in Welland unless you like your car damaged and smelling of cigarettes.

Had battery problems so took car here. Car then again had battery problems two months after the problem was "fixed". Took it in again as battery was under warranty and car ended up with a giant dent and broken materials inside. Instead of admitting error, owner doubled down on a lie that he was the only one working on it despite his son saying an intern found the problem.
