Been bringing my car to Bosch for over 2 years now and nothing but great service. Repairs are fast, prices are reasonable and workmanship is great. Depending on the level of repair your car needs they also offer a loaner car. Dean and the staff always educate the customer as to why a repair is needed versus just saying "your car needs new brakes". This gives me peace of mind so I know where my money is going. Keep up the great work!

Got some work done to my van and they were supposed to give me an oil change but never did! Charged me for it and told me they did it. The oil gage in my van still said 33% same as it said before I brought it in, I thought they may had just forgot to reset it but when I checked the oil level it was low. I will never go there again!

They did an oil change,forgot to put the cap back on.I took the car back they cleaned it up and filled he oil. That part was fine. A week later the alternator went on the car. I had 3 mechanics look at it all three said the oil caused it to go. When I called Bosch to tell them he says oil will only lubricate it not damage the alternator. you do the math 3-1. cheap 20 dollar oil is it worth it? you decide?

Honest and affordable car repair. Best in Welland by far. They usually offer free loaner car service and the prices are very fair. They stand behind their work which is the number one thing to look for with mechanic service. They did a steering rack replacement for me on a minivan and when it went bad within a few hundred kilometres they made good in the warranty and redid the job immediately. A+++++.

Took my vehicle in to see if there was a hole in the AC. It was totally working and I just spent money at another garage to have the AC topped up. After an approximate 5 hour wait they brought back my car with the AC empty, So I went and drove it back to Bosch where I was insulted by both Dan and Mike, swore at and told to leave without my AC still not working, so I went to a Midas shop who fixed my AC, refilled it and fixed my muffler all in 2.5 hours I WILL NEVER GO TO BOSCH EVER AGAIN AND SPREAD THE WORD ON HOW THE STAFF THERE REALLY TREAT PEOPLE AND THEIR VEHICLES

Asked them to look at a leaking tire while doing my oil change. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was told they couldn't find the leak without taking the tire apart. If someone had called me, I would have said to do so since I'd been dealing with it for quite a few weeks. Tire went flat on way home, had to tow to repair shop. They saw the valve needed to be fixed and charged $20. Needless to say I won't be going back to Bosch....Tina McCauley

Because they lied about being able to fix my car in time, they had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. I am sure they had no clue as to what they were doing. They promised to keep me informed as to the progress of the work they were doing and did not. They fixed my break lines and pump but now my car sounds really awful. Take your car elsewhere.

Service was professional and repairs was done right, charged me 2 hours, some might think it was a bit extra maybe, it was one and half hour work, but I don't care about the that as much as repair was done just right. And more importantly they were honest. They charged $12 for repairing the brake vacuum hose, they could simply charge me for repairing the booster and ask for $10000. I would never know. Their honesty was priceless.

If there was an option for no stars I would have put it. Only decent person working there was let go and now they are just blatantly scamming people. Took my vehicle in to fix the air conditioning. Paid $163 for Freon and to test for leaks. They claimed no leaks and the air was working. Not even two days passed and the air stopped working. Took it back and wouldn't you know it they say there is a leak and I'm back to square one with no Freon left and it's going to be over $500 to fix it. Wouldn't own up to their mistake. Not letting them touch my car again!

Passed a safety when should not have. After supposedly fixing it the lights cam back on less than 90 days so parts they use must be bad or they didnt fix it right. shadow auto dealer uses Bosch to fix and give hot safety to cars. Be very aware and dont truat either company. Especially if you are an Aboriginal womam

Fit me in for a tire change on a Saturday at the last minute. Very friendly service. Great job. I will return. Update- still keeping 5 star score but my tire pressure light came on. I am not sure if the cold weather caused it or if the mechanic didnt check the pressure. Going elsewhere to get it filled up as hours of operation do not work for me.

Like Denise I was skeptical about going here for an oil change but I'm glad I did. I called around to about 10 places in Welland and everyone was charging $50+ for a basic oil change. Bosch only charged $20. I got there and was greeted promptly. I got to meet Dan, the owner. They don't do appointments for just oil changes and they were busy when I got in but they squeezed me in and were done much quicker than expected. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning for my next oil change and any other car related maintenance I need!

I can't say enough good things about Bosch - first went in for a quote and was given a better quote than another auto shop. When I brought my car in, they gave me a loaner car, ensured everything was checked over and kept me in the loop. When I called to let them know I wasn't able to pay for the service that day because of banking issues, they were super understanding! They gave me a few options and completed the work - which I was extremely grateful for as we were expecting bad weather. When I brought my car in a couple weeks later because I thought my tire was low, they immediately checked it and told me not to hesitate calling or dropping by if I had any concerns. Everyone I dealt with were very courteous, professional, understanding and genuinely kind - I will absolutely be bringing my car back to Bosch... and referring them to everyone I know!! It's SO good to know there are still auto shops that are there for the customer and not just the money!! Thank you Bosch!!!!!

Brought my car in for a broken break pad during the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately for me, my regular shop was closed. They told me they would look at it. They called and said I needed pads, rotors and calipers on both rear tires. They told me they would show me my calipers which they did not. My regular shop told me the chances of both calipers going at the same time was a unlikely. On top of that I drive it away and a day later my ABS and traction control lights come on. Never going back there ever. I believe I did not need the calipers and they also damaged my sensors during the repair,

Fuel line went on Friday afternoon. Got a quote for around $700 to replace the lines at a shop in St. Catharines. Called around town to see how fast I could get it done. Talked to Mike, he tells me we can get it up tomorrow to look, will be done by Monday the latest. I could deal with one day of work without it, so I had it towed to Bosch Friday night. Mike calls me Saturday around 8:00am, says we can do it for $450. I was stoked, told him sweet let me know. Mike calls me at 11am. Its done, and faster than we thought, so it'll be $407. Total. And no arrangements needed for work on Monday. These boys made a fan for life today. If they provide this level of honest and consistent service, I'll never go to another shop in town. Give Mike a call and give these guys a shot. I dont think you'll be disappointed. Thanks again Bosch!! Saved me 2 days of stress and $300. 5 star all the way!

So I normally don't post my experience on line but I had a bad experience with Bosch car services in Welland ont. I had a truck recently put threw a safty and the teck guy failed my truck for a safty saying I had many safty issues with my truck like my e brake not working when it works just fine and saying my washer fluid and oil is low. Then they also say I have a broken exhaust manifold stud broken and they would gladly conveniently fix it for $600 they charged me $141.25 for what my truck should of passed. The day after I take my same truck to another shop that is local and it passed with two light out that I was allowed to change them to have the safety and they only charged me $100.57. I also had my exhaust manifold and exhaust system looked at and there is nothing wrong with it. Bottom line dont bother wasting your time at bosh car service.

Talk to you very nice, but they make other work hoping to get it, they messed with my alignment while changing a wheel bearing, didn't even make 100 km before there was a horrible noise and turns out they didn't tighten the axle nut properly, which pre-wore out the bearing again, told to bring it in and they would push me in, but was told I had to wait for them to fix there mistakes when I got there. I got an alignment somewhere else and will never bring or recommend anyone to bring anything there ever again!!!!!! If they give you a cheep price, they know their quality. Hope you find a better place than this to bring your vehicle, have a great day. P.s. The star system doesn't go low enough

I have brought my car to Bosch several times for different work that it needed. They have saved me several hundered dollars over the course of the few years I've been taking my car there. They have good prices, and they don't try to up-sell you on things that you don't need. They have great customer service, and provide loaner vehicles which is very handy. I have had many mechanics try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, and I really appreciate that I've NEVER experienced this from Bosch. They offer fast and quality service, at a fair price. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. 10/10 I will always take my vehicle to them in the future!

Dropped my car off in the morning with half an hour worth of work to be done "Yeah we'll get it done by the end of the day" Great! I walk back home and then walk back right before they close at 5. It's not done. "Sorry we'll get it done tomorrow." So I walk back home again. Wish they would've let me know. Next day at 3 it's not done I ask them if they'll have it done by 5 "nope sorry". So I walk back, get my keys and drive off after 2 days without a car, and nothing done to it. I understand its busy season, but they shouldn't be making empty promises.

I went to Bosch with a bad wheel bearing. Dana expertly had my problem detected and thoroughly explained the problem. Not only did he explain ... he offered two types of bearings. I told him I would book an appointment and that I would have it done in a few days. He offered to do the work at the time (since wheel was off) and that I could return to pay him later that week. I returned later the same day and paid him. I was impressed to see he treated me with respect and (like the old days) "Personable". I will now go to Dana's Bosch Car Service faithfully. Oh, and after all ... nobody else has a parrot named "Elvis" in their front seating area. (P.S. He likes bannanas and nuts ) ;-)

They are also very reasonable with there prices and take the proper amount of time to fix your vehicle.This is by far the best place to go if you have any problems with your vehicle.
