Worst service ever. After a long drive we crashed here and the old man yelled at us for wanting food. Store sign says closed at 11pm and we arrived at 8pm. Miserable old man, stinky room, woman ignored our food request, room smelled of bug deterrent. DO NOT STAY HERE. DRIVE TO WATSON LAKE . #worstserviceever

WE used their RV camp site on the way to Dawson City, it was the most expensive campground we stayed in $55.00 for one night (full hook-up) it was nothing special, then we went out for a walk and at the coffee shop, called Wolf it Down, we had two pieces of pie with a small scoop of ice cream and 1 coffee $23.99 with tax was $26.39. I expected higher prices up north but they went digging for the gold in my pockets. service was ok just VERY expensive. date was July 10, 2017

Guy in office kinda clueless. Over priced. Sites ok space between. Asked us to separate our trash. Really? No free showers.

Really nice cabins. They are pet friendly. The cinnamon rolls were huge and delicious. They also sell beer, gas, and snacks. If I ever go back up that way I'll definitely stay again.

Was on an Alaskan Motorcycle trip and needing help stopped in got fuel and they helped me with no charges or fees. They just wanted to help me get back on the road and enjoying my trip. People only tend to post reviews when they are upset and this review they truly deserve for going beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much for helping me keep my knuckles in the wind.

We stopped here at 10:55am on a Saturday. There were a few vehicles there. As I walked into the restaurant there was an older gentleman watching TV and the lights were off. I asked if we could get brunch. He laughed stood up and shook his head asking why people continue coming in when the blinds are all shut and lights are off in a very rude tone. Very rude considering the front door was unlocked, sure they blinds were shut but we didn’t know if that was normal and if he wasn’t open the door should probably be locked. Would not recommend this place.

The location is efficient, but no phone service and the park wifi, while showing a signal by the office, does not let you get on even with the correct password. Also don't plan on leaving your garbage there unless you have planned ahead and have about 3 containers in your RV to sort it. They have about 5 small slots for various types of garbage (recycling), but some of my plastic bottles wouldn't fit in their slots. Recycling is good but it can be taken to far. My guess is that most people (including the RVs in our group) just took all of their garbage on to the next park.

Love this place. Not only is the location great but the rooms and service was spot on. Great food with beer available. Only down side is if you get the Jacuzzi suite there isn't a shower... But the tub is big enough for two ;) very cozy and quiet rooms. Gift shop is large with something for everyone. I would tell anyone to travel a bit further just to stop here and talk with the owners about their story.

Decent option for camping in Watson lake area, although a bit pricier than other campsites we had stayed at. The cinnamon buns were nice though.

Got a 192 dollar charge to my account for 40 dollars of gas I purchased. Upgrade your system and quit Tying up peoples credit for days.

Nice location, great access to highway. All amenities worked well, but basic parking lot camping.

Good breakfast. Nice place

The mechanic's a crook and the owners are complicit. My turbo blew a seal on a VW Jetta, and I limped it into Nugget City, asking that just my turbo be replaced. I then Greyhounded to the wedding I was nearly late for. They emailed me and their mechanic, Roger Letandre, called into question my timing belt (a pricey repair) despite it being brand new, as well as string of more minor made-up issues. The front desk sources the parts for him, and they were asking $2800 plus shipping for a part that costs $600-$900 (I was charged under $700 for the same part, shipping included, at Runion's Auto in Whitehorse). Obviously having gotten the email, I told him not to do any work on my car. I was charged over $700 for his "four hours" of assessing my car despite my having told him what the issue was in the first place. Some people want to help when they see someone in a pickle - Neil Runion reworked his schedule before a vacation to fit me in, having sympathized about the crooks I was dealing with. Other people see someone in a pickle and only see dollar signs. Scott and Linda - the owners, and Roger the Mechanic, are bad people. No disrespect meant to any staff or anyone else involved at Nugget City.

Overpriced and rude. Avoid if you can. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I think the cabins are largely overrated. The most expensive place I stayed during my 23-day trip, but not the best in my opinion.

Don’t be deceived by the “24 hour” signs up and down the highway. This business closes seasonally.

There is a reason why most locals avoid this place like the plague. High prices, shoddy services and I have heard too many stories about poor mechanical services provided. You are better off heading into Watson Lake as everything is cheaper and the mechanics are much better. Watson Lake Motors gets my vote but there are alternatives.
