UPDATE ; despite the owners promise below my review to fix the situation and 2 calls with promises to call me back with a solution...NOTHING. I am still waiting for a solution. Hoping they will call and replace my list tires and rims. Original review : I left my winter tires there as they didn't fit in my car. I was away ... And without even calling me they have now lost them and refuse to replace . Taking them to small claims court . Very unfortunate . Not recommended at all. Unorganized shop . Stay away

I came in to purchase new summer ties, they have given me a quote on toyo versado with installation and $70 rebate for $1,044. I am not an expert when it comes to tires, but I sure can type in my tire size, and vehicle for same size tires and be hold actual tire price for four is $488, I understand they need to make a profit but i find it very hard that 100% markup for installation is legit. In fact as regular customer I can understand the fee of $488, but I am 100% sure they get it at 20% discounted price to bulk buy. That is not the fact that has made me angry is the fact that they have recommended toyo versado over Michalin Pilot Sport A/S Plus hands down. If you are going to sell tires, don't scam good people that don't know much about tires, all it takes is a simple review. Hands down, never coming here again, worst place for tires!

Great customer service! They originally fit my car in on a busy day to get the winters put onto new rims and installed on the car. They removed the ugly clip on weights from the exterior of my rims and used glue in weights that are out of sight, looks a lot better. I noticed a small vibration and called them about it a few days later, and they took it back in on a Saturday and fine tuned it, nice and smooth now! Would definitely recommend, especially if you need to get tires done on short notice.

Just wanted to shout out to everyone for this company. Friday late morning two weeks ago and late for opening a cafeteria I blew a belt in my tire. Couldn't go over 30km/hr without vibrations. Called these folks up 10 min from there doorstep. Not only did they happen to have a pair of 85 percent tread used tires in perfect shape. They understood I was in a crunch and could have easily pushed expensive used tires on me but they didn't even go there. They actually gave me a ride to work while they fixed my truck up. Perfect service in a pinch. Friendly easy staff to deal with. Great deal on the tires didn't hurt my opinion either. This team is a winner. Will definitely use them from now on and I have several vehicles to deal with. Thanks Team

I really tried to like this place (was referred) but found it extremely difficult. The first time I went in, I was looking to see what my options were for getting new wheels. I was expecting a catalog or something, but was instead told to go look online at different manufacturer websites.. not the best sales process. The second time I went in (a year later), I was given a catalog (after requesting one), which was great. I found a style I liked, and shopped around for quotes. I called in, asking how much it would cost me. They said they were busy, and would call me back in a few minutes. Of course I waited, and of course they never called back. Overall a frustrating experience, and would not recommend.

Great job Tire Team. Jeremy was very helpful with sourcing out a tire and rim for my car. This seemed to be a big challenge , and expensive venture everywhere else I called for help. Everywhere I called, I was told they would have to call me back to see if they could source out the product. Some of the other places took up to a week to call me back. Jeremy had me set up the same day. His call back was to let me know the rims were in. That only took 1 day after the initial phone call. Not only did he suggest a better alternative for a tire, he was the only one to talk me through all of the possible options and pricing for rims and tires. In the end, he saved me a bundle of money. At least $400 less then anywhere else I called. I also watched the guys work for a bit in the garage (because of other negative reviews), and everything was being done professionally. Torque wrench and all. As to be expected at this time of year, the wait times are long as they do everything on a first come first serve basis so get there early. The lady behind the desk was also very courteous to all of the customers waiting and coming in the door. Great job. Thanks again, and I will be back.

I did not have any of the problems that have been described here. In fact, the only reason I'm even posting is because of the large negative feedback. I'm no advocate, as I'm sure you can find cheaper tires elsewhere with big box stores all over the place. I went in, got some advice that was ok and got the tires I wanted right away. Installation was fast and clean. Just reporting that I had no problems and front counter service was good. Not jaw droppingly amazing, but good.

Excellent service, no bs. Came to get a tire patched, which other shops denied to do (even in Toronto). They not only did the patch but did it properly with an inside patch (by removing the tire) rather than a plug that was offered by other shops. They hand torqued my lugs without having to ask and even reprogrammed my sensors to be safe at no extra charge. Hands down will be coming back here for any more tire/wheel work, highly recommended!

I love this place. I've been buying rims and tires at this location for over a decade. They can be incredibly busy but, that's to be expected from a shop that is consistently doing what it takes to keep customers coming back. Great selections on tires and rims for any price range. They work with a lender so you can do payments should you require as well.

Got referred to Tire Team after my go to tire shop was having difficulties balancing my 37” tires. The team here worked quickly and their attention to detail was top notch. last November I had mounted my winter tires which are not on rim. As I drove away my tire deflated due to a puncture. It must have been due to careless tire change. Fortunately I was close to shop so I drove back. They charged me another 15 $ for fixing the puncture. Now I am debating whether to go back to them to put on all season tires. perhaps not.

These guys are great! Wayne and his staff have taken care of all my vehicles and all my tire/rim issues. Very fair pricing and get service time. I had 4 slow leaks on my aluminum rims, I dropped my truck off Friday night after hours and got a call 10am Saturday it was ready to go. Found a puncture, reset all the rims and rotated my wheels and they took care of it all! Look for the dog!

Tire Team did the their service and never mentioned about this problem. They could not missed that because they removed and re-installed the wheel and this hub was very hot. The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I asked them to balance my wheel because it was shaking my car and instead of telling me 3 wheels were BENT!! They proceeded for an hour to try to fix it without my permission. When I got the car back there was the same shaking and vibrating and when I said you didn't help anything they just told me to leave without and refund. They should know you cannot balance a bent wheel without a repair on the rim. Their business reputation was worth keeping $60 from a 20 year old student. Meanwhile I know a ton of people with nice cars in the area, I will be letting them all know TIRE TEAM is in last place.

0 star if i could Very unprofessional and poor customer service I got my rims powder coated through them and it took over 3 weeks with consistent lies telling me they'll be done sooner and then it getting delayed. After the first two weeks they were finish but when I went to pick them up there was pitting, orange peel and runs in all the rims. When they got refinished a week later they were decent but still disappointing. would not recommend powder coating rims there ever. And to top it off they put my brand new red lug nuts(bought from them) on with a rattle gun and the pant chiped on all of them Pictures are the second time they redid them. Way worse the first time

Came in to have a leaky tire checked out and they were able to work on my car promptly. The leak turned out to be a seized TPMS sensor that wasn't letting the valve sit properly. Before going ahead, they let me know that the installed TPMS sensor may break in the process and how much it would be to replace it or if I wanted to just skip having a replacement. Really appreciate them being upfront about that. All-in-all took about 30 minutes, and the waiting area was spread apart in accordance to public health safety. They have guest wi-fi in the waiting area but you have to ask for the password. Touchpoints in my car and the keys were also sanitized before I left. Great experience, highly recommended!

They are good people but the whole experience of no appointments and show up by 7 and line up to get your wheels and tires is really frustrating. Especially if you still don't get in. Great prices and service but I don't have a whole day to give up after waiting almost 2 weeks to buy $5k worth of tires and wheels. And taking a day off to come in and still being turned away at 7am. Pay slightly more elsewhere and get an appointment and get on with your life.

I first contacted Tire Team via their website - requested a quote for a set of Vossen CV3s and tires. I was quickly contacted by Jeremy Rieck who was very helpful and patient with my many questions on fitment, tire sizing, and availability. They were able to ship the rims within a week or so, and did a great job with the installation. I'm extremely happy with the outcome, and am proud to say I had it done at Tire Team whenever people ask (which is a daily occurrence haha) Sadly, one of my rims was damaged shortly after installation due to a pothole, and they were able to order a replacement and have it in the next day, which was a big relief. Jeremy was really good about laying out my options for replacing/repairing the rim, and made the whole process much easier. Fast responses to queries, friendly advice, and attention to detail made this a positive experience for me. Thanks guys!

Customer service: A+ Friendliness: A+ Tire Service: A+ Forget about these negative reviews. These guys are great to deal with. I had my tires and wheels installed on my Audi. I called in before hand to ask about pricing, they told me over the phone $113 for installing tires and wheels. When I came in they told me the price was different for wheels 19" and bigger. I never mentioned the size over the phone because I assumed it was standard. But they still gave me $113 price. I came back a few days later because I was hearing a noise, they checked everything and re-torqued my wheels and spacers for precaution. I will recommend these guys any day of the week to anyone looking for wheel/tire service. The negative reviews you're reading here might have legitimacy, but who doesn't have bad days. The ratings they have does not, in any way, represent their actual service. That's just my 2 cents.

Thanks to the seemingly never-ending construction in K-W, I've been here 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years to have tires repaired and to have screws and other foreign objects removed. These guys are fantastic. They have never yet failed to squeeze me in, even if they are busy, and I have never had a tire repair go bad. I have never purchased tires or rims off them, but based on how they handle their repairs, I will definitely consider them for a purchase next time around. Thanks, Tire Team!
