John the owner and his family are HONEST , hard working people . Never over charge anyone I've ever heard of. The Mechanics ALL know what they're doing especially Bruno in the back! Laid back, No B.s. and they won't charge you or suggest things you don't need to fix! I can go here with the UTMOST confidence AND TRUST anything they tell me. ALWAYS a better deal and the work is done PROPERLY.. YOU DONT FIND SHOPS LIKE THIS ANYMORE... I almost didn't want to write this review because I didn't want everyone knowing and then it'll be harder to get my vehicles in when I need.. but the guys deserve the work.. Can't say enough good things about this place

I have had my car for over 2 years now and have been going to multiple places for oil changes. This has been by far the best place I have come for an oil change. Dean was extremely friendly and the gentleman who worked on my car showed me one thing that is lose but said it's not mandatory to fix and will not cause any issues. They did not once push any sale onto me as multiple other places have in the past. I required about costs of things on my own that I was curious about, but still they did not push the sale of doing it right away on me, they simply gave me price ranges. Excellent service, super friendly and I will definatley be coming back to this location in the future!

There are some good mechanics here but the owner does not listen to his customers. I specifically asked for something to be done ( which was not done ) and in the end it ended up costing me thousands of dollars. This review is from a many years ago when I was young and stupid. Never again.

Every time I come here it’s like a family member or a friend looking at your car, I always know that the job is done correctly and I can trust that their recommendations are truthful. I’ve been coming here for several years now; for the past 2 years I’ve been living in St.Catharines and I always make the trip to get repairs/maintenance done on my car since they always do an amazing job. I’ve been to several mechanics around Kitchener, Waterloo and St.Catharines; several of them have done a bad job on repairing my car and have used scare tactics trying to make me spend money on unnecessary work. A friend recommended me to this Meineke - they were able to find the errors in the other mechanics’s work. Meineke took the time to explain what the other mechanic did wrong so that the other mechanic could fix his mistakes. Now, this is the only place that I can trust. I have recommended Meineke to family members and friends, they are always happy with the work and their wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

I had my aftermarket exhaust system installed by them on April. The service was good and reasonably priced. Four months later, the exhaust had developed a tapping noise while accelerating. I brought my truck in, they fixed the problem and changed both sides of side marker bulbs for me at no charge. I am impressed with the high level of attention and customer service. It made me feel I'm taken care of. Thanks John!

My husband and I do a lot to keep a car on the road as long as possible. The family that runs this garage really get that. Recently, our gas tank smelled like it had a high leak, and we took it in to get the problem assessed and fixed. The first used tank they were sent had worse leaks than ours, and when they couldn't guarantee our car would be ready when we needed it, they made sure there was a loaner available. These fine people make dicey situations a lot easier.

I am a father who's daughter goes to Laurier many miles from home. Last winter my Daughter had an incident with a snow plow backing into her and not stopping to report it. It is very hard when your daughter is distraught and you are trying to help her from far. I read several good reviews about this particular garage. So I asked CAA to tow the car to them. My experience from there was quite delightful. I received a phone call early on Monday and Frank had already brought the car into the garage and had assessed the situation giving me the news. The damage was isolated to the drivers door and he had already found a second hand one they could install. the best news was that it was the same colour and it would not need to be painted. I was thankful and they fixed the car perfectly over the next couple of days and my daughter was off and running. Great but that is not all... just recently her sister went to visit her and had another problem with her car and it broke down in the middle of a busy intersection on a Sunday. I knew exactly who to turn to. Once again Monday morning I received a call from Frank and he informed me that my car was ready. Not only was he courteous and respectful, the car was perfect and both times the cost was exceptionally reasonable and I felt a sense of comfort knowing they were so close and if anything were to go wrong I could count on them to be there for my daughter and not break the bank when I needed help. Thank you all for your great service!!!

I commute over 2 hours every day so I need to make sure my car is safe and the maintenance is cost efficient; I definitely get that here.
