Update post 2016 I just had my second set of tires purchased from Tireland. Once again, I couldn't be happier. Gary is very fair and honest and really someone you can trust. Thanks again guys! Original post 2015 This is an honest shop. They do good work and won't over charge you. They quoted me nearly $300 less than kaltire and kaltire even gave me a "discount" in that quote (for a set of 4 tires). I highly recommend this shop!!

I am 10 months in Vernon and found this place by top rating. My family has 2 cars and they were already 3 times in this workshop. Every time is best marks for service and quality, and reasonable price! The team is really holding top rating. I like them, even I were at appointments myself. Every time after phone chat and schedule, I am sending my daughter to appointments with exact instructions what I would like to be done. All three time she came back with complete repairs done and only good words about their service, and again reasonable charge on my card. I would like to thank all of your team for saving my time and let repairs done in professional manner.

Stopped here an hour before closing as we got a large bolt stuck in one of the rear tires of our camper van - the staff were extremely kind and helpful (and let us wait inside out of the rain with our dogs) and had us back on the road in 45 minutes for an extremely reasonable price. 10/10, would highly recommend.

I got a flat tire unexpectedly and needed it fixed ASAP. I called Tireland and they said they could fix it right away. Went down, and within not even ten minutes had my tire fixed and back on my car. I am SO impressed by the great, friendly, quick service I received that I will be recommending them to everyone and will be a returning customer. (Hopefully not for a flat tire). I have never received such prompt service. These guys know how to treat their customers.

Great customer service!!! ???????? Needed tires on short notice, and they were able to get me in immediately. Tires I chose they didn't have in stock, but the owner/manager (?) drove to Kelowna to grab them and bring them back right away. Good pricing and great customer service is how you earn and keep new customers.

Sold me tires, didn't balance them correctly. Then when wife called to see if they would fix problem, they said we must have bought tires that aren't good enough for our car. First of all, as a tire shop, your job is to tell us that they are not correct for our car, speed rating or size. After complaining they took car in to rebalance, said it wouldn't change anything. But it did, problem solved. Terrible experience dealing with them. Won't ever return

The bearing on our mini boat trailer let go in Vernon and after asking a couple of shops for some much needed, but rejected assistance , we spoke with Gary at Tireland, he had us unhooked, jacked up in seconds, tires blasted off, hubs off and sent us to Rob @ TNT trailers, as he knew they would have the parts needed! The guys at Tireland pulled through for us BIG TIME and we can’t express enough how much we appreciate it. So take 5 stars, you deserve it. Excellent customer service, thanks guys.

Honestly one of the best sales experiences of my life. Everything about it was great. They answered the phone ready to help, helped us organize as we were a little rattled. I got taken advantage of, they charged me 30 dollars to mount a spare tire that was not on vehicle. They did not balance it. I said it was ridiculous, they didn't care. Some spoiled rich boy bought the place.
