These guys and gals are simply amazing. My parents were in from out of town and had some complex camper van issues. The staff properly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The trip could of been a wash if it wasn't for their expertise, hospitality and fair rates. Would give 6 out of 5 stars.

Great service, got me in the same week to have winter tires put on. Double-torqued everything so I didn't have to return and very happy with the performance after a long road trip directly afterwards. They also did their best to find me tires at a good price during supply chain issues and shortages. Really happy with them. Won't be going back to Costco or Canadian Tire again.

Brought a set of winter tires to be mounted and balanced. I was told that they would be done same-day, unlike other tire shops that quoted a week plus before they could even look at them. Two hours later, they attempted to mount the tires but the rubber failed - they let me know about it promptly, and Earl worked incredibly hard to try and find another set of tires that would fit my rims. When I arrived to pick up the rims, they were professional and showed me the tires and how the rubber had separated from the rubber bands along the bead, due to the age of the tire.

Besides the price alignment was fine. My issue is weak rear springs causing the front to have bad caster and lift when accelerating. The rear steering is also sensitive from weak springs.

This gentleman was so kind we had a flat on our way to nakusp . The tire was damaged beyond repair. He went above and beyond to find us a new tire that was matching to the rest .he followed that by not charging us for his service. Wished us a nice trip . I would Strongly recommend this tire shop .
