Je fais part de mon étonnement et de mon incompréhension en suggérant au passage qu'il serait apprécié d'avoir des fiches explicatives pour qu'au moins on ait un visuel du service offert. Ce n'est pas grave, si le service est fait et le problème est résolu malgré la déception du malentendu. MAIS ! une fois dans l'auto à 30km dans une ligne droite sur une route correcte, elle part complètement à droite si je lâche le volant une seconde ! Bref, première et dernière visite chez eux, merci au revoir.

J'arrive là-bas pour un changement de pneu sur mes mags, on me revient en me montrant une grosse fente entre 2 crampon.. mes flancs étaient pas craquer rien... mais cette énorme craque qui sors de nul pars... bon c'est correct j'imagine qu'ils ne sont pas assez voleur pour saboter mes pneu seulement pour m'en vendre des neufs.. donc j'achète un paire assez dispendieuse car il y a un retour de 70$ par la poste. Au bout d'environ 2 mois toujours rien donc j'appelle et on m'explique que je devais remplir un coupon pour y avoir droit (chose qu'ils ne m'ont jamais dit et coupon qu'ils ne m'ont pas donné) on me dis qu'ils ne peuvent rien pour moi.. même si c'est leur erreur. Et le bouquet final pendant le changement de pneu ils m'ont diagnostiquer un problème de table de suspension à changer plus un alignement ( Je dois préciser que c'est un prix salé) Donc je vais chez mon garagiste et je découvre que c'est seulement un ball joint sans alignement.. Wow mais quel belle gang de "vendeur" !! Barré à vie !!! Ainsi que tous les autres succursale. Il y a une limite à prendre les clients pour des moineaux
