Really honest. Went in to get a nail removed removed from my tire. they pulled the nail out and told me that there so no other damage and then sent me on my way. They didt even charge me. Amazing!

Terrible customer service. Walked in when there was barely any customers, came up to an older worker to ask a question where i can find their tires; Before i even got to ask him he screamed at me "can't you see that i am busy?!I am not going to talk to you!!" Honestly in all my years of shopping for car parts I've never met such rude, incompetent, ill-mannered staff. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone. Of course i left without even having a chance to look at the inventory nor would i really want to either after that. Ps. wouldn't even give them one star.

I brought in my Benz (very hard to find tire sizes) a couple months ago for some “throw on tires” to do a lease return. Whoever was at the shop gave me the best deal- I called numerous shops and this one not only took my old tires in and gave me a discount but they gave me the best price on top of that. Highly recommend!! Very quick service as well.

I have never reviewed anything in my entire life but I had to leave a positive review after coming to WheelPro. My parents have used them previously to get winter tires and rims and there is a guy named Sarkis who helped them get a good price on the whole package compared to other shops. My parents have also referred our family friends there and they say Sarkis has given them the best price around for tires. All that being said I have never purchased tires here because I always lease my vehicles and don't drive much during the lease to require new tires. Early last week I was driving down Finch and got a nail in my tire making it flat. My passenger called another shop she goes to but they were closing up and refused to take us in. Then I realized we were close to WheelPro and I called they said they were closing too but would wait the extra so we could come and get the flat fixed. Not only did they stay late for us and get the flat fixed but they were very nice the entire time and not upset for being inconvenienced by us and having to stay late to get the repair done. Then when the entire ordeal was over I paid and thanked them but not until the very end did I realize that the person helping us was Sarkis. If I ever keep my cars long enough where I require new tires or stay for the winter in Canada and need winter tires I will certainly be coming to WheelPro. I wish I could rate them higher!!
