Me and my parents needs our car tires changed. With covid and social distancing rules, it was difficult for each of us to take time out and take each vehicle to a tire shop to change each of our vehicle tires. Fortunately I came across Tire Taxi and called them. They have amazing customer service and extremely well trained staff. Their team was over the next morning at my house and changed tires on all three of our vehicles on my drive way. They offer a multi car discount for my second and third car which help me save money, gas and time. They have excellent pricing on new tires. Tire Taxi’s shopping tool on their website to buy new tires is very easy to use. It allows your to review multiple brands and compare pricing. I would highly recommend you their services to all my family and friends. It was an awesome experience to have my tires changed without having to find different shops or have long wait times.

The best tire change service I have experienced thus far. He was very professional and got my tires swapped the same day I called to get an appointment. He also has an additional car discount so makes a lot more sense if you have multiple cars. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is lazy like me and doesn’t wanna take their car to a mechanic.

I travel a fair bit for work and wanted to get winters on before workshops start getting busy and came across their page. I called and gave them the budget I was working with for my winter tires and rims and they were able to provide multiple options. I booked for tire change during office hours and tire taxi truck pulled up and, to my amazement, they had all the necessary equipment needed to put on my winters and I also had it stored with them. The service was quick and super professional, they were really friendly guys! A definite recommend - great overall experience!

Just had my winter tires installed by Tire Taxi in my driveway. Very happy with how efficient and convenient this service was. The guys take the time to make sure tires are inflated to the right pressure and and wheel nuts tightened with correct torque. Overall, an excellent service!

Found myself in a position where is was not able to swap to my winter tires myself. Reached out to several places to set up an appointment. I had an appointment set up with Tire Taxi before any other shop got back to me. I had an appointment set up for 4pm - 6pm, they called to see if they could come earlier, which was fine for me. I got to say tire taxi did an amazing job on my car. Due to the pandemic I have been working from home and its really hard for me to get some time out from my work schedule and get winter tires as we all know winter is around the corner. Thanks to tire taxi's service, they managed to drive to my house and changed my tires on my car while I can still work, and I Paid MUCH less than what the dealerships wanted to charge me! I would definitely recommend tire taxi not only because they have reasonable price, a great team and customer service but mainly because they help you save a lot of time by coming to you!

The staff receiving the service request were polite, professional, and accommodating. They dispatched a crew that were, in my opinion, competent, quick, and thorough. They conducted all their activities using PPE and were careful to ensure proper spacing was maintained (for COVID). It was my first time using a mobile tire support service (that comes to your residence), and I was thoroughly delighted. The rate was reasonable and the service, good.
