Got a puncture tire the night before and called Simply Tire the next day. Was able to drop the car and get the tire patched which took about 30mins. Back on the road again.. Thanks guys for your last minute help. 2 months later... Had to change my review now from a 5 Star to a 1 star. Reason: Changing over my tires from summers to winters and the tire which they removed and fixed the flat, have over torqued the bolts causing the wheel lock bolt pattern to break. Now I have 3 winter tires and 1 summer tire on my car. Now I have to get this resolved. Thanks

We chose this place to get our winter tires because the reviews were so good and we weren't disappointed. The prices were decent, the staff is friendly. But be prepared to book well in advance - it gets super busy during November and April for the tire changeover period. They also don't answer their phones when they're in this busy period, so you have to send an email... but they never respond to the emails either. You're better off going in person to make your appointment (that, or change your tires over early!)

Bought a set of 19' Avant Garde rims + tires for my car. Allen was very straightforward and easy to deal with. About a month later, I curbed one of the rims and brought it back where Allen had it fixed in an hour for a very reasonable price. All this in addition to having a sleek and clean shop is why I'll continuously come back.

Absolutely "Worst Place To Purchase Tires", Before purchasing they provide you a delivery date, assume its correc, you proceed. However, falsely incorrect information, just basically deceiving you so once you purchase it would be a different delivery date! Should have purchased from Tire Rack, definitely 100% on time. Gave this site a tried, thinking I would received on the datedl provided but was very disappointed... Worst experience ever. I dealt with a sales person named Joe. After about 10 emails back a forth (first email started nov 7 and last interaction was nov 22) I still couldn’t confirm a time and date of my appointment to purchase winter tires and get a change over. Every email exchange, I would try to confirm a time an date, however joe would only respond with a date (available nov 26). When I responded with what time on Nov 26, he responds with nov 28 (again NO time slot). I respond AGAIN asking what time (and also annoyed my date has changed) he responds come nov 29 (yet another changed date and NO time slot). At time point I’m extremely annoyed and frustrated. he asks for a despot (without answering my initial questions on what time I need to show up). He then asks for a deposit which I pay the $300. Then a couple days later (after they have already accepted my deposit- they are very quick to take your money but not respond to emails), I email to confirm my time and date of appointment, he then tells me prices went up and it’s a different price (yeah right). This is unacceptable as a deposit would mean an appointment + price was agreed upon. it is such a shady way of doing business. I have expressed my frustration in this whole ordeal and no apologies from joe. I have seen great reviews but I believe they had change of ownership. The new way the operations are running is extremely unprofessional. I will never return to simply tires nor will I ever recommend to anyone after this incident. I now have to deal with finding a new tire place and try to slot in an appointment.

I was going to just leave this as 1 star, but SimplyTire's insistence of trying to get me to change this rating, I'm going to fill in the details. I have been a 10 year customer buying multiple sets of rims, tires and tire swaps. The service was excellent. I don;t live near by, but happy to go out of my way. However management changed and this place is just plain awful. I booked an appointment for a tire swap one month in advance. I even came really early as I didn't recall when my appointment was. I arrive at 10am and they said my appointment wasn't until noon. Since before they have always taken my car at the scheduled appointment time, I respected their time and said I will come back at 11:45am, I give them my keys. It wasn't until nearly 2pm when my car was done. This basically means there's absolutely no point booking an appointment when walk in customers are expected to wait 90 minutes. When I went to pay, it was $60 CASH. I ask if they accepted credit card and the guy barked at the one of the front desk people. "$60 + tax. Make sure you charge him tax." If he just explained to me that tax wouldn't be charged if paying by cash, I would have just paid in cash. Instead, he storms off giving me the evil eye. I see the bolts in my front seat, but it wasn't until I got home that I noticed my wheel lock was missing. I called multiple times with no response. I then emailed. The immediate response was quick, but after giving my details, no response. Until 2 emails and a day later with only that they were still looking. Then no response for 3 days even with repeated emails. Then when I said I got the rims and wheel lock from SimplyTire, that they can give me a replacement. Great, except when I got there, the same angry guy who barked at the paying with a credit card confronted me for leaving a 1 star review in the middle of the store. I explained all that happened and also that the "tax" that was charged was incorrect. The bill should have been $67.80 and not the $68 I was charged. He then tries to make up some sort of excuse that "system" rounds to the nearest dollar. WTF? I called him out on his BS and he ask why am I making a big deal over 20 cents. I don't care about the 20 cents, it's the constant lies coming out of this guy's mouth. I told him, I'm not changing anything and left with my replacement wheel lock. Yet after all this he calls me and asks why I didn't change my 1 star review. Then barks that we had a deal that I would take down the 1 star for the wheel lock. There was no deal. He then tells me never to come back and hangs up the phone. Not only is this guy delusional, but is single-handedly bring down what was once the best tire place in the GTA to one of the worst.

I've gotten some Michelin all seasons and winter tires for my Honda Civic here. They always have the best prices compared to any other place I've found and their service is fast and top notch. Sometimes in and out in less than 20 minutes. If you plan to get winter tires, make sure you call months in advance, otherwise it will be hard to even get through to them on the phone if it's already winter.

Best tire shop in the city period. Been going to simply for well over 10 years. Best prices, great service. Only downside is during busy seasons it’s basically impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Never the less, do what I do and just go there, you can get helped right away and all their pricing is right on the site anyways.

Great prices but I waited a long time today for putting 2 new unmounted tires on rims due to a miscommunication: 1h20m (busy Saturday morning). I asked for a status update: was told being done now and they will be brought out. The new guy who brought my wheels out was very nice, apologized for the wait saying they were done 20 minutes ago and there was a miscommunication. Great customer service on his part. Will return in the future as this was just an honest oversight and their customer service is always good.

2020 UPDATE: Sadly, after years of using Simply Tire for multiple winter wheel/tire purchases, they will no longer be my go to tire shop. The previous owner always gave us great service combined with the best prices around. Seems like the business model has changed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Outstanding level of care and expertise provided by Allen and his staff. We have purchased MANY sets of tires from them and have received great service at the best price each time. Had one issue with the wrong lug nuts being ordered and Allen personally, and immediately, made this right for us. Attention to detail + genuine care for your customers and their vehicles + expert knowledge + great prices = a winning formula. Highly recommended!!

Edit: They forgot to install the TPMS sensors on my wheels, even though I paid for it. I only found out when I took it to a mechanic and they couldn't detect them. They took the rubber off to confirm they were missing. SimplyTire handled it promptly and refunded me the cost of the sensors. Downgrading review to 3/5 for the frustration and time wasted going back and forth. I've gotten tires from here years ago and just came back for a winter set. this place remained as great as I remembered it. Communication via email was prompt from the get-go. My scheduled appointment was on time and it only took 30 minutes (in the morning). The place is super clean and they have some light refreshments and wifi.

Bought winter tire in Dec 1,2020 They sold DOT 1719 which is manufactured May.2019 I requested winter tire 2 different guy In store, they said The winter tire that i wanted is sold out. But online sales team asked “you want to book for same tire”. I got the email after I bought from them. Buying new tires that are already 1-2 years old is sort of like buying food that is already near its expiration date. Plus, you run the risk of paying for old rubber.

Zero customer service.. got rims from them for my car and went back to Mississauga only to find out at my shop that I'm missing the right nuts.. had to drive back again to north York so the guy gave me the nuts and the key to the nuts.. went back to sauga and in the shop they realized I was given the wrong key size.. I was given a 12mm key for 14mm nuts.. had to go all the way back AGAIN and was never apologized to or even compensated for the inconvenience.. oh and did I mention they have no phone service?

STAY AWAY AS YOU CAN. It seems they've changed owner, so has been the service quality. Their service used to be excellent and now it's dropping dramatically. The previous sales rep Andy & Allen were so knowledgeable and helpful, but now the sales in the front don't have any knowledge about tires and cars. Had one of my vehicles tire changed two weeks ago. Told the reception guy to put the newer pair in the front (mine is a FWD), no notes were taken down and the job was not performed in the way I wanted, leading to the car keeps going off toward one direction while driving. Had to have the tires swapped at someplace else. Something even worse happened last week when I brought my BMW to take the winters off and put on the summers. The mechanic guy wasn't able to loosen one of the bolts and caused the edge of that bolt worn so badly. Now nobody is able to take that off! I've been doing tire service ONLY at this place since 2015, and nothing like this had happened before. This indicates that starting from the the guy who put on my winters, people at this place don't use socket wrench and torqued the bolts to suggested tightness. Worst of worst, when they performing the job, they also had the left fender of my car DENTED OFF! What a ridiculous place!! When I asked to review the surveillance video, they only shows me the video when they took my car into the garage, nothing about when they were doing the job and when they took the car out was shown. Their unprofessionalism and recklessness is costing me huge amount of time and money to fix the troubles they made. I'll try everything to avoid this store from now on. It's a shame that a sun-like business has been turned into a joke like now. Strongly recommend not going to this place.

DON'T GO THERE. We are returning clients and this was the third year and would be my last visit. Here are some quotes from the staffs literally made me speechless: "It's not your fault, it's not my fault. BMW screws are defective, they know about this." - My car was returned to me with three tires changed to 19" and one 18"winter tire still on. And they were expecting me to accept and drive back like that? "We have surveillance. You see the curve is not smooth? Your car came in like this. " "Just take to a bodyshop, they can fix this easily." - there was a dint on the wheel fender of the unchanged winter tire, what a coincidence. It was not sever, you can only notice it from a certain angle, not on the curve. It was a waste of my time and the terrible experience ruined my day. We now have to spend more time and maybe more money to fix the problem. We reserve the right to take further action.

Service has fallen off a cliff with new ownership. Prices very competitive but they messed up in so many different ways including going to have tires installed only to find out they forgot to order them. Final straw for posting this review is after having caliper paint applied in May 2019, it is already chipping. Go elsewhere, I wouldn't go back if they offered to fix the calipers for free.

Worst customer service ever. I have this guy Joe a sales man. I sent a first email to reserve a installation. His first reply was to ask me to email transfer $200. So i did it and second email was asking me to remit the remaining at the earliest convenience. His reply comes once a day or nothing. When i simply tire more than 10 times, nobody pick up the phone and ask me to email my inquiries. no response after me paying 200 deposit. He does not even ask me when i am available. Man oh man. I will never do business with any other wheel/tire shop in the GTA I was communicating with Allen exactly a year ago asking buying and mounting tires. I must have sent over 15 emails back and forth, and Allen was quick and informative with all of his replies. What also left me feeling good was the fact that I had a relatively inexpensive 'order', yet was being treated with the same respect as someone that might have been buying much more expensive stuff. I also got caliper painting done which was exceptionally done, and have both been asked and have referred people to simply tire for their great work. The shop is nice and clean, they are extremely fair with their prices, they do great work, and are great people to deal with. Cannot recommend enough

Eta - Got a call from Allen directly explaining what happened, and wanting to make things right. I really appreciated him spending that time and it is good to see he truly does care about customer service! I must have caught them on a bad day. "Wasn't given an idea of what the steel rims look like (look horrible, expected black rims and got gross silver ones) and installation was done poorly with the weights falling off right in the parking lot. No apologies or signs of remorse. Not worth it, similar discounts can be found elsewhere with better service."

Good bunch of guys here. Great prices on tire packages for winter and summer. Very professional service. They work on a lot of nice cars as well, so I wouldn't hesitate to come here regardless of what price point of car you have and price point of tires/wheels. Only downside is they are on the more expensive side for seasonal changeovers, so you can probably go elsewhere for that.

And the price is amazing! $890 for 4 michillen PS A/S3 tires with free ballance free valves and free install ... Canadian tire wanted $1120 + $100 for basic balancing & $80 for valves.

Picked up my second set of wheels from Alan at Simply Tire. The challenge with this shop is getting a hold of someone or getting someone to return a phone call. The turn around times are extremely slow. Other than that the workmanship, selection and installation is all done quite well. The waiting room is also quite comfortable and prices are reasonable.

I came in with a slice out of my tire. Instead of pushing a brand new tire on me, Chris told me there is a 12 month warranty on continental tires. I didn't even buy the tires from them. He called the dealer I got the car from. Had them fax the original invoice for the tires, and got me a brand new one for free! Now that's customer service! I highly recommend these guys...I'll definitely be buying my new set of wheels and tires from them this summer.

I just bought a new set of winter tires and wheels and I'm incredibly pleased with the entire process. This is my 2nd purchase with SimplyTire. I purchased my winter tires for my previous car 3 years ago from them too. Both times, my contact was Allen and he was patient in answering my questions. As someone who's not an automotive expert, I had debated my options and Allen took the time to answer my concerns without making me feel stupid. On the day of my appointment, everything happened so smooth with little wait time. The store itself was minimal and had everything you could expect like a waiting lounge with a TV and free coffee/tea. I know I would definitely return to SimplyTire and I would recommend friends or family.

I bought my last 4 sets of tires here and they have always done a good job mounting and balancing. They took care not to damage any rims, etc. After my latest purchase of summer tires I noticed that one of my wheel studs were stripped right where the lug nut seated. It appears as though one of the technicians must’ve over torqued it which clearly shows lack of care taken. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they owned up to it like responsible people but they didn’t. Disappointing given the positive past experiences I’ve had with them.

I've been trying to contact someone at simply tires for the past 2 weeks. I called everyday and it would just go to a recording or the line is busy. I'm on maternity leave so I had the time to give them a call a couple times each day. I've gone to their website and used the contact us page and sent an email -- still no response. Only pro was that they had the prices on their website for me to compare. I'm sure they're great at what they do but it's been difficult to get a hold of someone. I ended up booking an appointment with Joy City Tires instead. They responded with quotes within a day and I was able to book an appointment online very easily.

Recently my car fell into a ditch and had to undergo some major repairs at another auto shop. After I got the car back, I started "feeling" a bounciness while driving. So I went to SimplyTire and had Chris drive my car around the block. Chris was very honest and told me that he didn't feel like the car had any problems and there was no need for me to pay for a tire balance (we had previously discussed it on the phone). I'm quite impressed with their honesty and it makes me much more comfortable to go to them when I have an actual tire related issue in the future.

I was referred to this place by many people and I decided to ask for quotes since I need to replace my tires. Allen responded back to me professionally with reasonable price and as well as his top recommendations of the tires available for my vehicle. Booked an appointment 4 weeks in advance as I know it will be very busy. When I arrived for my appointment there were already few people waiting in line to get their tires switch. That's why I will recommend booking your appointments in advance and as well as come 15-30 mins. prior to your appointment to avoid any issues. They only have few spots of parking spaces in front of the shop, so you may have to park on the empty parking lot beside it. I was happy with my visit and will definitely come back again next time. No wonder people highly recommended this place. They are very professional and great to do business with.

For SimplyTires, I didn’t face any negatives or issues that others might have - although email wasn’t the best way to contact them...try to get someone on the line. The prices here are very competitive. Shoutout to Dan - His tire recommendations were spot on for what I was looking for and the specs of my car (lowered), great customer service, and the SimplyTire team had me in and out in less than an hour. Chris saved me this past long weekend. My tire blew on Saturday around 3, I gave him a call and he said if I can get there before 4 pm (store close) he can help me out. Where to start with these guys... Let's start with appointments. Because nothing else really even matters if you can't get one. And getting an appointment here is almost as difficult as getting an audience with the pope. Nobody ever picks up the phone and emails from them can be down right rude, telling you things like you should have known to include your phone number so we could call you back. Even when I did, I never received a call back. When you call them a prerecorded message tells you they are way too busy to answer the phone. When you do finally get an appointment it's not that bad. They skip the pleasantries in exchange for getting your vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. That being said it leaves me with some worries as to whether the quality of the work can be reliably monitored and ensured during such a quick turnaround. The prices aren't too bad either. But again, getting that appointment is the first thing you need to do. As far as I know they include a balancing with tires if you buy from them. But a fresh set of tires will definitely set you back some $$$ compared to other places. So far no problems with performance but I feel like trying another place just because it feels like my business is not welcome here.

Just purchased a set of winter tire with steelies today. Allen told me they had a problem with one of the tires (couldn't get it balanced). Allen helped me out and i got the Pirelli's instead. He was honest and explained to me what would happened if the tire is not properly balanced. I overpaid for the Pirelli's he recommended due to the fact they were cheaper than the blizzaks.he called a few mins later while I was in my car already and said he forgot to refund me the amount I overpaid. He even went an extra mile and gave me a $25 discount for the slight errors. Really recommend this place and would bring my business back here in the future. Cheers!

I would give them a zero star is possible. Prices are comparable to what's offered at Canadian tire or Costco or any other mom and pop seller. I bought a set of winter tires and rims from them as they offered a combo with Weathertech winter matts, which was saving me $100/- on the matts. I only needed the tires and not rims but I bought it because of this combo. When I went there, the matts had not arrived and they told me to wait one week, without any apologies. It's been over a month, no response from them. A few emails and several calls. The answer is "it's officially that time of the year when we are very busy....". My carpet is getting ruined because I am waiting for their matts but it seems that is not their concern. Recommend NOT to use them due to their lousy client service and no concern for clients. Selling a combo and delivering only the full price item and not giving the discounted item can also be categorized as outright cheating. So, I get a call as soon as I post the review. Seems they spend more time on Google than replying to emails or answering phone. So, Ray Singh calls me. He was the original order taker and without any hint of apology, he informs me that the front liners are not available with the dealer. This is different to what I was told when I went to collect them. I was told that they are shipped and are in transit and I should get them in a week. So the guy more has no solution for me. He can't get the liners, he can't give me a difference between our agreed price and the market price and he is not even willing to tires (because now they are used!). I will wait for them for another two weeks before I buy anything from the market. In the meanwhile, my car carpet is getting ruined. They are extremely rude and not willing to listen to the customer. Not naming anyone here as I hope the person gets the message and improves and also empathizes with the customers. We have our own tough lives and we don't like rude behavior from people who we pay for product and services. UPDATE : Jan 16. Email reply comes after 11 days of last email. Now they say 4 piece liners means that it will cover 4 seats. Absolutely questionable business ethics. And outright lies. I have no energy for further follow up with them. I have wasted about 3 months waiting for my liners and now it's out of the window.

Customer service is non existent here. If you want to be treated like garbage to save $2 then go for it. They do not answer their phones or emails, so you must go in. When you get there they make you wait 20 minutes to even great you. Appointments mean nothing, #1 how do you make one without the ability to phone or email? #2 expect to wait 2-3 weeks, #3 when you get there don't expect they will actually honour your appointment, or even have the tires / rims you ordered! Its worth the extra money to go somewhere else. Places like this cater to the lowest common denominator.

2016 Mustang Purchased a staggered set of tires through SimplyTire for a fair price and provided my own rims to mount the tires on. I also had SimplyTire mount the wheels on the car. Even though they are crazy busy, work was done within a reasonable amount of time. I did encounter an issue in the following week that my tire was leaking air. After waiting for 3+ days (as specified on the receipt) I spoke with Chris and explained the problem to him. Chris was very helpful and took the issue seriously, brought me in on Saturday without an appointment to make sure the car was safe to drive. These guys identified the problem and fixed it for me at no cost. A big thank you to the team at SimplyTire and Chris for helping me with my issue. Above all, excellent customer service - I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Professional and fast service, their price was on par with the other major tire places. We booked the appointment over the holidays and Allen was able to provide me with information over email. Make sure to have your security lock nut with you if your rims use one. Our Toyota happen to have one but was stolen over the summer when our car was broken into, had to spend $25 over at Wietzes Toyota to get them removed. The tire installation took about 30-40mins. They placed the summer tires on the back of my car and they were wrapped in clear plastic which I'm assuming the winter tires came wrapped with. This are not really special bags and ripped easily when we got home, I initially thought this would be reusable bags to store the tires in, they're not.

In Nov 2020 I had already changed my summer tires back over to my winters when I realized the one winter tire was flat. Brought my car in with the winters tires on but left 1 summer on. I asked them to take off the summer and leave it in the trunk, give me a new winter tire and recycle my old winter tire. For some reason SimplyTire swapped my rims in this process. My new winter tire was put on my summer rim, and my summer tire was put on my winter rim. I only realized this in April 2021 when I'm putting my summer tires back on and my summer hub cap doesn't fit on the winter rim. First time I called they refused to fix it, and said I would have to pay. Then they asked me to send the invoice # and receipt with pictures. I do so and follow-up several times and they stopped responding. My mismatched tire is now losing air unlike the rest. Wish I had known they swapped management before going back.

Although the finish on two of the wheels was slightly chipped, Allen reached out to compensate me for the repair and make things right. They are very busy (one employee did not seem to want to talk to me), but a good place to get your tires.

It was quick tire change with an appointment, however, my front driver's side over fender got ripped off of my ceramic pro coating line. And I've noticed it after the tire change when I came home. It was night and so I didn't bother checking there and trusted them. Please do check your car after tire change. I wish they compensated me for this type of handling on my expensive car. I have been visiting this tire shop since it opened as it was right near my house. I could not have asked for a better tire shop. I buy my rims there and every year I visit twice to switch from winter wheels to summer and back again to winters. Hey are all friendly and can get any tire I ask for at great prices. For winters I love my Toyos lol. But I digress. Not only are the prices great but the Installation always perfectly balanced, and the bolts are hand torque for safety. Every detail is done with care and efficiency. So happy this place is so close to my house.

These people are very unprofessional. The guy first put a wrong wheel on the order which thankfully I checked and got corrected. Then, once the job was done (after 1.5 hrs), I figured that they had put completely different winter tires (from what I paid for) - good that I checked again. They were trying to convince me to keep those and refund the difference but when I insisted they agreed to replace (which meant I waited for another 45 mins). I saw one other customer fighting with them for some similar issues. I am NOT going there ever again!

When I drove far away there ,the guy who help me order the tire did not even feel sorry , just told me order again , I can pick up after one day, but when I tried to call them to make sure if the tire is ready for pick up, no one pick up the phone. I came to the place with the sole purpose of replacing one wheel (I had RTX wheels and one was damaged). I ordered one, and when I received it - it's with the wrong bolt pattern and it doesn't fit my car. Suddenly, it's figured that the one I needed was discontinued for a while. I ordered all 4 new wheels and was told that I will receive a call from them when they arrive. I called them after 2 days and was told: "Oh yeah, we received them, you can come next day". I came the next day, wheels are installed.. with all kind of different lug nuts. Some are shorter, some are longer, some are almost broken, some are just loose. I was told that they will get me new ones after the long weekend. Next day, I went to the PartSource store, got wheel nuts, reinstalled all of them except the one that was damaged (I didn't have a proper tool to take it out). Came on Tuesday to reinstall the one damaged wheel nut with the one from PartSource store. Happy now, but not with the service of this place. Can not recommend it. It took almost 3 weeks to get something done that could be done in 2 days. It's just horrible to me.

Allen and his team are the best, the most professional tire shop in the GTA! I went over there because, believe it or not, Maple Honda, a huge dealer, couldn't get the tires I purchased from them balanced properly. Had to go back 3 times and their people still couldn't get it right. What a waste of time! I set up an appointment with Allen, got in right on schedule, he road forced all 4 tires and now there is ZERO vibration. In and out in about an hour. Do yourself a favour, if you want the job done right the first time, take it to Allen and Simply Tire.

Worst tire shop around. Asking me for $40 for a tire fix and then they told me to let one of the guys bring the car in the garage it is so narrow and small! Do yourself a favour and avoid this place! You are better off going to fenmar auto they will fix your tire for $10 this is no joke

Rim damaged after I brought my car in to fix a rim leak. Exchanged a few emails but nothing got resolved. They openly admitted that the scratches inside the lug holes are unavoidable with their impact guns. The chip on the outside of the lug hole they suggested it was previously damaged and that touch-up paint was used to cover it up - which was not the case since I personally did a wheel changeover the same day before I had them fix the leak and all my wheels were perfect before I went to them. The rim leak fix on the other hand is holding up as it's still holding air.

Bought a new set of tires in Feb 2017 at a great price and good, quick service on the install. 3 months later, one of the tires gets a nail in it, so I returned to SimplyTire for a repair. Unfortunately the tire wasn't repairable, but a staff member was able to call Continental and get a free replacement tire for me, under warranty. I'm glad that I went back to these guys, highly recommend.

SIMPLY THE BEST!! I have been going here since 2014 and every time I need tires I get a few quotes from other shops and simply is always the lowest quote. I was recently shopping around for tires for a my firebird with c6 corvette rims and every place I called told me the tire size and brand I was looking for was back ordered for 3 months and the price was through the roof they all suggested going with 2 different brand wheels to get tires faster which would have resulted in poor handling and wouldn't look good cosmetically. I called simply and they got the tires I was looking for within an hour at a much lower price then the other places I called. Thanks for helping me speed up my project. Other then that would not recommend, owner needs to work on his customer service. I am also in customer service and the customer is not always right, but when your wrong just say you are and make your customers happy. Did not do any of that. Will not go back.

Something has changed at SimplyTire.... Long term customer of over 10 years, purchased many tires and winter packages. Used to deal mainly with Allen who was superb. Now, customer service is not as good, prices have gone up - significantly more than the prices advertised on the website (which should be taken down if they are false). Be careful.

Bought 4 tires from these guys was told tires have 80% tread left. Bought them and took them to get them installed. Was told by the installers they couldn't install because they are wore past the tread wear indicator bars. Make sure you check that before buying from these guys

I came in on a Sunday, and needed fresh summer tires. The salesman told me that they were full for the day and said he could schedule me in sometime during the week. I told him I was going out of town for the week and that's why I needed the tires on Sunday. He did me a favor and was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. I didn't mind waiting, and they sold me the tires at a good price, and told me how to send in the $70 rebate. Brought in my Audi for a basic tire swap (rims were already mounted). Was in and out in 45 minutes which was great but later reviewed dash cam footage of the Simply Tire associate who floored my car in the little alley when bringing the car out from the garage followed by a hard brake. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, there was a scuff mark on my rear bumper when loading/unloading my old tires that the management team completely deflected and very rudely told me to take a hike. I see so many luxury car owners bring their car here but please be aware that the management team has changed and the folks managing Simply Tire now are not offering anywhere near the same value position and quality. I was almost not going to post this review but if I can save one person from experiencing what I did, the time spent to write this was worth it.

Staff are really good if and when you get in the place, but their communication to even book an appointment is incredibly poor, and has been for some time. You cant email more than one person for a quote or to book, and if the person you choose is too busy you're out of luck, as responses can take anything from days to weeks, if at all. Calling is useless from mid october onwards, as they dont answer the phone and theres a barely audible message recorded. They need a centralized booking address with someone to watch it during the winter months when they're at their busiest. Their prices and service are excellent, which is probably why they dont answer, but this is a straight staffing issue.

I've been buying tires from SimplyTire for about 5 or 6 years and have sent many of my friends and family members there because it's a great shop. They have great knowledge about cars, they're straightforward, and even helped me when Canadian Tire screwed up the balancing of my tires. Allen is awesome because he's patient and even replied to my email when the store was closed because I was in a bind. He was willing to go above and beyond and I truly appreciate that - it's not every day people care about their customers and this place does! Tip: Be patient when it's winter season! These guys are busy and they need your understanding.

Do not go to this place. They have a sign posted saying they hand tighten all lugs when in reality they will torque the hell out of your lugs. They even take special care to give you your lock nuts in a separate bag and claim that it is because BMW lock nuts are weak and will break.

I went in to get my calipers painted for my car. I pre-booked the date and time and it was done within the hour. If I had known that it could have been done that fast, I would have done it sooner. I never met Allen but we was very prompt via my online booking. NOTE: I just found out that it normally takes 1-1.5 hours (give or take) but I was the only client in the service bays so it was done like a "Formula 1 Tire Change".

I do not usually waste time writing bad reviews for a service but I'm concerned with future customers, or should I say victims of this tire shop. As a new driver, I searched for a highly-reviewed tire shop that most of us would. I found this place, canvassed about winter tires and was told that they would install them for free if I do get the tire from them. With the storage, I opted to store my regular tires with them since the staff told me that they charge less than 100 per season. He allowed me to pay the next season but I did pay the day I ordered my winter tire since storage is running low just to secure the spot. After a month (Sept 2020), I decided to get my tires with them. I was shocked to be charged of installation fee on the day but I shrugged it off and allowed them to install them with a fee. The staff I was in contact with most of the time was Dan . Next season came and I was being charge of the storage again. Dan was not working there anymore so I dealt with a different staff. The staff gave me discount because of the confusion but the fees this time was higher so the discount did not make any difference. I gave it another chance but he still didn't explain how seasonal storage fees worked. The next season came when I had change my tires. I opted to store and change my tires with another shop. I tried to get my tires but they "hostaged" them without me paying for another storage fee for the previous season which I over paid from the start. I have no choice but to pay. PS: I have a recording of our conversation with Dan but I did not let present it since I'm afraid they would do something to my tire and car when they change the tires. I'm lucky that I was able to get my tires out after so much stress, hassle and confusion. PS: The staff were not wearing masks while I visited them for the last time to get my tires. Guys, please be careful with this shop and I suggest you guys should take your business somewhere else.

I even asked for his expert opinion, honestly they deserve the 5 star rating. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, just straight up honest from the very start. They didn't provide any updates or inform me of the delay as a courtesy. Mr. Allen answered all of my questions via email and was very professional with the deposit process. I picked them up from their shop today and the entire procedure took less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place, although I would advise going in early in the day as parking may be limited. Also, make sure that you purchase ahead of time as I've been told that they get very busy during peak season!

I had a horrible experience at this establishment. Yes the tires/rims were fair price but at what cost? The customer service was terrible! From not answering phones after calling at random times for 2 weeks and sending numerous emails to waiting over 45 mins to simply pick up my repaired rim. I don't know if this company even cares about their customers because we spent over $3,500 on rims and to just speak to someone there was a hassle but taking my money was a fast exchange. I wouldn't recommend Simply Tire to anyone.

Was driving home on Finch Ave and a piece of metal torn into one of my year old winter tires. I called 5 shops in my local area and all of them quoted a higher price and a longer wait time than Simply Tire. Andy picked up the phone and confirmed they could get me back on the road the same day, they had my tire in stock and at a great price. I've purchased a few sets of tires in the past from Allen before. They replaced my tire within 10-15 mins and I was home in time to have dinner with my family. They even helped me after the fact to put some info together for insurance. A++++ job guys.

BUT they are extremely busy... so busy that they have no time to answer the phone or reply to emails.. one of the evils of being too successful..they want you to come in..all the way to their location.. for me..i'd rather pay the extra $150 at Costco and get it done right away..

SHORT Review: My rims were damaged when they mounted new tires on the car (see pictures). FULL Review: Recently decided I needed new tires for my car. I shopped around and noticed Simply Tire which had a fair amount of positive google reviews. The prices seemed reasonable compared to the other places I researched and I decided to go ahead and purchase tires + install with Simply Tire. I called in advance and arrived at Simply Tire to get a set of Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 tires installed. The install took approx. an hour and a half – which wasn’t a problem and I didn’t mind being patient for the quality I expected. When the car was complete they brought it out to the front and I briefly noticed the tires and rims had a bunch of mounting lubricant and grease on them. I didn’t think much of it at the time and thought they just needed a good wash after just being replaced. I had already pre-booked an appointment at the dealership to get the alignment done straight away after the tires were mounted at Simply Tire. After bringing the car home from alignment I inspected my car thoroughly and noticed all 4 of my rims were damaged by the mounting machine used to mount the tires. Someone had applied excessive force to the outside edges of each rim when mounting the tires. The paint on the rims was flaking off and each rim had damage that was NOT there when I brought the car to them. I was quite frustrated however I couldn’t go to Simply Tire to discuss with them as they were closed for the day. The next day I went back to Simply Tire in the morning and showed them the car + the pictures I had taken when I originally saw the damage the day before. They insisted it was not their machine and tried to convince me that it was curb rash and it could have happened before. They told me to go back to the dealership to inquire about the alignment and see if that caused the damage. For an hour and half I tried explaining to them that this wasn’t curb rash - and that the damage was consistent on all 4 tires which shows clear evidence around the edges of each rim that the mounting machine had done the damage. The mounting paste they used was on both the rims and the tires (see pictures). They told me that everyone comes to them with complaints like this and that there was nothing they were willing to do. They offered to show me the cameras which didn’t reveal much as it showed them mounting the tires onto the rim from afar. I left with a feeling that they didn’t want to admit the damage. I did end up going to the dealership right after my visit to Simply Tire to inquire about the alignment. The service advisor went the extra mile of showing me the alignment machine they used, and even showed me how tires are mounted at the dealership for alloy rims. There was no way the alignment machine caused this damage. The technician and advisor also agreed that the mounting machine had did this. I learned my lesson that sometimes it’s worth paying an extra dollar somewhere where they will do the job properly - especially when it comes to expenses like tires. I could only imagine that if I had an expensive car the damages would be quite extensive with this type of workmanship. Go at your own risk! I fell for the reviews on this google page and I hope someone else doesn’t.

Just came back from here after getting my X6 fitted with winter tires, really great service, refreshment centre set up as soon as you get in. My only issue is that they don't tell you what type of rims you will be getting with the package you choose, but I'm assuming it's because you are expected to know and I also didn't bother asking, my fault not theirs. Absolutely the worst customer service. I do not recommend to anyone. I thought I was buying new tires from them. Continental Pure Contact LS. When I received car the tires had some road rash on them and the red, green, white lines painted on tire from manufacture had worn off. When I asked for stickers from the new tires they couldn't produce them, because they said they were buried in the garbage. I asked one hour after receiving new tires and they weren't busy that day. I contacted Continental North America for warranty on tires and they said I could have the tire store replace them no questions asked under their 60day policy. Simply tire refused to replace them, they wanted me to pay for new ones and go after continental for refund. I advised continental North America and they phoned Simply Tire and Simply Tire refused to honour Continental Tires return/ exchange policy. Continental was not happy with Simply Tire and referred me to a local tire shop which gladly helped me out and provided me with 4 brand-new Tires with bright coloured lines and stickers on tires. Simply Tire obviously put tires on my car that were returned to them under Continentals exchange policy. I will provide pics of tires from both shops. The pics with no lines are from Simply Tire and the ones with bright lines are from Bramalea Tires. Again I do not recommend Simply Tire, awful service!!! Pics on left side are new ones pic on right is new from simply tire.

Come to SimplyTire: the customer service is great and so are the prices. You won't regret it. I showed up at SimplyTire early today (Good Friday) and parked at a nearby lot. Unfortunately my car wouldn't start when my appointment time came. I walked over and got found Chris behind the counter. He called a local mechanic but, it being Good Friday, nobody picked up. Amazingly, Chris volunteered to drive me back to my car to give it a jump. When that didn't work, he laid down on the icy ground to smack my starter with a mallet. Talk about customer service! Anyway, Chris figured out that I had a faulty parking safety switch so we got the car started and I got my tires (faster than I expected too - these guys are good). Overall, I'm very happy with SimplyTire. They put customers first. I will definitely return for all my wheel and tire needs. Thanks Chris!

I had booked an appointment to have all weather tires installed on my SUV. I picked Simply Tire because they had the specific tires I was looking to purchase. I confirmed the appointment the day before. When I arrived I was told I had no appointment, and they did not have the tires I requested. They offered me two other tires types that I did not want. I understand there is a tire shortage which is beyond their control, however the way I was treated by the counter staff was beyond disrespectful. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the man who I was talking to, yelled at me that I did not have an appointment and the tires I wanted were out of stock everywhere. In front of the staff and customers we had a vocal disagreement in which everyone stopped and watched. This is a very unprofessional way to treat a potential customer. I will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Last week I came here to get my back tire looked at because the tire pressure sensor was acting up. They inspected the back tire and found that everything was fine. They noticed that two of my front tires had bubbles in them (I had no idea and I'm so happy they noticed). As they were looking into giving me a quote for new tires, they also noticed that the tires on my car were MUCH older than the car itself. The tires were 2012 and my car is a 2017 brand new from the dealership. These guys are so honest and thorough! They encouraged me to bring the car to my dealership to complain about the old tires they gave me and to have the dealership pay for it. I would highly recommend these guys, incredibly honest and trustworthy. I really appreciate how much money they saved me!!!

I think it is a good and decent business and I would recommend it to everyone. I used their service for a very long time (for at least 8 years) and I bought and installed wheels for different cars for myself, for my wife and for my son. Although it is true that sometimes their answering machine does not offer to leave a message - it was never an issue for me since I communicate with them 99% over email. You can find Allen's email here in his replies to the negative customers' reviews. Over emails, I used to ask tonnes of questions about the tires they have. Also, they send me links on websites of RIMs manufactures where I can choose the sexiest RIMs for my car, and they buy RIMs which I choose. Even price negotiations (the bargaining) happens over the emails too, and eventually, when we strike a deal I even get an invoice and set an appointment date-time over the email. Allen replies to emails in a very timely fashion. I did compare their prices with other tire-shops and their prices are quite reasonable. Even if I was able to find another shop asking say $100 less I would not switch because this shop has a proven reputation. Many folks who own very fancy and expensive cars come to this place for sexy wheels because guys in this tire-shop know what they are doing. I know in person one fanatic of German cars (my former manager) who knows everything about cars and who drives from Waterloo to that tire-shop because he finds them to be the best. This fall I installed in this shop winter tires for my son's Mazda and my BMW. I bought RIMs for Mazda in Mazda dealership (my son wanted a very specific RIMs) and they installed "Hakkapeliitta R3" tires on them; these wheels look and perform well. For BMW I've bought 19" Rreplika-R198 RIMs with "RF Bridgestone Blizzak" (which is the size and brand recommended by BMW), again these wheels look and perform well. I will attach images of these wheels to this review.

I've had great experience with SimplyTire in the previous years, but not sure if the management team has changed. I understand November is a very busy time of the year, but they were very rude over the phone. I was trying to get a slot for the next few days and it was fully booked. They will not even take an appointment for next week and asked me to call next week. Next week I called and they only gave me one option for the entire week and again, will not let me schedule for the following week. Non-responsive to emails as well. With this attitude, i can only imagine how they will treat me in person or handle my car. Very disappointed and will not return. Have been a customer for the past few years, but be sure i will not be one in future.

I just made my second purchase of wheels with Allen in 5-years. I don't even live in Toronto, but he was referred by a wheel manufacturer in California. The transaction 5-years back went perfectly smooth, Allen responded regularly in a reasonable time frame and the prices were fair. He drop shipped my wheels to me and I've enjoyed them since. When time came for me to order for a new car, Allen has been very flexible in drop shipping to the car dealership and getting his supplier to produce the wheels in half the quoted time to meet my schedule. It's sometimes hard to find honest people in the car accessory business but Allen has proven his worth.

I've always heard good things about SimplyTire from friends, families and online forums. However, please note that this was under the old management when Alan used to manage SimplyTire. My experience was horrible as I called in the day before to get a quote on Continental Viking Contact7 winter tires. The person on the phone said they had them in stock and that they were available for me to drop in any time the next day from 10am - 5pm. I should have noticed this as the first red flag as we are currently in a pandemic. I should have questioned what sort of safety precautions are being taken if they are allowing drop-ins. Initially I thought covid had slowed down business which allowed for drop-ins. I dropped in the next day only to get someone at the counter try to up sale me on Michelin Ice Snow tires. He tried to up sale me by telling me that Continental had been sending old stock to vendors and said the tires they were sending had a DOT of 2016 and they don't have the continental viking contact 7s in stock because of this - which is misleading information as the Viking Contact 7 were released in 2019. Also, even if this information is true they could have told me this over the phone. Avoid if you are looking for honest people. Don't fall for their drop-in tactic (bait and switch) as it will waste your time. If they didn't have any continental tires in stock they could have informed me on the phone and suggest options then. Instead they waited until I was in the shop to try and sell me on another set of tires and that were more expensive. I was quoted approximately $911 all in for the Viking Contact 7s over the phone and then quoted $1035 all in for the Michelin Ice Snow when I showed up at their shop.

I have been to SimplyTire before. I go there because they use a road-force balance machine, they have a good reputation, treat me well, provide complimentary coffee, and are local. In other words, good product, good service, and convenient. This has always been the case, and still is the case. The reason I give 4 stars today is because my car was returned today with the wheel locks in a plastic bag and standard replacement nuts in their place. This was done without my prior knowledge. Had I been asked, I would have refused and instructed them to place the original wheel locks on the car. It came with a little note saying (and I'm paraphrasing) "we replaced your wheel locks for free, here are your original ones. We did this because wheel locks cause unnecessary difficulty" I would have appreciated prior notice, either a sign or a heads-up when handing over the keys. I'm writing this review as SimplyTire remains my go-to destination for tire replacements. Their product is superior, their prices are competitive, and I'm satisfied with their service.

Emailed Simply Tire last week for a set of summer tires for my Hyundai Genesis Coupe. I emailed a few other places, but without even haggling, Allen beat the price of any other store I emailed. Ended up going with Firestone's new Indy 500 tires, mounted on my new Enkei RPF1 rims. The staff was very friendly, the shop was very clean, and the service was quick. This shop knows what they are doing, treated my rims with care, and even bagged them at no extra cost. Will be a returning customer for sure. Recently had a tire replaced at a different shop and noticed after that I was getting vibrations at high speeds. I didnt want to go back to that shop (long story). I emailed SimplyTire and Allen was extremely helpful and swift with his replies. He was honest and very helpful as well. Booked an appointment and was in and out in less then 15 minutes. The tire was not balanced properly from the other shop and Allen knew that. Overall I would recommend this shop to everyone as the customer service is great! 2nd visit: Its been 2 years since my last visit and the service is still great! What I like about Simply Tire's service is that they can think of solutions on the fly while making you feel valued as a customer. This makes you want to return again for further services and establish a rapport with the business. They are generally quick with their turnaround and always seem busy, but that does not discount their efforts to deliver respectable customer service. I had placed an order for winter tires during a busy period and they were able to accommodate me (+1). Even though we had miscommunicated on tire spec (I had an older model versa, so they did not hold my model of winter tire), they were able to upgrade my tires to blizzaks while giving me promos to offset the cost and save me money! (+1) Finally, even though the winter rims I ordered were not available at the time, they were able to change over to my older rims and keep my rims for the next time I change over to my seasonals. (+ cherry on top) All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them as the go-to tire shop! Thanks guys!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not come to this place. I have never had such a bad experience at a shop. I purchased rims and tires from this shop and was told it would take 1 week... it took 5 weeks for the rims to get to the shop. Not once did I receive a phone call saying that there would be a delay, nor did I get a call once they arrived. Every single time I called the shop I was put on a "quick hold" right away for a minimum of 10 minutes. Not to mention that the customer service is horrible. So much attitude goes into answering questions. And on top of this all, the price wasn't even adjusted. Never coming here again.

This was a few years ago. I purchased snow tires and rims. I picked them up because it was too early to put them on. When I went to put them on they did not have the hub rings so they did not fit. I specifically asked them if they needed hub rings and was told no. Went back and got the hub rings. Put them on and the brake calipers hit the weights. Had to go back and have them balance them with different weight location. Now I have sold the car and was getting ready to sell these rims and tires. Only now do I notice that 3 of the tires are 255's and 1 is a 225. On a 9 inch rim!

Purchased and mounted winter tires here. Price was same as everywhere else. Paint on 3 out of 4 wheels was chipped in few places, wheels were dropped on concrete from a dolly, 1 tire wasn't properly mounted and is leaking air from 2 places, same tire is also leaking air from damaged valve. Came back to complain about the leaky tire, was told by front staff that they'll be too busy for next 3 weeks, and to go to a competitor or CanadianTire for any issues. Thanks for advice, I'll go to another shop from now on --- Update #1: Hi Allen. I'm actually a real customer and I stand by my words. I only came back to remount 1 tire because it wasn't done right the first time. But I'll take your offer from your response. You can find the receipt attached and a photo of the wheel that was chipped the most (note that it was taken on the purchase date). Looking forward to hearing back from you Update #2: Upgraded rating from 1 to 3 stars. Settled with the owner for amount needed to fix listed issues. Original response was deleted. Promises made for proving myself as a real customer were not met.

Price was great. I had only three issues with this place. 1. I had a 2 o'clock appoiment and ended up waiting two hours and fifteen minutes. 2. When the young guy took my car to bring it inside not sure why he had to accelerate the car to 5000 rpm in the small alley that he had to go through to get to the back. I can only tell him one thing. You know who you are because you probably do it to other people as well. It is not your car it is someone else's property so therefore treat it with respect. 3. These place treats covid as if it is a conspiracy theory. Don't forget to bring wipes to disinfect since no one uses gloves and they touch your car.

Husband called for tire purchase on April 2 for and the following happened: - Staff did not know the basic tire size for Camry 2008 CE model. Kept on denying the existence of this base model and refused to do any research to look up the standard tire size as they would in the past (yes we are returning customers) - When we looked up the tire size from our old Simply Tire receipt they told us the 16 inch tires would cost $130 each. We booked appointment on April 3rd for 1:30 - 2:00pm - Took the car in on April 3rd on time and was told we had no appointment booked. - Also on April 3rd, was told the tires were $140 each. What happened to $130? No idea. - Waited at the tire shop and eventually got the tires changed with new rims and bolts - On our way home, found car to be shaking when driving at high speed. Went to a gas station and checked tire pressure, found one to be under pressured so filled it up. This did not fix the problem - Took the car back to Simply Tire for a re-torque on April 5 and it still did not fix the problem. Was told nothing could be done about the shaking problem because they "only mounted new tires" So to recap...this place was not helpful in looking up tire size, did not book appointment even though they said so, quoted us the wrong price, left our car with a mysterious shaking problem. The only positive thing was the fact that they still managed to do the tire installation on April 3 despite not being able to find the appointment time in their system. However, we are still very disappointed with Simply Tires. Now we have to take our car to a different garage to check out the shaking problem at our own expense. Good luck to ourselves.

I think the pricing here is not bad on this store but the service is bad. They always make me wait 1.5hrs-2hrs just to balance my wheels. The last time i went there i have to wait 1.5hrs just to balance and install TWO wheels. I bought a brand new winter tire but they give me 2 yrs old tire and one brand new and im aware that the product was discontinued but they didn't inform me that they would give me 2yr old tire i was expecting a brand new one and one more thing i asked if they could put the new one in the front and old one in the back, the guy who was helping me said yes and even wrote it on the note but they didn't rotate my tires. While i was waiting there is 3 or 4 more customer waiting for their brand new wheels, the guy in the cashier was arguing with the supplier because the supplier couldn’t deliver it on time. He was getting mad at the supplier yelling at the store so that the customer could hear it. The customer was waiting for a while too and didn't get what they come for. The guy was very rude and didn’t even apologize to their customer and just say to come back again. The first time they balance my wheels, the balancing weights of one of the wheels come off on my drive way and i have to get back to the shop to rebalance it. They did balance it again for free of charge but i have to wait 1.5hrs just for one wheel and its a waste of time and they didn't even apologize for it. This is my first review and im going to make effort just to write this review to help people. I don't even know why i came back 2 or 3 times to this store, Im not going back again after the last visit. I see lots of luxury cars going to this store and i dont even know why even though the service was very bad.

Just got my tires and installed by simplytire. Extremely happy with their service and workmanship, highly recommended. It is true it’s very hard to get an hold of them over the phone, I had to call three times before someone finally someone pick up my phone call. But they are just very busy, there was three guys at the counter dealing with customers while answering phone calls all time while I was there. It’s much faster to contact Allen through his email to book your appointment, took me less than 24 hours to get my service done since I contacted him. Thanks simplytire!

Extremely poor management, I tried to come in to get new tires but was force to leave. Tried emailing them for 2 weeks with different sales reps but non of them responded. Finally found someone's willing to respon to me is when I called in to find out why. I was told to come in on a specific day but they told me I email them back during "after hours" so I show up at the shop for nothing! I know its a very busy season but the lack of respect and professionalism can't be the excuse. If these guys don't reply to your email don't even bother giving them business, its a waste of time.

Last week I am looking for a set of winter tires because the LM-32 is discontinue and I can't get them in Calgary a matching set from other brand name or bridgestone. Email Zook at Simplytire and have a set ship less than 3 days to Calgary and even cheaper than Costco.

I needed winter tires for my new 5 series. I emailed Simply Tire and got an email back from Andy within a day or so. I told him what I needed, we had a few back and forth emails and he gave me an appt and when I got there we were ready to go. From the time he took my keys to me to getting them back was 20-25 min and I was ready to go. Prices are reasonable, service was quick and I really like my new tires and rims. Would highly recommend it.

Still fuming about my experience at Simplytire. I called to ask for a specific wheel design and colour for my winter rims and tire package and Allen said they have the design and wheel color. I brought my car in and as the car was driven out, the wheel design and the color of the rim was not what he had promised! If he was professional and ethical, he should have let me know in advance before the installation that what I had asked for wasn't in stock. It was false advertising at its finest and truly tried to slip a quick one on customers. He also tried to convince me that there were no more winter rims for the season and that I was out of luck. Horrible experience! Avoid this shop at all cost.

Even tho the shop closed, I was the last customer, leprechaun paint, custom powder coated my rims, delivered it to this place, where simply tire put on the tires I bought. And an asian guy and another dude came out even after they closed to answer some questions. Without being in a rush to leave. Super cool. And actually bagged my old tires and rims without dumping it in my car. I've been to 3 other shops that to anything to get the wheels off and drop it on the ground leaving marks on the rims.. ffs. My biggest worry was who would drive my car in and out of the garage as I did not want the guys who would work on the tires to drive it for cleanliness issues since they got dirty hands and clothes due to the nature of their job but the guy at the desk drove it, so that was fine. Btw this review it like 5 years or so too late lol. Sorry.

Amazing service!!! This is the second time I am dealing with Allen and SimplyTire. Before contacting them, I did my research over the internet and, all things include, they are the cheapest. The process has been incredibly easy each time, I got quotes with multiple options and they even proposed alternatives to my initial choice. I got an appointment and and I did not have to wait long for my tires to be replaced. I found that the best way to contact them was by Email as they have been quite responsive (no more than few hours between questions and answers). Very very professional.

Received an email for a 2pm appointment the next day. Emailed them back to confirm they can book me and did not receive a response. Showed up at 2pm and was told my email was after hours and they couldn't response to confirm the appointment, no tires available. Start of winter is a busy season. However, having a customer take time out of their day for nothing is very poor service. They still had from opening till 2pm to advise me they did not order the tires and avoid this experience. They have issues with email communication as I emailed them multiple times to get a quote and was ignored everytime until I called them to initiate a response. Will not be going out of my way to give them business. Also read they changed management recently and have new staff I do not recognize. Maybe the reason for their poor service. Purchased my previous tires from them years ago with no issues. Will not be going back.

Top notch customer service as usual! My Thanksgiving long weekend began with the discovery of a flat tire. I called up Alan, let him know that I got my tires there, and would be towing my car to the shop. The tire wasn’t in stock, but was told that if a replacement is needed, he could get it for me. When the tire ended up being fine, Zook gave some options on how to proceed, with no pressure to decide on any of them. I decided to change to my winters a bit early, which required retrieval. Zook and the great team at Simply stayed open an extra 15 minutes to allow me to obtain my winters and have them switched, thus saving my long weekend. Having been a customer of theirs since their old location, it’s customer service and not to mention great prices that leads me to constantly recommend them.

All I can say is that Allen and his team at Simply Tire deserve all the success and accolades they receive!! Allen truly understands and knows how to treat a customer. Despite all the frustration I experienced over a 4-month period while trying to get a rim manufacturer to make good on an order, Allen was quick to step in when they dropped the ball. He found me another set of rims from another manufacturer and suggested a more aggressive offset even though I insisted that I wanted to keep the stock offset on my 2010 Mercedes-Benz E550. I’m so happy that he did because the new rims look fantastic now that they fill out the wheel wells! Allen was the one constant through out and was a very responsive to my many emails and texts always following up and getting back to me in a timely fashion. I'm sad to give a poor review as I've previously had good experiences. Something has changed - way more negative reviews recently (look at the reviews sorting newest first). In short I specifically confirmed a price including a specific tire (General Tire), alloy wheels, and weather tech liners. After sending an e-transfer, I was told the price did not include any of these "upgrades" despite prior written confirmation. It took a month to get any response to this issue, and I initially had some understanding as it was fall and I'm sure they were busy. I circled back more recently and received no response. In summary, I had a written confirmation of a price for a package of goods, sent e-transfer, and then was upcharged for items which should have been included. Service was borderline rude, and management did not respond to repeated attempts to find a reasonable solution. Very sorry to leave a bad review becauseI had previous good experiences with this business.

I was referred to this place by a friend to get winter tires and rims. I've called every 30 minutes for 2 days straight during business hours. I Can't get a hold anyone. Its really frustrating. After listening to the answering machine you can't leave a message.

The most impressive experience I ever had purchasing winter tires and rims for our family van. Excellent professional service, excellent online communication, very good at adhering to appointment schedule, no wasting of customers time.
