She fixed my flat! After having Canadian Tire look at my tire 3 times with no success (so frustrating), I decided to give it one more try at MT TIRE. I brought it in on Saturday morning and, Jennie (I think that's her name from reading other reviews) fixed, balanced and installed my tire in about 15 minutes. She provided awesome service and explained everything that she was doing. The only issue is that it's a bit of an awkward location so parking is a bit weird if there are other cars.

I have them switch over my tires every season and even had them fix a flat and I received nothing but great service. They are right in my neighborhood which is an added bonus. Sometimes you have to wait but to me that is a good sign showing how many customers they have! It means people like coming here and that includes me.

Jennie was fast and super helpful with swapping in a set of rims with snow tires. Because of the racing rims (bought with the tires) she could not reuse the OEM bolts and was able to come up with slimmer (and shiny) ones to get the job done. Reasonably priced and caring staff.

Snow tires changed in no time at all. Don't expect a big screen TV or comfy couches, but the work was quick and less expensive than other bigger chains.

I had a tire with a slow leak I needed fixed. Could not have been better service, got it fixed within a half hour. Friendly help from the staff. A great choice for those in western Toronto. Only thing to note is that parking is a bit of a pain.

I had a low pressure tire signal first thing in the morning and called this place since they were close by. The lady took us in right away and fixed our tire in 15 minutes! I had my baby with me and she was very accommodating and kind. Superb customer service and very fair prices. Will be coming here from now.

I got a flat tire this morning. Luckily for me, I was within walking distance to MT Tire. Jennie and her assistant Tony were able to help me promptly and for a reasonable cost. I appreciated that she and her assistant also checked the pressure in all my tires (which were found to be over-inflated!) and also quickly helped me find an appropriate replacement tire at a reasonable cost. Plus: how often do you see a woman doing a tire replacement? It was like magic to me! Kudos Jennie! I have her permission to post the video :)

I had a very bad tire, needed a quick fix. I stopped here and purchased a used tire which looks new. They mounted, balanced and disposed of the old one all for under $50. The young man helping me was friendly, informative and very sweet. If you need a tire, check these guys or first .

Came here 2 days ago. Asked for what tire size. They installed it. And I noticed rhe next day the tire was slightly different they what I originally had on my vehicle. Came back so they caneed rectify the situation. The lady did not take responsibility and charged me again to install the correct size tire that I originally asked for. Horrible experience. Would recommend getting everything written down because at MT tire they don't take accountability for the Errors.
