I financed a set of winter tires in 2018. They sent me a bill 2 months later for a balance owing of 7,100.. For 4 tires... I didnt have that money and apparently i gave them consent to repo my vehicle and auction it off for there money. I woke up a month before christmas my car was gone... Called around to find out they repod my vehicle and sold it in a private auction for exactly the same amount as the tires. I never missed a payment on my vehicle... I lost it because of you guys... For a $7000 pair of tires.. Thank you so much limitless tire. You played me good. Thank you.

Zaib has amazing customer service. After swapping my wheels they even placed my old ones in boxes for me to keep the interior of my car clean. Will be getting my next set of tires from them once mine are unusable.

Service here used to be good, but not sure if I can say that anymore. Been going here for a couple years with good experience, however lately things haven’t been the same. I called in asking for a quote for tire service, and the guy would not give me any pricing, not even a ballpark estimate. He said the only way is for me to bring the car in so they can see what they’re working with. I then decided to try requesting a quote online (which he didn’t even mention), and I got a call next day with a price and appointment (now all of a sudden I can get a price over phone?). I then came in for my appointment on time, and they turned me away because they were too busy from cars arriving before me (that didn’t have appointments), so they couldn’t take me that day. They didn’t even offer anything to make up for it. Just said to come in first thing the next day, so I can be helped. Doesn’t seem very accommodating. Also, prices are not that great, they charge extra for break inspection, which is sometimes free at other places. EDIT: Glad I came back! After a subpar experience earlier in the year (due to a new employee mishap), I decided to go back to Limitless and get a tire changed. Very happy with the customer service this time around, and Limitless has definitely redeemed themselves in my book! I came to change one tire, but they also went the extra mile and shined all 4 of my tires! Thank you Sarfaraz.

Really wanted like these guys and gave them a chance to make up. Took my winter rim/tires to be mounted and two were flat after storage. Paid for the install and went on my way. Two days later, two of my tires are losing air. Went back to them and almost 3 hours later, I get my car back. Then the following day, three tires are losing air. Frustrated, I went to Factory Tire at Martin Groove and Rexdale and explained my situation. These guys were so professional and courteous. Tires have been perfect ever since...

You do must re-check your order with your receipt If you don't want to be swindled Limitless's people out of your money. I would like to introduce you theirs splendid way and process to make money. It was my 2nd times to come to exchange my flat tire into exactly brand name what I want to on the line before coming their store. But, I realized that the exchanged tire was wrong when back at home. To conclude, I had my wrong tire exchanged It took 40 minutes to get there. But, I will never forget this wonderful experience from them to die for. So, I am thirsty for sharing you my unbelievable experience 1. They will ask you to pay for your order before theirs work start what you ask. 2. They will block you to see theirs work whether it will be right and wrong in person due to safety considerations. But, I am sure that the reason is to lie to you and lead to just watch the theirs camaras. (But, For me,Theirs cameras were always seeing the blind zone. However how I try to see my car in the frame I could never see my car in that any frame then. The last thing I want to share is that you have to careful if you ask them anyworks.

Excellent Customer Service with Superb Prices. Was stuck with me summer tires in storm, Checked on google found couple of places on Chesswood Dr to buy winter tires. Called one place had a fancy website, been told to come as they have my tires in stock but when went there they asked to pay deposit and tires will arrive after 4 days as they do not have those tires in stock. While sitting in my car in storm google another rims and tire shop found Limitless Tire, browse their website which was ebay store selected my car tires and purchased. After 2 minutes received a call of confirmation. Believe me just after one and half hour i was out from there with snow tires. *Definitely Recommend* this place as lots of stock, Multiple options in tires with low prices. I was having a pretty rough week when I showed up at Limitless Tire today to get a set of winter tires for my SUV. I had already spoken to Malik on the phone the previous day after a disastrous experience at another shop in the east end of Toronto, and his friendly demeanor impressed me, so I came to their showroom the next day and as promised, he took care of my problem. I decided to get their lifetime warranty package on a set of Mirage snow tires and they walked me right through the process. I explained I am a single parent and on a more tight budget so Malik got me the Mirage tires which he said he has used himself for quite a while, which made me feel more confident. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me on more expensive tires or rims I couldn't afford. My car was ready quickly and it took all the stress out of my day. Life is stressful enough, car repairs shouldn't have to be. These guys are the bomb! Check them out, you're sure to be happy you did.

I went to these guys, found them on Google to purchase a set of winter tires. They quoted me prices that were 30% less for the same tire elsewhere. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I had some specific questions on a set of 19's that I wasn't purchasing, they took time to explain quality/performance etc. Most place I've been to make you feel like they're doing you a favour by explaining spec's, so Limitless definitely has great customer service. I don't usually review things unless the service is exceptional. Without a doubt Limitless tire was the the most professional and nice place for tires and wheels in Toronto. Sheraz and Malik are true professionals - well thought out advice and no fluff. No pressure to upsell; they just want to do the right thing by you. I needed winter tires for my new car on short notice - the notice being 10am on a Saturday for delivery by 2pm. They were extremely patient with my requests and worked with me to make it happen. They went out of their way to source a set of wheels from another location and remained open past their closing to help me out. To top it all off their prices are extremely reasonable. Limitless Tire from BRAMPTON should be called Limitless SERVICE! Never had this kind of service! From the phone call to inquire to getting back my key, I felt like I was being taken care of. I heard of Limitless Tire through a friend who bought rims and tires at the North York location. It was the first time buying winter tires for my car and I had no clue how to find the right one for my car. I called Limitless Tire and they gave me the specific size and lowest price out of the many tire shops I called. The shop is a welcoming environment that is focused on customer service. They were very friendly and helped me buy my winter tires. Within 10 minutes I had my tires and rims and I was out the door. Turns out they gave me the wrong size tire. I was upset from the time and money I wasted but when I called back they told me to come in to resolve this issue. I was expecting to pay even more money to replace the tires that didn't even fit my car. However, that was not the case. Sarfaraz apologized for the mistake on his behalf and replaced my tires with the proper sized tire and mounted, balanced and swapped my summer tires with winter tires. I was shocked at the amazing customer service that he showed. He really cares about his customers. I understand mistakes do happen but the way that Sarfaraz resolved this mistake was amazing. I will be coming back to get my summer rims in the near future. Talk to Sarfaraz, he is amazing!

Excellent Experience Been to Toronto with my family. Saturday had a busted tire on my rental because of storm,No road side assistance called several tire shops in Toronto with my Google app but no one had those continental tires in Toronto with stock. So I'm going to leave this review here cause first I was reading the reviews on advantagewon. A company I never dealt before I went to limitless tires to buy some tires and rims. With that said I just decided to read the reviews on limitless which I should of done before going there. I see the owner reponse to everyone else reviews and right away you can tell he's unprofessional places like these are to be avoided like a plague. Long story short I made a mistake by financing tires here cause I trust the lady thinking the rims and tires were 1800 got a call from someone asking for insurance and that sort gave it them and whatever else they asked for. when the time comes to sign she just says sign here I look at it the bill is 3600 I asked how come she says interest. I just said ok what ever I signed never missed one payment and Mr owner that replies I have that proof 100%. One morning my car was gone. After finally figuring out why they have my 15000 car for some tires. ( oh you never list us as a loss payee.) Which no one ever told me about why would you have finance me if I didn't. So long story short contacted limitless they had nothing to say. So I lost my 15000 cat for dealing with limitless tires never missing a payment. It's ok thou this was two years ago and I bought two other cars. And this same thing this happened to my friend so that's why I'm here. So anyone that reads this be very careful with limitless. With financing cause they don't care about you as a customer and don't even mention advantagewon this is what they do. Wingmen I guess.

I called at the shop around 7 pm and ask if could be possible to get a tire change and put on rims, they said YES come no problem. I drove like 5 minutes and when got there shop was closed and everyone was gone, except 2 people outside the shop and they told me last vehicle they take in is at 6pm. So I came here after reading the good reviews and hearing my coworkers speak very highly of Limitless and I was not disappointed. They were fast and very professional, not to mention friendly as well. I was kept up to date on everything going on and before anything extra was done, I was asked if it was ok (just so its known, I was not asked if I wanted ANYTHING that cost more). Another thing i appreciated is when i came in with a quote, they told me about tires they had that actually cost less than the ones i had a quote for. So no, they're not being money hungry. I can see that they make their money from good quality work and very fine customer service. Even though i live 40 minutes away, i will only be coming here for my cars tire and wheel needs.

Zaib and Ron at the North York location really helped me out over the phone, through email and in person. I felt very comfortable with them, wasnt even going to buy tires, but after speaking with them I felt like there was no where else to go! *SEE BELOW FOR AN UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW* I took my car here to get my summer tires swapped for winters on a new set of rims. Apparently I was missing the correct nuts for the winter rims, which were incompatible with the summers. Rather than bother to call me to tell me this, or ask if I had the correct nuts, they went ahead and tacked on another $70 onto my bill. When I arrived and questioned why nobody bothered to call me, the owner's response was crass and rude, while his father sat off to the left, laughing at me in front of other customers. When I pointed out that it's basic customer service NOT to tack charges onto a customer's bill without first informing them, the owner became belligerent and threatened to take the tires off and put the summers back on. I became angry and began berating the owner for being so disgustingly unprofessional.......in front of his own mechanics, no less. In the end, it was one of those mechanics who exercised a modicum of professionalism and attempted to defuse a very heated situation, while the owner stormed off like an petulant child. Both my wife and I stopped going to this establishment, altogether. We took our business to Finish Line Motors near Jane/HW7, operated by a great guy named Tony. ***UPDATE: The owners of Limitless Tire decided to dig a bigger hole for themselves by copy/pasting this review and changing the wording from Limitless Tire to Finish Line Motors, then pasting it on Finish Line's Google Maps review section. I promptly posted a counter-review exposing them for their egregious, disgusting behavior, and now I'm going to do it here too by updating THIS review. This is the kind of company you'll be dealing with when you decide to visit Limitless. Unscrupulous, vindictive, slanderous and immoral, from top to bottom. Congratulations, guys!! Bet you didn't think I'd find out :)

Worst possible place for tires. Avoid these scammers at all cost. Tricked me into thinking I was getting a top line tire then swapped it out for the cheapest model in that line. Of course changed the invoice to make it legal. Ended up paying almost 3 TIMES as much as anywhere else. Extremely disappointed and disgusted in these people.

Terrible service. Terrible prices. I called in to inquire about specific wheels and the guy on the phone said he has them. I asked about price but the guy didn’t want to talk to me on the phone and said “we don’t do business on the phone”. It’s a terrible business model but whatever I went into the shop anyways because I wanted the rims. I go to the shop and we talk about pricing and these guys charge $2200 for rims that are worth like $1500. I asked for tires too but they didn’t want to give me prices for those. I originally went to Limitless Tire to get my tires rebalanced. I knew my tires were in rough shape - and thought it might make things a bit smoother and fix a front alignment issue. However after taking one look at my tires, the technician explained that he couldn't in good conscience balance my tires due to their poor condition (they we're almost 10year old tires and practically bald). He explained that he would feel guilty for taking money for something that wouldn't solve the problem for any substantial length of time. He talked me through my options and I was so impressed by his honesty and lack of pressuring me to buy/upsell anything. I ended up getting new tires and all the alignment, shaking, etc that we'd been experiencing went away immediately. I'll definitely be going back for any future car needs. Downside it was out of my way.

Limitless Tires has been my go to for tires since summer. I am highly impressed by their level of commitment and service - unlike other tire/wheel shops, they genuinely care for customers. At some point, I had cracked spacers (only a couple of small minute cracks that were barely visible); the tech inspected the surrounding area although it was not necessarily his responsibility and pointed out the issue to me. Had they not have caught this, the spacers would have potentially failed. In short, they go above and beyond to ensure that customers are kept safe and satisfied. Additionally, I happen to have won the giveaway on Instagram for September, I received brand new Yokohoma V905's last week, and have been super happy with them! I recommend utilizing their online website prior to visiting their stores, they have several useful tools, particularly for wheel visualization and such on their website. Makes it a bit easier to narrow down your needs/requirements prior to making a purchase. In short, I feel that this company truly commits to their goals/statements on their website - they are able to find tires/wheels that fit in almost anyone's budget. I have said it live on Limitless Tire's instagram and I'll say it again, guys, if you're looking for tires/wheels or to do any sorts of modifications on your car, consult with Limitless Tires.

WARNING, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT READING IT.. Whatever you do, DO NOT FINANCE. 28-30% INTEREST RATE for aftermarket RIMS AND TIRES. They'll fool you into signing the contract. I financed my rims and tires from these guys on July 16, 2018. My first installment payment started on AUGUST 16 2019. I was notified by email that I will be paying $242.75 for 24 months starting august 16. Never missed a payment and yesterday I received an email saying that my loan will be over in august 2022. Which is insane... Now faisal is sayi I've said this 5 times. Nobody have that much time when they're working to pay off the scam..this is my first time my friend. I never had any issue before. It all started yesterday

Unbelievable experience! I Ordered my rims. They called me immediately when they arrived and installed them the next day. Very efficient informative kind staff. Was interested in buying tires here but not too sure anymore, due to the pandemic i was deciding to buy online and install in store, apparently their tires are more expensive in the store than online. This is very deceiving, this is the same company but charging more in store, this makes no sense. Also, the lifetime alignments have hidden term and conditions, you have to pay for a rotation when you come in which is $50, which was not stated in their radio commercials. Companies that do not advertise their terms and conditions on such promotions on their websites leaves me very skeptical. Shop with caution....

Over priced. Terrible service. Once they are done taking your money or have you under any financial set ups. That's it. I just found out that (after almost 3 years) that I have apparently financed a set of rins and tires for $4000 and with interest it was all around $7000 and some change. They are very rude and don't know anything about customer service. Don't go to then unless you know exactly what you want or else they will hurry you into buying something that you don't like

Got used winter tires from here 3 seasons ago and they lasted me 3 seasons PLUS one summer!! will go back ASAP to get new winter tires from them for this upcoming season! Amazing service, extremely professional and they go out of thier way to make sure you are treated well and made my wait there very comfortable! The worst tire buying experience of my life, or rather attempted tire purchase (and I'm 49 so I've bought my fair share of tires over the years). I went on Limitless' website and got a quote for winter tires with the "out the door" price. I wanted to look around at options so saved the quote and had it emailed. I decided to get the tires and clicked on the "Request an appointment" button from the online quote, picking two options for date and time as requested and made sure to put the quote # in the notes. I didn't hear back from anyone so emailed them, again with the quote #. Finally getting a hold of someone and having them find my quote I made an appointment for the following week with a reply of "Found your email, November the 12th at 9:00 am will be perfect" So I got to the North York shop at 9:00am on the 12th and Vick tells me that they don't do appointments (funny, thats not what the email says, or the button at the bottom of the quote). Also, they don't have the tires in stock, I have to buy them online and wait for them to call me for installation. Ummm, What? What did I do a quote and schedule an appointment for? Oh and the online price is different from in store, if you want me to order them now it will be $300-400 more. So glad I took a day off work for this, nice bait and switch. I went back home to order the tires online, Oh, now my quote won't load and when I get a new quote the price has gone up $350. I went back through all of the emails and the quote and nowhere does it say that a quote won't be honoured or that you have to order the tires online to get the quote amount. I just booked an appointment at my dealership for the same tires at the same price with an online quote and online appointment. At least at the dealership I know they won't try to fleece me because the quotes for service and parts are actually honoured. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The only place i can find my size tire in GTA for a low price & can pick up or install in Toronto to replacement my brand new tire busted in snow storm. U buy online today it's in their shop next day. Updating today to get the $5 donation to Canadian Cancer Society (I hope they really donate). I find the Sat hrs very convenient, & I can get the tire in the store after ordering online instead of waiting for a wk or 2.

I'm no it so sure on the average mechanic cost for switching tires during the change of season but, the price, quality of work, and friendliness of the staff is superb. Only been dealing with them for a little over a year, and I would recommend them to anyone I know. They were able to switch tires for me with a plow on my truck. I couldn't find many places capable of such things. As well, I didn't know that my winter tires required different bolts. I was offered a very nice discount when I had to purchase a whole set of 32 bolts, and since then I commended the place for their service.
