Came in yesterday after returning to my car from the bus only to find my car had a flat, found out they were the closest tire shop to me and I’m glad I did. Friendly service, with an over the top positive experience from start to end. My new go to tire and mechanic shop. Fixed what I needed and fixed a couple other issues at no extra cost. Will be back in the Fall for new winter tires!

I came in with a flat tire and left with a repaired one. Brad and the team explained the options (plug or replace) and went above & beyond by taking my tire off to examine the damage, which gave me a cost effective option (plug). Not knowing a thing about cars yet alone tires I left there with some new knowledge b/c of Brad's transparency. Definitely a place I can trust!

Don't take a puncture flat here unless you want to buy a new tire. They don't do plugs, they will tell you that they are not safe. This is not true. As long as there is no damage to the sidewalls a plug is fine. They quoted me $400 for a tire, and my mechanic fixed it for $50. (I went there to save time, they are close to my house, my mechanic is 30 mins away in Mississauga - who is awesome by the way!) That said, they were polite and didn't try and pressure me, and didn't charge me for removing the tire and installing the spare. They didn't treat me poorly, but they didnt tell me the truth. Caveat emptor.

Despite being busy, they were able to help me out and were extremely patient with me and my questions. They definitely made the best out of a stressful situation for me. Had winter tires balanced at another shop last year, but noticed a vibration in the wheel @ highway speeds (110-140km). Had them balanced here this year and they informed me 3 of the tires were way off. Never going back to previous shop. These guys also fixed a vibration in the wheel for my fiancee's very picky taste. Didn't take long at all, would recommend.

I recently made a warranty claim on 1 of my Michelin suv tires. It had a peculiar tear on the sidewall where it begins to curve around to the contact patch of the tire. Mr. Gorman closely examined my tire in question. After a lengthy examination, he put my claim thru Michelin Canada, and they accepted the claim. I have been coming to Dufferin Motors for the past several years to look after the tires for my vehicle and my partners vehicle. Comprehensive and careful servicing, and top notch attention to warranty questions and claims. I have always used Michelin tires because it is a great product. IMO, Dufferin Motors is one of the best representatives of the Michelin brand of tires in Toronto. They have competitive pricing AND excellent after-sales servicing. Any dealership can match tire pricing (or abit lower) but they certainly CANNOT match Dufferin Motors customer service. Did i forget to mention they have 70 years experience in the tire industry ? Yes indeed, they do. I also highly recommend Dufferin Motors for all your tire needs.

Andrew and his father-in-law provide "hometown" service in the big city! They are honest, genuine businessmen, who truly put the customer first. I've called Andrew sporadically for advice or service over the past 15 years, and he remembers me each & every time. I tell him my situation, and he gives me his best advice, even when it means that he doesn't get business out of me (most recently, he suggested I check with a competitor because he felt they might be able to offer a better bundled deal, and sure enough, I ended up going this route, even though it wasn't to Dufferin Motor's advantage). They are thorough and detailed, yet at the same time, explain everything clearly so you can share and learn from their experience. I would recommend them to everyone.
