It’s no wonder Wakefield’s has such amazing reviews on here! Went today for an oil change and was in and out within 10 mins! The guys did a thorough job and were so damn nice! By far the best service I've ever received at an oil change facility. They had to special order a filter for my 1975 VW Westfalia and had it in 20 minutes! Another 20 min in the shop and I was back on the road! I'd highly suggest visiting them.

I won't go anywhere else for my oil changes and servicing. They don't charge for ridiculous things like the dealerships do (ie checking to see if your brakes need changing). They are honest, reliable, quick and friendly. I have never had a poor experience here.

My girlfriend and I were in the middle of our move from the Pacific NW to Nova Scotia, towing a trailer the 6800-ish kms across, when around Thunder Bay our vehicle indicated it needed an oil change. Not having alot of time and not knowing any local businesses, I pulled into Wakefield Oil Change Plus without an appointment - they were quick, pleasant, and made the detour an enjoyable experience. 5/5 would definitely recommend ????
