I recently purchased a motorcycle from Intercity Powersports and received exceptional customer service throughout the process. Due to Covid related travel restrictions, I was unable to travel to Thunder Bay but Haley provided me with extra photos and a detailed description of the bike. She took the time to answer all my questions and when a scheduling conflict arose, Haley went beyond my expectations to make the transaction go smoothly. The bike arrived, as described, with all required documentation. When buying a vehicle remotely, there is an element of trust that comes into play. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Haley again and to recommend her to others, looking to purchase online or over the phone.
