I was in for an unexpected visit due to an issue with my air lines. They took the time to diagnose and quickly repair the defect to get me back on the road. I was very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the shop area as well as the store front. I would not hesitate to go back and will definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent service was in thunder bay 01/09 needed a starter replacement less than 2.5 hrs from the time I phoned till I was back on the road. 4 miles down the road fuel line blew came out change the line in under 1.5 hrs. Friendly staff and decent price

These guys are awsoeme. Our van lost brakes while passing thru thunder bay. They where booked solid but still went out of their way to get us back on the road. Honest and reliable service even to out of towners..what more could you ask for!

Fort Garry Industies is like the signs says a Truckers Best Friend. Especially when you go down to the one here in Tunder Bay and ask for Jeromey for service and Tom for parts and oh ya they will point you in the right direction and not steer you in the wrong direction.. Service next to none and now in Thunder Bay they have the new shop opened up now so makes it better. If in need the boys at Fort Garry Industries in Thundwr Bay will most deffinntly look after you no dought.

We were a long way from home, hailing out of Kingston when we had troubles with our straight truck that was parked at a local hotel. We could not get it going. Wayne, BJ and Fort Garry to the rescue. So not only do these two fellows figure out the issue, get the truck running but go the extra mile and take our truck to their shop where they plug it in for us over the weekend. But the service gets better, they then go out of their way to ensure that when we arrive back to Thunder Bay from Kingston, after the weekend, that our truck is started and running in their parking lot and waiting for us. Been in the industry a long long time and seen both sides of customer service but this example, well, our review speaks for itself. I hope to never be broke down in Thunder Bay again but if I am, Im calling Wayne and BJ.
