The owner is as honest as the day is long. The repair might be a little more compared to other places only because Sina is looking out for your future problems when he can. I’ve had him save me time when I was considering doing lower control arms on my 14 Jetta. It seemed simple until he explained that the drivers side requires the sub frame to be lowered.

-------DO NOT GO HERE------- My vehicle, old silverado, was brought in for an inspection by my mother to see what needed to be repaired on it, so it would pass a safety and could be sold. What I received was a physical parts list with zero explanation of what was wrong with them. That the frame was entirely rusted through, it wasn't there was 2 small holes the rest was acceptable as far as I could see, and no explanation of what the check engine light was. Upon calling for further information I was rudely informed that the vehicle was a write off because of the frame. When I informed him that I could fix it, I'm a certified welder, and wanted to know what was wrong with the rest of it. He proceeded talk over me constantly, tell me I'm confused and that don't know what I'm talking about, all while telling me nothing more about anything else on the list. I was also informed that if I wanted the check engine light diagnosed it would cost me another 100 dollars. In the end I was charged 130 dollars for an "hour" of work, that I could have done myself in 10 minutes with a flashlight and a screwdriver, and was rudely told that he would absolutely refuse to safety the vehicle should I fix the frame and bring it back. Needless to say I'll never be going there myself for any vehicle issues in the future. Also please keep in mind this is the first place to ever annoy me enough to actually waste my time writing one of these. UPDATE/RESPONSE- The next day I was called by back the owner and threatened with legal action over this post if I did not take it down. I'm not angry that the vehicle didn't pass safety, both me and my mother knew that from the start and didn't ask for a safety in the first place. I'm annoyed that I received a parts list with no explanation of what was wrong with the various parts and that from the beginning of me calling trying to get more information I was treated in a very rude and hostile manner. You would see that if you bothered to actually read the review. I will also add that this all could have been avoided if I was talked to in a reasonable manner, but alas here we are.

After getting a tie rod on my front end replaced and a brake job at another auto shop, the truck was pulling to the left and the shop that did the work didn’t do wheel alignment which was needed to correct the problem. So I checked online for potential shops and after reading Google reviews I decided to try Caspian Auto Service on Cumberland Street. I made an appointment for the next day for 10 am and when I arrived I was immediately greeted and my truck was brought into the shop. I was told it wouldn’t take too long so I decided to wait in the waiting room which had TV and coffee. Within a few minutes the owner called me to come in the shop and showed me a worn out front end part by demonstrating the excessive play on the front right wheel which is a safety concern and needed to be replaced for a proper wheel alignment. I know a little bit about auto mechanics so I was impressed how this shop not only explains what needs to be done but actually demonstrates why it needs to be done. The other shop should have recognized this worn out part. I was also told what the price would be and was even given a Seniors Discount. This shop goes even further.....they tell you to take the vehicle for a test drive to ensure your totally satisfied before you even pay the bill. I know over the years dealing with various other shops can be frustrating and I have dealt with good ones and others that are just fleecing customers so it is very comforting to know Caspian Auto Service is conscientious,honest, efficient, friendly and thorough. They have me as a new customer for life.

I was in the city from out of town and my brakes started grinding horribly. Sina took my vehicle in for a last minute brake pad change late in the afternoon. Turns out a tie rod was also broken and resting on the frame and the tire was just barely holding on. I figured I'd be spending another night but him and his team worked tirelessly and got my vehicle road safe again by that evening. Wonderful service, super friendly, very reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

He looked at my car right away, showed me everything that was wrong with it (after four years of no service since when I took it to other places for service and I'll changes, they didn't do any other work or check if anything needed fixing) ordered the parts for my Hyundai Accent that day (at 4:30 pm) and had them the next day by 10:00 am, I dropped it off that morning and he had it fixed by that afternoon! Gave me a good price too for all the work that had to be done. Now it runs great and shouldn't wear out tires like it did before, and whatever he did also fixed my dashcam which used to shut off and turn back on, and then shut off and turn back on, so it must have been a short somewhere in the engine, since now it works properly!

Great service, professional, quick, efficient. Our windshield washer fluid froze upon driving from Calgary to Toronto- most auto services were closed on Saturday (when we needed service). We called Caspain and they took us right away, thawed the fluid and we were back on the road within an hour and half. Can't thank the business and service enough!! Highly recommend.
