CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!! I am so happy and grateful that I came across Brian's Tire Repair when deciding where to purchase winter tires for the season. Great price and super awesome owners! After a few days I noticed something was wrong with how my car drove and I called Brian and he was quick to have myself back to fix the problem and super apologetic! As I also work in customer service and sales with Falls Chevrolet, I recognize the hard work and fabulous customer service. Can't thank them enough for the great customer service!!

A woman told my husband yesterday that they would be open today, and to come in to get his tire repaired. He goes and waits, only to be told by someone there that they’re closed. This isn’t just a small issue, my husband needs his car for work, so we desperately need his tire fixed ASAP. Thanks for making him drive on his tire for no reason.

I've used Brian for probably 15yrs. You can't get a better tire guy in this province. Talk to him and he's always been fair. I've gotten tires from other places and ended up going to see him anyway. Save yourself the trip and just see Brian.

Came out to a flat this morning. Called at 8 and was told to come in for 830. My tire was beyond repair. The mechanic had a new tire mounted on my rim and me out the door within 20 mins. She provided excellent, friendly and efficient service. Will be coming back for all my tire needs. Was nice to be back home before 9!

Good prices on a set of 4 used tires with plenty of tread left. New tire were also much cheaper than other places. But you may have to wait a couple days for them to come in.
