They had a leftover 2017 F150 I emailed the manager about a cash purchase price. I am 3hrs away. He was more concerned about me coming in and driving before he took the time to give me a quote. I was not driving 3 hours one way only to find out the price wasn't what I was looking for. He even told me a time to come in and drive it (I am not driving anything before I get a quote/price. Why bother if it's going to be out of your price range). So. I went to Canso Ford and purchased a leftover there. Why? Because they responded with the response I requested. Their cash purchase price. Lost sale for you guys. Maybe they should reply with the info the customer requests next time.

I was treated very well by ALL of the Ford employees I met. Mr Darren Mac Queen helped with all of the paper work from changing license plates to registration, Paul was very kind. He gave me a personal tutorial explaining the dashboard features, lock instruction. I have never experienced such detailed assistance with any other dealership. All of the other salespeople and manager made me feel "at home." Thank you Plaza Ford!

Now looky here, I say looky here. If you want the straight goods and no hanky panky, this is the best, I say the absolute best place to service your vehicle. Now I may sound like Foghorn Leghorn but I'll tell you what...Plaza Ford has been the only garage to service my ten year old truck and I defy anyone to find a fault with the care they have shown me. Wi-Fi now in the waiting rooms. Basic tea or coffee is free, no fancy stuff. Vending machines for chips, bars, pop. Two flat screen tv's, but no sound dampening between the two rooms. Edited to fix the Wi-Fi (now available)

We are on vacation from Ontario and ran into a brake issue with our Mustang GT. I called service and asked if I could come in the next morning, to have the rear brakes looked at to insure safety for my family and myself. I was told "we are too busy so try the other Ford dealer in town!" I am a retired Ford Service Manager of 25 years and not once did I, or my staff, blow off a customer who was in trouble. Must be nice to be such a busy dealer that they could care less if someone is in trouble.

I was looking to trade my near mint 2014 4x4 Z71 Crew Black (Albeit a lil dirty from fishing all week with my boy), loaded truck in so I popped on by and talked to Sheldon Hill, he seemed like a typical sales guy but we quickly took a truck for a drive. They took my truck to for a quick appraisal and came back at an insulting low price of 14500$... I told him instantly , "HECK NO", and went to Keltic in Antigonish and they treated me 1000000x better, they gave me above what I wanted for my truck and they stated, "We want to EARN your business", and by god they did! The service was astounding, their professionalism is unmatched and had a lot of respect for my business. So I called Plaza to get the name of the guys who did their spray in box liners and he asked me what I decided on, I told him my story and he laughed ignorantly, like I insulted him and said, "Good luck, I'm glad you got a good deal but if they wanna loose money then that's up to them...you can never sell the truck for that price!'", and he quickly hung saying I can do my oil changes there. NO WAY! I've already sent 3 family members to Keltic & I know they'll be treated like I did and get GREAT Service & trade-in values! I think Plaza ford needs to hire new & younger sales ppl because this type of car salesmanship is dead as it should be. So, do yourself a favor, shop around like I did and it takes a lil effort but if you want a great deal and to be treated with nothing but respect then go to KELTIC FORD in Antigonish! Keltic Ford where salesmanship and prices cannot be beat, I'm still astounded by the deal I got! :)

I've had my vehicles in for service and diagnostics on several occasions in the last month or two and each time the service staff has been very courteous, timely and friendly. The Shop Foreman Darren and his team have also been very transparent, and provided great advice in chasing down issues so as to not "throw money at it". This is rare, and very appreciated.

Went in for motor vehicle inspection. Dropped off 9am. They never bright in until 1230pm. Service writer blamed everyone in the back of who’s fault it was tat it was not brought in. Previously told them need vehicle back by 1230. No phone call to say it was ready went down there and still sitting in same spot not happy.

What a great dealership! I had an emergency situation where I dropped my only key for my company car in a drain system at the mall parking lot and was stranded. Just bought a 2017 Ford Focus and am loving it!! The folks at this dealership were wonderful to deal with! Our salesperson Chris Blaze was great to deal with and talked to me directly about the car I was buying. So many car salespeople have a tendency to treat women like they aren’t capable of buying a car, it was awesome to deal with someone who does! Chris, Joel and Shane were wonderful! i dropped my vehicle off on Sunday evening using the after hours drop box for keys (very convenient) . my appointment being Monday at 10:00 am. My rear brakes were making a noise. Monday morning i received a call regarding the rear left brake and rotor needing replacement (as i suspected) it was suggested that both left and rear should be done. I was informed of the total cost including tax at this time (i liked that) I did agree and gave them the go ahead and then i was also informed with that that do to the age of the car 2013 that sometimes the calipers would stick and need replacement but they could not tell until they try. Well yes later that day i was informed that one of the calipers was not working and needed replacement again i was informed of the total cost . i was pleased as to how i was kept up to date regarding my car and thus i have no complaints regarding the service and my brakes seem to work great again

I went in because a small plastic clip came off my sunglass holder and it wouldn't snap closed. They got me in, put in a brand new holder rather than a clip, and had me on my way before I could finish my complementary coffee while I waited. That is CLASS Service for sure. Two thumbs up.

Like anyone I was wary of going a dealership and being swamped by salesmen. I would rather visit when they are closed. I actually sold Fords in Toronto going through school. Remember the Granada, LOL Anyhow I went into Plaza Looking for a truck. Not to buy one. Simply to look and price. My wife retires in a ffew years and we plan on buying a trailer. No one approached me. I had to look for a salesman. Then I met Paul. He never once came on as a hard sell. Just answered my questions ane we finally went for a test drive. Now if your like me your thinking this is where he pulls the gun on you and you sign. Not Paul. We drove and I liked it but financing didn,t. But I got a call a few hours later to pop in if I could. As usual, the service is great. There are however some defects with my F150 the manufacture should address. 1. The oil burn off I get after my truck has sat for more than an hour. Somebody told me this is a Valve seal issue, I'm not a mechanic, I'm a carpenter. This issue has been ongoing for over a year now and there are only 60,000 km on this truck. It may not seem like a major issue to some, however its an issue with me, my money is paying for that new truck. 2. The heat shield is off again, these design flaws should be addressed for use in Canada and corrected with a proper shield to withstand Canadian winters. 3. The cover used for the tailgate's hidden step. I cannot take a sheet of plywood out of the box without this contraption falling off and breaking the plastic clips used to hold it in place.

First time purchase with plaza ford was a over all good experience. Salesman chris blaise was great to deal with no bs or head games. I knew exactly what i wanted then i emailed for a price and the price was right so i bought the truck. Anybody can sell you a vehicle and be nice to your face to close the deal but its how they conduct themselves after the sale. I was back today for first oil change 4 months later and chris comes over out of his way to just say hey and chat for a minute. The service dept was also great to deal with. No pressure with anything or bs or a script they were reading off, just a normal transaction for the oil change, simple. The finance guy (i forget his name, sorry) was also good to deal with and easy to talk to. No pressure on the upsales for warranty etc. I'll use them again in the future.

Nov 2020 I am hoping that my ford app is finally working after 1 year of trying to get it repaired. Its been a few day since I had it in again and so far so good!!! But the problem was intermitting so we will see what the next month bring. I was very disappointed with the phone call I had with Tommy in service but when I spoke with Darren, who was fixing my 2018 Ford Escape SUV he was very helpful. I suggest you take Tommy off the phones. Very poor customer services skills.

Was looking for a last-minute oil change and they were able to accommodate very quickly, that I was very happy with. Had the hood open the next day to see if they filled the windshield washer fluid and I noticed my power steering cap had been left open. They must have open it to check the power steering fluid and laid the cap back on but did not twist it to lock it. I had fluid leakage under the hood and had to top it off with more fluid. My second issue was they have their new quick alignment system when you’re pulling to check your vehicle in for service. The system is not accurate for the vehicle is not going to be perfectly straight until you get it up on the hoist. They told me that the alignment was out enough and was going to start wearing my tires. I asked if they could do the alignment now within the timeframe I had but they did not have time. I called the shop where I normally buy my tires the next day and took the truck in for an appointment because the dealer said it was off. When they put it on the hoist and fully hooked it up to an alignment machine they said it was off so little it would not have made a difference. This quick alignment scan they have in the check in the check in bay seems to be nothing more than a money grab. I specifically asked how bad the alignment was and If it really needed to be done and I got the money grab answer. Beware of this, it’s $80 plus tax for an alignment that you probably don’t need if it’s only out by a hair. Don’t be fooled with the print out they show you with the big red marks on it.

For most of my life, buying vehicles was an unpleasant experience; but since I started going to Plaza Ford, I never feel pressured to do something that I haven't thoroughly thought through. I recently bought a 2019 Ford Ranger after much consideration and am pleased that I have done so. Often I've been accused of "overthinking" things, but this decision came to me quite easily. My wife also gets her vehicles at Plaza; she feels the same way that I do.

Myself and my dad went into to get a used vehicle and first thing he says is "it's a push start (I'm well aware of this) then says you know how to use it?" I said yes. He said you put your foot on the break and hit the button, k ????. So we go for a test drive, wanted the price to come down, but couldn't which was fine because I purchased a car an hour later. But what he said was ridiculous ???? i hope she dont get a car later and breaks down. Seriously you're mad because I choose to leave and purchase somewhere else. Do not recommend
