They used to be reliable and helpful but since they've gotten busier I found them to be dismissive when dealing with me. I was cut off twice while I was explaining what was happening. They didn't know what was wrong and just did an oil change. Another garage listened to my problem and they said it was a known problem with my type of car, they lubricated the part and it's been fine since. Downtown Auto didn't know of this fix or even suggest trying something. I will not go back here again for my seasonal checkups. When I take my car in to be fixed I expect the garage to know how to fix it.
