Me and a couple buddies rented some bikes for 3 days to tour the Cabot trail this past week. The machines were in tip top shape, all had the new Milwaukee 8 motors, very impressed with the service received here.

Called ahead in search for tires for my bike. They couldn't fit me in for another two days and I was traveling through so I stayed extra night to get my tires done. I spoke with Paul on the phone and he had attitude right from the start. When I got off the phone I was impressed with how I was just treated. I would not have dealt with this company if I didn't have to. I was then charged 2 hours to change my two tires. At 80 dollars an hour that's 160$ just to change the tires.. very disappointed with the service. But I was able to get tires on my bike and back on the road with short notice to the shop. I appreciate them being able to squeeze me into there "busy" schedule.

Only gave 1 star because Google doesn't have a negative number. A couple years ago had a fork problem with my wife's Heritage and they never looked at but said we needed a seal. Which they would have to order and get in 3 days! Decided to cut our trip short and limp the bike to the dealer in Moncton. They were able to look at it and fix the broken fork bolt in 2 hrs. RIDICULOUS that Ramsay's even can call themselves a Harley dealer.

Brought my new quad here for it's first service because the guys I bought it from are a bunch of clueless stubborn a-holes that don't deserve a cent. Guy at the service center was down to earth and knew what he was talking about. A 2 week wait in Halifax turned into a "we can have that done for you in the morning" with these guys. Glad I bought it the extra few miles.

horrible sales service very unprofessional staff. Overall terrible service and horrible experience multiple times going there. Got denied sale on a 15000 dollar bike without them even doing credit checks or anything so unless you look like and are a millionaire drive the few hours to the next closest honda dealership and save yourself the angry and upset.
