Excellent service. I live both in Stratford and Toronto and had a bad tire. I was looked after promptly, I had hit a pothole enroute to Stratford. They changed my tire and put the spare on for me and refused to accept payment. I really appreciated the gesture of goodwill, honesty, since in these times everyone charges for service, small or large. They also did not try to upsell me any tire. Thanks

I switched my winters to all-season both sharing the same set of rims. Tire technician Gerry was very time effective with change over and re-installation maybe get this guy a job on a pit crew for a Nascar team :) Service was great and took lengthy measures to ensure my safety aswell as others during this unusual time. Will be coming back in the fall as I am very pleased with service, I have visited many tire shops as I move lots and so far this has been the best.

Dropped of a tire with a big gash in it. We were prepared to buy a new tire because we didn't think it was repairable. So the guy we met with said we would most likely need to replace it. We showed him which tire we wanted and could afford. When we went back to pick it up it was a completely different tire than we asked for and double the price we can afford. We were told the tire we asked for was for a 18" rim and our rim is a 19" rim. Fine, our mistake, we were also told that the shop the deal with doesn't vary the brand we asked for so in order to find the brand we wanted in a 19" rim the office lady would have had to make several different phone calls looking around to find one so the just got one from there shop. A phone call letting us know that the tire we wanted will not fit and that we need to go up a size and up in price would have been nice and a conversation with them about our tire and our affordability would the respectable thing to do as a business. Not just to take it upon them selves to assume that this ok. We find this to be a very poor business decision on their part. I will not recommend this place and I will not return.

I've been a client of Honeywood Tirecraft since moving to Stratford 2+ years ago. My first experience with them was a few weeks after moving in. A tire on my car picked up a nail at the dump. Being new to the area, I didn't know the whereabouts of any reliable service centers. As I drove home from the dump pondering options I came across Honeywood Tirecraft. They took the vehicle in immediately, repaired the puncture and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes. While there I noticed they offered storage for off-season tires. I chatted with John (Since retired) and arranged storage of two sets of winter tires. They've been swapping out seasonal tires ever since. This past summer new tires were required on one of my vehicles. They sourced the tires and installed them at a very reasonable price. I've always found their service folks cheerful and very helpful. If you're looking for a company to store and swap off-season tires or to purchase new tires why not give them I try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It was pretty disappointing. We had clearly expressed interest in the cheapest available tire. It even says on the door panel that it takes 18" tires, not 19", something that your office personnel also over overlooked. I would have rather limped around on my donut for another few days waiting for a far cheaper tire off the Internet. Instead, you finished the job without any regards of the price. I'm thankful that I never have to do business with you again, muffler-man is the best shop in town anyways. Something I had clearly forgotten.
