Hands down the best garage in town. I firstly went there seeking advice about whether to sell my car or not months ago. Those guys were the only ones that actually listened and cared (considering the situation didn’t have any business for them). When I got back, I took my car to them. They took care of me and my car, were really honest, professional, and for great price as well. Chris, the garage’s owner, even gave me a car to use for free until my car was fixed, when he knew I lived far away. Highly recommended. Top service!

In September 2021, my partner and I were in St. John's from Corner Brook for work-related reasons when halfway through the trip obvious strut and brake issues developed. We were frantic to get the car to a garage before driving back across the island as we had only 2 days left until the weekend. Turbo Tech Auto really came through for us and offered to see the car ASAP. They kept in contact with us about the proposed jobs and were transparent about the associated costs. Within a day they had everything fixed up and ready to go. I can honestly say I've never had better service than this!

Gave them the car with two problems, overheating and car heater is not working. They took two days, and charged 1600$ I took the car for 15minute drive and the same overheating symbol came on, car heater still blows ice cold air. I asked so what work was done for 1600$, he said coolant tube, thermostat and oil pressure switch was changed. In any case, my problem is not solved.

I decided to hit up this shop back in October when I needed some new winter tires, they were super friendly and easy to deal with! They will literally go through lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Had my tires ordered and me booked in the following Monday for installation! Everything was great! Hit a pot hole last night and popped a tire and messed up my rim, called them when they opened the next day and they had a new tire and a new rim ready by the end of the day saving me SO MUCH trouble. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone hands down! As long as I’m in Newfoundland Turbo will be my go to shop for anything! Oh and they have the cutest dog that greets you when you walk in!

I think this business is an almost fraud. My recent experience: I took my car for gas tank repair. Their initial estimate was about $1400. But In the end they charged me more than $3100. Additional amount was due to fuel pump assembly replacement that they broke while working on the gas tank. In my assessment, they do not have trained technicians. In my case, their technician broke that plastic fuel pump assembly (they showed me the broken assembly) while taking that out from the old gas tank. They charged me for the new fuel pump assembly and 2-3 hours labor that was more than $1500. Essentially, they get parts from the dealer and work on your vehicle using untrained technicians. In the end you will end up paying the cost of parts same as the dealer and the additional cost of technicians caused damage and labor. Previously, I took my other vehicle to them, and they repaired brake lines twice and cost was same as dealer. I also went there for a car heater issue. They could not figure out the issue, most likely due to their technician low knowledge. I would never go there again. I suggest you also find some alternative or simply go to the dealer for repairs.

I have been going to place place for a couple of years now. It is relatively close to my house and a quick walk when I drop my vehicle off. They are often busy so it might take a couple of days to schedule an appointment but they are efficient, inexpensive and skilled. I have my maintenance done there and the usual vehicle repairs. They are a good group of people and are friendly.

The CLEANEST garage I have ever been to. Great professional service at a very competitive price from professional, friendly, and helpful technicians. Exceptional customer service from dropping the car off to offering me free courtesy ride to my work until my car was ready. Staff always polite, courteous, cheery, and professional. There is a wonderful gentleman called Chris who works there and he was going above and beyond to explain everything clearly for me whenever I dropped my car over. I was put at ease straight away. Once my fuel pump was faulty and needed to be replaced but apparently there was another issue there which they didn't have any way to know it until they took off the fuel pump. They called me right away about the issue with offered me different suggestions and helped me find the best solution at the lowest cost. Work carried out to a high standard. Would have no hesitation to recommend them to colleagues, family and friends.

After 2 seperate appointments at Hickman's, 12 days in the shop, $4700 in repairs, loosing a wheel off the truck because Hickman's didn't properly torque it. I finally took my truck to Turbo Tech with the same symptoms that were told to Hickman Motors. They diagnosed as a sticking caliper, replaced the caliper and had me back on the road in 1 hour. Absolutely, fantastic service!!

My breaks went in my 2015 BMW 4 series about a month ago so I went around to a few garages to get quotes. Every garage quoted me at $3000+ and also said that there was so much more wrong with the car. I called Turbo Tech and they were able to get me in right away, the price was much lower and they didn’t find anything else wrong with the vehicle. You honestly cannot beat the great service. Not to mention every single person working there is so friendly and inviting ♥️
