Je me suis présenté pour un estimé, j'ai montré visuellement au propriétaire le travail à faire, remplacer 2 pneus et envoyer un pneu à l'arrière, on m'a fait un prix final posé balancé avec taxes. Lors de mon rendez-vous, le premier employé avait de très mauvais outils, il en a parlé à son superviseur, qui a fini par venir le voir et l'engueuler puis le congédier en lui criant après jusqu'à son véhicule malgré le calme de l'employé. Changer 2 pneus aura pris 4h30 d'attente, et une fois à l'intérieur, on me facture un montant différent de l'estimé sous prétexte que j'ai rajouté des choses, ensuite ça change pour me dire que le prix sur la tableau est pour une voiture, ensuite ça change pour me dire que je dois payer le temps, je m'explique et fait valoir que ce qui a été exécuté comme travail est exactement ce qui a été soumissionné, que je n'ai rien rajouté et qu'il n'y a eu aucun ajout ni surprise et que c'est le prix que je dois payer, la discussion prend vite une tournure d'intimidation au point où je dois spécifier avant chaque phrase que mon but n'est pas de me chicaner avec personne. Le superviseur qui avait malmené son employé décide de me servir la même recette et de m'intimider physiquement en faisant le tour du comptoir et en s'avançant vers moi à 3 pieds, pas de masque, se bombant le torse et adoptant une position de "doorman", je lui mentionne que je ne suis pas là pour me chicaner et que je vais juste m'en aller si on est pour se chicaner. Bref, j'ai payé 645$ et je me suis fais traiter comme un voleur et menacé. De loin ma pire expérience comme client..., l'employé qui a été congédié ce jour là ne pourra pas trouver pire comme superviseur ! Bref, je ne recommanderais pas à ma grand-mère de se rendre là !
