I highly recommend this dealership. We just completed our deal on a 2019 Honda Pilot Black Edition. I have to say this was the most relaxed and pleasant experience we have ever been involved with. These folks go out of their way to earn your trust and are there for you when ever you might need them. We live about an hour and a half away from these folks and we are so glad we made the drive for this beautiful new SUV. Today I had an appointment, changing the oil in my Acura RDX, when I arrived at home I checked the oil level, barely touched the bottom dot on the dipstick, I had to add more than 0.5l. oil Very poor service!!!

It was worth the drive to Simcoe ! I just picked up a new 2021 Ridgeline from Simcoe Honda. I live 2 hours away from Simcoe, but noticed they had the vehicle I was looking for. After a failed attempt at having another Honda dealership even confirm my complaint. A transmission shudder on my 2017 Honda Pilot with 55000km. I talked to Dan at Simcoe Honda over the phone and was fully informed of what to expect on services to fix it and costs. I brought it in, within 2 & 1/2 hours diagnosis / repairs were complete and issued was resolved. Costs were what I was quoted over the phone. I couldn't be happier with the customer service after a huge let down elsewhere. I should mention I'm a licensed 310s technician myself that did diagnosis it personally prior. I chose to have a dealer also diagnose it as well as service it because I have extended warranty and didn't want to interfere with a future warranty claim if needed. Highly recommended for services from my personal experience.

I had an ongoing problem with my AC for a year that no one seemed able to fix. I'd been to a different Honda location twice and then to a local mechanic who replaced the compressor but it still didn't fix it. I finally took my car to the Simcoe Honda and they found the problem and my AC is finally fixed! They were prompt and friendly as well. And it wasn't that expensive. Would definitely bring my car here again for any future issues.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CRV 2019 EX trim from Simcoe Honda. My experience is one I cherish dearly. From the preliminary engagements with Andrew Eynon (Salesperson) to finalization of purchase with Christie Mackenzie (business manager), it was an awesome experience all through. The most remarkable part of my purchase experience was that everything was done virtually yet they delivered on all my requests and made themselves available to clarify all my queries and respond to my very tight timelines. It is a great testimony to the level of their integrity and frankness. They made sure I understood all elements of my purchase agreement and they were very flexible and accommodating. They did not try to upsell nor coarse me into signing a bill of sale unlike what is obtainable at most dealerships these days. One thing is sure - The people you will meet at Simcoe Honda are brutally honest and exceptionally great at customer service. I recommend them a 100%.

Recently bought a used vehicle here. Have to say it was a great experience. No pressure at all. The salesman David was laid back told us to take the vehicle for a test drive. They are upfront and honest about the vehicles they are selling. When we got to the paperwork part there was no hidden fees or charges like some other places we have bought cars from. The price was the price (and a fair one at that!) When we bought it they did all the brakes for the safety, as well as a few other things that wouldn't have been needed and most places wouldn't have bothered. To top it off they even filled the tank with fuel and didn't charge us extra for that! (Lots of places charge extra if they do it at all) We will definitely recommend Simcoe Honda to our family and friends.

I contacted Simcoe Honda regarding problems with my alternator on my 2014 Odyssey. Desperate to have the repairs completed in a time sensitive manner I asked to speak with service. I spoke with Lisa from Service and told her about my situation. She told me to bring the vehicle in and they would make an extra effort to try and complete the diagnostics and repair in an expedited manner. I received a call by noon the next day with all repairs completed and my vehicle ready to be picked up. I just wanted to thank Lisa and the Service Team for the great service.

They would not have time to try to fix next day.I told them it was the # 7 fuse back up.At the end of the day they told me a had a draw.l went home had a draw of 3.50 when I took it in I had a draw of 0.35 on 10 amp meter.Thay lift a light on. I would not go back for any service at SIMCOE Honda again
