Had a safety done for my vehicle and it passed, however the serpentine belt was snapped in half and the radiator was empty when It was picked up. I know that's not part of a safety inspection but it would've been nice to have been told that before trying to drive it 45 minutes home.

I received great customer service here, even though I was from out of town (95km away) and not likely ever to be back!!! I had arranged for them to do a PPI on a car I was hoping to purchase from a dealer near them. It was on a very busy Friday afternoon for them. Even though I was late due to very heavy traffic, and they were swamped. When I called and said I was finally in town. They graciously, dropped everything and fit me in. They quickly discovered an issue that made going any further with the inspection pointless, as I was not going to buy the car. Saved me from getting a vehicle that could have turned into a real money pit. In short they are very knowledgeable and I will definitely use them whenever I am nearby and need any work done!!!
