On Dec 07, 2021 early morning I brought my car to Master Mechanic as there was no heat for the interior of the car. After a couple of hours I was informed that they were still not sure of the problem whether it was mechanical or electrical and would still need more time for the diagnosis. Later that afternoon I received a call to tell me that it was ready and they would drive over to pick me up. Once I entered the car I noticed that there was lots of heat and the mechanic informed that there was still was noise coming from the blower and would have a quick look prior to me accepting the car. That's when the mechanic said that the fan blower should be replaced. I mentioned to restore the car back to normal and would seek the repair elsewhere as I felt that the time spent was in excess and spent $285 for labour. Had a follow up conversation with the Simcoe Master Mechanic owner Paul and agreed on a resolution that was mutually agreed upon. Impressed with the Master Mechanic teams ability to reach out to me and resolve this scenario associated with my BMW.

My rad hose had a leak. Looked like a simple job. Drove to MM Simcoe and mentioned my truck's rad problem to front desk. Randy was called. He looked over the rad, saw the problem, went into garage, came back with small rubber cap and solved/fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I asked how much, and Randy said "no charge". Impressive because he supplied both the part and repaired it at no charge. I had never seen him before and he had no reason to be so nice. Great service... cant top that.

Should be called the honest mechanic because the owner is so honest. He could have took us for a loop with useless fixes but instead he did a 20$ test and told us the issue. His entire team is so helpful and informative. I wish every mechanic could take a page from his book as he made this cracked head gasket issue a breeze. Thank you!!

I guess it's only new customers that get shafted by this place. Very disappointed was quoted " all in" before the work was ok with it had car for three days after they said they would do it. I finally called oh it was done that day when was told "will call when it's done" go to pick up and over a hundred dollars more then quoted and "ower" tries to make excuses for office staff and makes it worse. Then I get into my car abd it sounds worse and mkes more nosies then when it went in.Wow thanks for the welcome never again. I rather dive hours away to get honest machanic.

Very happy with their service. MB SLK 350 for an alignment and headlight replacement. Waited while work was done and chatted with Front Desk Admin for a bit while working on my laptop. Work was complete in 1.5hrs and all is good again! Would be happy to recommend these guys. They delivered a sense of trust and respect within the establishment. Good for you guys!

Had my daughter drop my 2014 car off there to get safetied so I can transfer the car into her name. The car is regularly maintenanced so it should of been easy. Instead my daughter calls me all upset because they want her to pay $600 for rear pads and rotars before they will safety it. I told her no way and for them to put it back together. They still changed her $160 I took it to my dealership and lo and behold it passed with the recommendation I get rear tires which I knew I needed. Shame on you people for trying to take advantage of a young woman !!
