It was the first snowfall of the year and every tire shop I called was either booked up for a week or so busy that day my name would be added to a list and maybe they could see me end of day. I was driving by Tire Depot and pulled in hoping they could look at my tire because there was a slow leak. They told me about an hour and they could get my car into the shop and up on a hoist. I did not believe the gentleman because there was about 5 people in front of me. I sat down expecting a long wait and starting working on my computer. I was called to the counter about an hour later and was told me vehicle was ready to go. The invoice was a mere $22 to fix my flat. I was shocked at how low the price was for the fix. The service was fast and they kept their promise. I have no reason not to go back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went to them earlier today to change my Mercedes Benz CLA250 tires and when they installed the new tires, they damages both rear rims. They are denying that they did that and yelled. When we respectfully asked them to fix the damage, they denied that they ever damaged it. DO NOT GO THERE!

I bought some tires online and needed them put on my Jeep. And was due for an oil change. And I figured for sure the brake pads were due as well. I found Tire Depot online and chose them over the dozens of tire and auto shops in the area. They work on a first come first served basis with no appointments necessary or possible I gather. It was an excellent choice on my part. Hafiz called me an hour later to tell me that I was very lucky to have come in when I did because the front passenger ball joint was hanging by a thread. I thought oh boy here we go, this is going to get painfully expensive. What a pleasant surprise when I arrived that afternoon to find all that was under $600. When I asked about the horn, he said "I am sorry my friend, I forgot to check that. Wait, we will do it now". He then went and got me a cup of coffee and I waited for about 20 minutes and listened to the occasional bursts of the horn coming from the shop while they diagnosed the wiring issue and fixed it. Hafiz would not take any money for the additional work on the horn. I will be back and I would recommend this place to anyone. Hafiz is an extremely friendly and warm person and the prices are more than reasonable - I was honestly expecting about twice what I paid. I am accustomed to leaving the mechanic nursing my rear end, but this time I left with a huge small and warm heart for this kind man who never fails to sincerely address his customers as friend or brother or buddy.

This is a great place for tires and auto service. Friendly staff and prices are fantastic. Went in for two new front tires. Canadian Tire was selling them for $375 for one. Ended up getting two new tires for $400 installed. I understand that the tires that I got may not be as high quality as Canadian Tire but for a work truck it was perfect. Will start becoming a regular customer even though it's far away from my house.

I may have a PhD but when it comes to cars I'm like a first grader. The guys at Tire Depot have got me out of multiple tight spots and never make me feel like an idiot despite the fact that I probably look like one. I drive a old hand me down car and they managed to fix it so that it could pass the drive clean test when no one else could figure out why it was failing! When my car broke down and I was afraid to drive it one of the mechanics walked up the street with me and drove it to the garage for me. They are acomadating and patient even when I'm a stressed out mess with an old ass car who can't explain what's wrong with it. Dave and his team seem to know everyone who walks in there and it has the feel of a small town garage in the big city. Also, the prices are the best I've ever encountered short of having my Dad fix it for free ;-) . You can seriously trust these guys with your car. 5 stars.

I used to be a big fan of this place. Last week I took one of the cars on to get my snows put on the summer rims. I requested to buy steel wheels for the snows but they were unavailable. The service was great and I picked up the car a couple of hours later. The next day one of the tires was very flat. I removed the wheel from the car and brought it back. The technician determined that the valve stem was leaking and told me that they do not check or replace valve stems for customers own tires. They fixed it for free and I was on my way. The next day both rear tires were going flat. I took the car back and asked to have the problem solved. I came back the next day to pick up and was asked to pay nearly $100. The original bill was only $80?? I questioned why I was paying for the same job twice and was told the rims needed cleaned up and re balanced. Still?? Why not do this right the first time? I complained my way down to $60 but am still unsure what I paid for. It's not the $60 but the lack of accountability that has me disappointed. Still a great place to go but make sure your work is guaranteed. Even just a simple tire swap.

Reliable, Trustworthy, Quick. Went in for an oil change, brakes check up and alignment, dropped it off for Friday and was ready to pick up the next day.. Prices better than a lot of mechanics and no shady business done here, great selections of rims and they tell you what the problem is and explain what needs to be done and what can be done later. My permanent shop from now on !

One of the best auto repair shops in Toronto. The owners care about their customers and will go the extra mile to help with anything you need. I think most average car owners have been ripped off by unscrupulous mechanics at least once, but these guys are transparent, extremely competent and trustworthy. No needless up selling or scare tactics on the naive here. It’s always a good sign when you go in for tire changeover and they inspect an older vehicle and tell you that you DONT need new brakes! Enough said.

I've been coming to this shop for several years because I was always well taken care of by Sadam and I trust him. I was so happy with the service that I even had my husband and father bring their cars there. Although Sadam moved on, I decided I would continue to be a customer since I was always happy with the service. Oh boy, I quickly learned to regret that decision! I had a vehicle that sat parked outside for just shy of 2 years. I brought it in and explained that to Dave, and told him what issues I knew were wrong (like the water pump and hood release cable). I told him that I needed him to look over the car and get it road worthy. I also noticed what appeared to be mice droppings all over the engine and he assured me that they would check everything out and make sure no wires or anything were chewed. He called me to pick up my vehicle two days after and had done the following repairs: - 1 control arm - New battery - New water pump - New front grill - New release cable Handed me a bill for just over $800 and told me that the car was in pretty good condition for sitting that long outside. I was pretty surprised since it wasn't a smooth drive to their shop or when I left. Fast forward now 4 days later when a terrible noise is coming from the car and the accelerator stops responding while driving out of town. Manage to pull into a gas station to see a huge PUDDLE of fluid collecting under the vehicle. I don't have CAA and I'm not paying for a tow truck to bring it all the way to Tire Depot when I'm in Markham. Thankfully, we were down the street from my husbands work complex, who has a mechanic shop that does my husbands boss's work trucks. He looks at the car and tells me to SCRAP my car and that the previous mentioned repairs from Tire Depot should NEVER have been done, and that they IGNORED a million other problems. The other control arm Struts (at a critical level) Motor mounts Transmission Lines Rotted Transmission pan Rotted Oil Pan Head Gasket That huge pool of liquid under my car that I mentioned when I broke down and pulled into a gas station? All of my transmission fluid. So I called Dave and told him what was going on. How could ALL of this have been missed?! He didn't want to have a conversation about it or even investigate it on his end. This could have been negligence on the mechanics parts, or perhaps even just a training issue. He went from being his friendly self, to completely dismissing the possibility of any wrong doing or oversight on their end. He told me "things can appear fine here and then after you leave they turn bad". He also said "sometimes lines can be so badly rusted that after driving with them a few days they get backed up and blow". My favourite thing he said to me though after I told him the list of problems that the other shop informed me of? "So they say". Parts don't suddenly rust and rot in 4 days. Wow, Dave. Wow. I dropped in to Tire Depot a week or so after to follow up in person. Gave Dave a copy of the invoice to show the work that had been completed by the other guys. After some back and forth with him, he finally said he would look in to it and call me. Guess what? Its been a few weeks now and still no phone call. Tire Depot has not only lost my business going forward, but my husbands and my fathers as well. A shame that I have to leave even 1 star for a business so undeserving. Oh well, lets just say that 1 star belongs to Sadam.

They had 2 attempts to properly Mount and Balance a new set of tire. They failed to do so. I had to pay another garage, as this shop can not do the work properly. Tires vibrated and pulled back and forth. They told me I needed an alignment, the other shop checked and I did not. They also confirmed the tire were not balanced correctly. Tire depot that can not balance a tire? I will never use them again.

Horrible! Brought my car to repair the evsp system today... 3 hours later car overheated , realised they left the coolant reservoir cap open...now i cant drive my car it overheats and i have to wait for monday when they open. Wow

Had a few jobs done here being a new customer they offered a good price and quick service. Very eager to explain why the job needed to be done. Would have paid for an alternator a year ago that wasn't needed at the time but was on its way out. Good price offered on rebuilt and installed. $250.00 Opted not to change at that time. Good transmission service pricing done here. Always offers free air. A bulb change for free. Comfy setting area and free coffee. Very friendly front staff. Offers excellent customer service.
